Team [I need help bad] OU RMT

Okay well this isnt my first team, because i've been wifi-ing it up for about a year or so. But I just downloaded shoddy yesterday, and i'm already stuck. :( I've been hovering between 1100-1200 CRE (noob, i know) and i cant seem to move up very much. I'd actually like to completely revamp the team, so help me if you can =]

Uxie (impsh) @Choice Scarf (252 HP/ 104 Def/ 152 Spe)
-Trick
-Stealth Rock
-U-turn
-ThunderWave

Uxie is an amazing lead, and works wonders for me. If you have something better to offer, feel free, but i dont plan on changing uxie. I'll happily take suggestions though! =]

Rotom-H (modest) @ Choice Scarf (4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe)
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Overheat
-Trick

Picked this one up to deal with gyara and gengar. I'm definitely open to changing/ replacing this one. (**Formerly Choice Scarf Celebi)

Infernape (Naive) @ Life Orb (252 Atk/ 64 SpA/ 192 Spe)
-Close Combat
-Overheat
-Stone Edge
-Mach Punch

By FAR my favorite infernape set. kills dnite with SE, picks off weakened foes with Mach punch, CC hurts bad, and Overheat=amazing (not to mention that SR damage + Overheat + CC kills Pert that switch in). I dont want to take out Ape, but i'm open to suggestions. I'm thinking about moving 4 EV's to speed so i can stop losing the speed tie >_>

Lucario (adamant) @ life orb (252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def)
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-ExtremeSpeed
-Crunch

You know him, you love him, you hate him. I'm kinda neautral... sometimes i come up big with him, other times i only get one kill :( i'm not opposed to kicking him to the curb...

Gyarados (adamant) @ leftovers (156 HP/ 72 Atk/ 96 Def/ 184 Spe)
-Dragon dance
-Waterfall
-Return
-Taunt

I'm not sure why, but i dont see this gyara too often anymore... it's bulky, and still powerful, and taunt helps a bunch to phazers like skarm and swampy, who cant attack back while i set up. I HATE that i dont outspeed jolteon, or gengar, or starmie after a DD, because i often find them switching in as I DD, so i'm forced to have one of my teammates take a t-bolt :( Other than that, i dont have a problem with it.

Tyranitar (Jolly) @ Babiri Berry/ Chople Berry (252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP)
-Dragon Dance
-Stone Edge (maybe replace for Rock Slide?)
-Crunch
-Fire Punch (may change to EQ)

Good 'ol DDTar. The only problem is... i get tired of running sandstorm. :(
It hurts a lot of my team, and sometimes cuts ape's sweep short. Ideas?

Problematic Opponents for my team:

LO Jolteon
Gengar (all forms, if my rotom is gone)
DD tyranitar
DD Gyarados

^^ will rotom-w help with this??

Thanks to anyone who contributes! =]

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

Your descriptions are lacking, which means you are violating the above quoted RMT rule. If you wish to remedy this problem, explain your reasoning behind each Pokemon and why they work on your team more thoroughly. Try to aim for 3-4 sentences with your descriptions. I recommend lurking through the RMT Archive in order to see examples of what we're looking for in an RMT!

If you improve your explanations for your Pokémon, please private message me indicating that you've done so by showing me your new descriptions. Once you've done that, I will re-open this thread. Thanks.
