Finally getting used to the whole Team Building thing to some extent, so I would like to try my hand at creating another RMT to get you guy's opinion!
Team Kagayaki
Members:
This team is based around using Whimsicott to help her teammates out speed the opponents and Bronzong to help my mostly frail Pokemon take hits. My inspiration for this team was to base it around sweeping that can handle priority attacks because that would be my most prominent threat.
Individuals:
Infernape@Life Orb
~Blaze
~Rash
4 HP/252 SpAtk/252 SpDef
-Nasty Plot
-Fire Blast
-Vaccum Wave
-Close Combat
My star player, he's the whole reason I started this team. I really wanted to make a team that could get some easy setups and fast sweeps although im still in a beta, if you will, as to my execution. Infernapes role is to be a good switch in and get the easy Nasty Plot and with Whimsicotts tailwind, he outspeeds my opponent's team for a easy sweep. Vacuum Wave is an excellent priority move and is even better when boosted with Nasty Plot, and in case that wont do there is always Close Combat which makes use of Infernapes decent attack to stops special walls.
Bronzong@Light Clay
~Levitate
~Sassy
252 HP/48 Atk/116 Def/92 SpDef
-Stealth Rock
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Gyro Ball
Bronzong is pretty much here to absorb heavy hitters and dish out the Dual Screens to support my Boosters. And also Stealth Rock my opponent, he usually can do all three moves without the need to switch but if i do have to Infernape can take the Fire and return with a Nasty Plot for an easy setup. Then theirs Gyro Ball to do some damage depending on if i'm pushed to a corner.
Whimsicott@leftovers
~Prankster
~Bold
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Tailwind
-Taunt
Yes, just what you'd expect from a Whimsicott, what I would call one of the best supporters in the game. Her MAIN purpose is to get off the tailwind, so SubSeed to stall a bit and once I get that off I tailwind away, boosting the speed of some of my above average speed pokemon to get some quick kills. I included taunt for the obvious reasons, stop my opponent from setting up or stop my opponents attempt at stopping MY pokemon from setting up.
Electivire@ExpertBelt
~Adamant
~Motor Drive
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
-Wild Charge
-Cross Chop
-Ice Punch
-Fire Punch
Electivire is such a good pokemon I couldnt let its average speed stop it from being on my team, he has the great ability Motor Drive which absorbs the electric attack targeted at my Gyarados, and does awesome in tailwind. He has such a good moveset, backed by his 123base attack and expert belt. Wild charge is a good attack, but the recoil sucks although I deal a great load of damage, Cross Chop is also great by a little risky, a risk I am 80% of the time willing to take. And Fire and Ice Punch to take out Ferrothorn and Dragon's, respectfully.
Gyarados@leftovers
~Adamant
~Intimidate
48 HP/252 Atk/48 Def/126 Speed
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Scald
-Ice Beam
Gyarados is great because he can take the fire attacks for Whimsicott, water attacks for Infernape if he hasn't set up yet, and serves as a high attack pokemon that can also take hits. Dragon Dance can increase his speed if he hasn't already got the boost from Whimsicott, or if he just gets the chance to setup. From there he can Take out most of his biggest threats including Zapdos and Rotom if Electivire is not available.
Haxorus@Choice Scarf
~Adamant
~Mold Breaker
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
-Outrage
-Shadow Claw
-Earthquake
-X-Scissor
Haxorus is good, but he's really not what my team needs. He does get off a decent Outrage and has a decent moveset, but other than that he's doing what my other Pokemon such as Electivire and Gyarados can do. He doesn't bring much to the plate and although he has extraordinary attack, he doesn't have much of a place in this team other that Attack, attack, and more attacking.
Threats (So far):Reuniclus and any other Psychic that can do what Reuniclus does. After he sets up I'm screwed, even Haxorus's X-scissor couldn't dent him so I would really like a Dark type suggestion on a replacement for Haxorus.
