So i've been on as Kobe Bryant getting to 18th on Standard ladder with this team and 1st on Suspect with some other chomp abuse team. I'm pretty much done laddering with this team. Credits to BOSGOED!!
Breloom @ Choice Scarf
Jolly || Poison Heal
252 Attack / 252 Speed / 6 HP
~Spore
~Superpower
~Seed Bomb
~Stone Edge
It's a nice lead, and gets an early sleep leading to momentum in my favor. Later in the game it can help revenge with it's good coverage and fairly hard hitting attacks. It resists the HP Electric / Surf bulky waters that give trouble to gyarados and can hopefully help take those out. A first turn sleep will hopefully stop them from getting rocks down, so Gyarados can come in easier later in the match.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish || Torrent
240 HP / 252 Defence / 16 Speed
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
~Roar
~Stealth Rock
The switch after the sleep. This is a lead set because that's essentially what it's going to be doing. Something is asleep and because they're asleep and I'm choiced, we both blindly switch. Swampert is a good choice for this, and can lay down rocks and help scout through the opposing team. And with a fairly fast offensive team a ground (or jolteon/electivire) was needed to take thunderwaves that could severely hurt everyone else.
Latias @ Choice Scarf
Timid || Levitate
252 Sp. Attack / 180 Speed / 76 HP
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Thunderbolt
~Trick
Revenges stuff and all that. A great Blissey lure, and if Blissey is tricked than Heatran can hit clobber away at the opposing team easier. And Latias is the best revenge killer in the game and works very well on offensive teams, which is why she got a spot. That and her stupidly good synergy with Lucario.
Lucario @ Life Orb
Adamant || Inner Focus
252 Attack / 252 Speed / 6 HP
~Close Combat
~ExtremeSpeed
~Swords Dance
~Crunch
Comes in after a pursuit or anything else that it can setup on, and tries to sweep. Helps weaken the physical defenders on the other team for gyarados, especially rotom who it can lure out and kill. Around 15% of Rotom sets are going to switch in and beat me, so I'm thinking of switching this to jolly so it can more reliably take him out to help gyarados. But then it loses kills on Skarm, Swampy, and however many others so eh.
Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest || Flash Fire
252 Sp. Attack / 216 Speed / 40 HP
~Fire Blast
~Earth Power
~Dragon Pulse
~Explosion
A Latias check, and something that just hits really hard. Between Heatran and a Latias with trick, not much is going to be able to stop them from ripping a hole in the opposing team, especially if Blissey gets tricked. Heatran has good synergy with Gyarados and Latias, which is nice. And with multiple physical attackers needed to sweep late game, something to take WoW was needed.
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant || Intimidate
252 Attack / 184 Speed / 72 HP
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Stone Edge
~Earthquake
Gyarados is probably my favourite pokemon this generation. Great typing, ability, and a great physical sweeper. He helps take superpowers that scizor would have and heatran can't take, and he's my second physical sweeper to help end the game. Great typing to go with the team, though ice fang might be switched in over something else to help with Latias.
All OU threats are covered through counters, checks, and revenge killers, and all weaknesses have at least as many resists to take the attacks.
