Team Head Bludgeoners

Welcome to my team of trying to sweep constantly. This team is actually my first attacking team in the year or so I have been playing online, and I really like using this team. They have the potential to sweep from mainly two pokemon, but all are important. The problem is some are not doing what I want them to accomplish enough, so I am asking you to help this team.
Here is the team building process.

I started off by wanting to use Mienshao, so that was who this team was going to use as a lead because it could abuse the heck out of my two favorite moves, U-Turn and Fake Out

Next I wanted to use the pokemon that had been around since Gen 1 but I have never used because until this generation, he was always overshadowed. That is Cloyster

Next I decided that I had two pokemon that were going to need some help in supporting them, and as my namesake shows, I love Jirachi so I went with him.

At this point, I had a fun group here and wanted to try a pokemon that had gotten one big boosts this generation, Gorebyss.

Now, I needed something that was just going to go out and maul any special walls because that was a weakness I though could occur, so I went with Gengar.

Finally, I went with the one who had been banned and wasn't now, Garchomp.

So I created the team and tested it and eventually decided that I was tired of using Garchomp, I had it on my previous team too. So I decided to switch out to a superattacker with a shitty ability, Archeops.

So I continued testing and eventually decided that Gengar wasn't pulling his weight on this team. I finally decided on trying out Scizor, which I quickly liked.

So this is the team I am now running and I will now go more in depth with each pokemon.

Kojondo @ Normal Gem
Ability- Regeneration
Nature- Jolly (+Spd, - SAtk)
EV's- 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
1. Fake Out
2. U-Turn
3. Hi Jump Kick
4. Acrobatics
This is generally who I lead with. The plan is to Fake Out on the first turn to break any sashs or sturdy and also to get rid of the normal gem. From there, I will most of the time switch out using U-Turn to get some more damage, but if I can KO, I will attack. Hi Jump Kick is there to destory all that do not resists and Acrobatics is there because it provides pretty good coverage when combined with HJK and has good power after the gem is gone.

Cloyster @ Leftovers
Ability- Skill Link
Nature- Lonely (+ Atk, - Def)
EV's- 120 HP, 176, Atk, 212 Spd
1. Shell Smash
2. Icicle Spear
3, Rock Blast
4. Hydro Pump
This is pretty much the industry standard on Cloyster these days. Shell Smash the first turn, and then take down as much as possible by abusing Skill Link with Icicle Spear and Rock Blast. Hydro Pump is there for power and coverage.

Jirachi @ Light Clay
Ability- Serene Grace
Nature- Sassy (+ SDef, - Spd) 0 Spd IV's
EV's- 252 HP, 100 Def, 156 SDef
1. Reflect
2. Light Screen
3. Wish
4. U-Turn
OMG, a Jirachi set that doesn't involve flinch haxing someone to death!!This is my support pokemon and it is by far the most important pokemon I have. Everyone else is trying to go and bludgeon in the opponents head, but Jirachi provides the support that is needed. Reflect and Light Screen are there to provide defensive support, especially to Cloyster, who then has the defensive drops from shell smash negated. Wish is to provide some healing for whoever, although Archeops needs it the most. U-Turn is combined with the Nature and EV's and IV's to make Jirachi as slow as possible so it can hopefully get in the new pokemon at full help with the help from Wish.

Gorebyss @ White Herb
Ability- Swift Swim
Nature- Timid (+ Spd, - Atk)
EV's- 252 HP, 4 SDef, 252 Spd
1. Substitute
2. Shell Smash
3. Baton Pass
4. Ice Beam
Whats the only thing better than shell smash? Passing Shell Smash to other pokemon. Plan here is simple, switch in on something that can't damage me to badly, substitute, proceed to Shell Smash, then Baton Pass out of their. I run Swift Swim because it can be helpful if the opponent runs a rain team. Ice Beam is there for an attacking option.

Archeops @ Choice Scarf
Ability- Defeatist
Nature- Jolly (+ Spd, - SAtk)
EV's- 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
1. U-Turn
2. Stone Edge
3. Earthquake
4. Dragon Claw
Revenge Killer. Does his job well because he outspeed a ton with the scarf, including the everpresent scarfchomp. U-Turn is there for scouting and because if you haven't realized by now, I really love using U-Turn. Stone Edge is for Stab, Earthquake and Dragon Claw for Coverage. I wanted to have Acrobatics here but it didn't fit with the need for the choice scarf and all the other flying type moves it learns suck.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability- Technician
Nature- Adamant
EV's- 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
1. U-Turn
2. Bullet Punch
3. Superpower
4. Pursuit
Banded Scizor ftw, he hits insanely hard and boosted from technician for half. U-Turn is because I love U-Turn and I am pretty sure that almost every banded Scizor has it anyway. Bullet Punch rips holes through teams, with STAB technician prioity. Superpower is there for coverage on the steel types that resists the above two, and Pursuit is to get rid of anyone trying to flee.

So this is my team. The main issue is that I don't really have a special attacker which has not come back to haunt me yet,but I fear that it may at some point. I am also relativly screwed if Jirachi goes down, because he provides the support this team needs. Any suggestions are welcome, but I am forewarning that I will not get rid of Jirachi completly.

Thank you all for your time it took to rate my team.

You realize you have nothing to pass shell smash to right? I suggest unscarfing archeops and using acrobomb set. With flight jewel acrobatics stab and shell smash under your belt, you can easily ohko any wall and sweep entire teams. Just be wary of bullet punch.

Rotom-w says hi to your team, then bends it over and rqpes it repeatedly. You dont have anything to soak up a huge electric weakness you have.

jds, I don't have anyone specifically but the main recepient is either going to Kojondo who loves having the boost or to Cloyster, but I will try out what you said. As for evan, I have never really had an issue with dealing with any electric type because I normally outspeed them and can just U-Turn around it to Kojondo who can then proceed to fake out and either U-Turn again or knock it out with HJK.
