Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP/108 Atk/100 Def/144 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Taunt
My BulkyDos lead, after a DD I can outspeed Gengar. Taunt helps it lead a little bit better, and Waterfall + Stone Edge provides great coverage.
Although I'm thinking of replacing it with this set because sometimes I feel like I need a bit more speed and power behind Gyarados's attacks :
Gyarados (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP/252 Atk/168 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang
---
Jolteon (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Baton Pass
Jolteon covers Gyarados's nuts while posing a great special threat. HP Grass over HP Ice so I can dent Swampert.
---
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Grass Knot
I decided to use the Uber lead set for this guy for one reason, if it can take hits in Ubers, it'll be hard to stop in OU. I try crippling any thing they send my way expect for Grounds and Jolteon/Electivire and Grass Knot handles the former. Stealth Rock is here cause I need a spiker. I'm not sure if this spread work's to Celebi's full OU potential so I'm open to suggestions here.
---
Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
ScarfZone is my method of trapping and killing steels that wall Salamence. HP Fire is necessary for OHKOing Scizor, something that Thunderbolt falls short of doing.
---
Salamence (M) @ Yache Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/232 Spd/24 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast / Stone Edge
- Outrage
My main threat, this guy is a monster late game when Magnezone eliminates those steels, I'm thinking of using Stone Edge instead of Fire Blast because with Steels eliminated I'll be doing more damage with Stone Edge.
---
Machamp (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/128 SpDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Dynamicpunch
- Payback / Fire Blast
- Stone Edge / Fire Blast
Now, Machamp can rip wholes in teams. I usually bring this guy out early game on a physical threat and attempt to Bulk Up, then try to sweep. This guy is a force to take down. I'm thinkg of putting Fire Blast over either non STABed attack for a 2HKO on Skarm.
