@ Occa Berry
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 hp, 236 attk, 12 def, 8 speed
Stealth Rock
Bullet Punch
Earthquake
Explosion

This is my lead. The main goal is to set up a stealth rock and than make my next move from there. Occa berry is there so that i will always survive un boosted fire attacks. Also, one good thing about this metagross is that it will never die from a OHKO from un boosted attacks so I can always get a stealth rock in:)

@ Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 speed, 252 sp. attk, 4 hp
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Hidden Power [Electric]

Heatran is a nice pokemon to have because of how Metagross and Skarmory just love to attract fire moves, so that is why Heatran is here, is to help them out and just suck up any kind of fire related moves that are out there:) also heatran is a special sweeper, i chose hp electric because of gyarados, call me crazy but i am always paranoid bout him and i like the fact that if gyarados kills someone, my heatran can switch into it and kill it.

@ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ev's: 252 hp, 252 def, 4 attk
Spikes
Whirlwind
Roost
Brave Bird

This is my physical wall, and a beastly one. Spikes is there to increase damage to those that dare to switch in. Whirlwind is for scouting/ spike and stealth rock damage. Roost is for recovery. Brave bird is so Skarmory can try and show off some power. I really think that skarmory is a good choice because it shuts down i would say 99.9% of physical sweepers in their tracks.

@ Life Orb
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 speed, 252 sp. attack, 4 hp
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Energy Ball
Thunderbolt

This is another special sweeper. I also chose gengar because he can stop rapid spin, and can't be touched by fighting moves. which is super effective against half of my team. Basic responsibilities of my gengar is take down as many pokes as it can and the moves are there for coverage

@ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
EV's: 252 def, 176 sp def, 80 hp
Wish
Protect
Seismic toss
t - wave

My special wall. i am not sure if t wave or toxic is the best choice, but i like being able to slow pokes down. bliss can help heal the team. and is an overall great poke on the team.

@ Leftovers
Nature:Impish
EV's: 252 hp, 4 attk, 252 def
Waterfall
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stone edge

This is more of my bulky physical sweeper. I like how he has lots of defense and power to his game. He also brings help to fighting types. Which can be a problem.

So here is my team. please post helpful responses and don't be a jerk about what you say thank you:)

I feel you will have trouble breaking opposing Blissey with your team. Once Metagross goes down, that really is your real physical sweeper gone, and Blissey can simply sit there and take hits from all your other pokemon. Instead of using Metagross as simply a suicide lead here, perhaps consider dropping Explosion for Meteor Mash, meaning Metagross won't die off as quickly and can come back and make the most of its physical presence later on in the game too. Dropping Energy Ball on Gengar for Explosion and changing its nature from Timid to Hasty will also be helpful in luring in and taking out Blissey, making life for your Heatran and Swampert a whole lot easier. You're not particularly threatened by Swampert, so there's no real need to run Energy Ball there.

Heatran also wants Explosion somewhere on the scarf set, because otherwise, said Blissey will completely wall it all day. Either drop Hidden Power Electric or Dragon Pulse - I might be tempted to give Heatran HP Ice and Explosion over those two moves. Dragon Pulse doesn't guarantee the kill on Salamence, even after SR damage, and so HP Ice helps with dealing with it. Explosion will kill Gyarados as assuredly as HP Electric will, if the worst comes to the worst, and Gyarados isn't really threatening your team all that much really because you're running Stone Edge on your Swampert. So I'd say go for HP Ice and Explosion over your current HP Electric and Dragon Pulse, and change Heatran's nature to Naive too so you don't weaken your own Explosion.

Blissey may seem like a benign threat, but the same principles can be applied to any other Pokemon that has a reasonable amount of Special Defense and can set up. I'm talking about your Calm Mind Suicunes, Calm Mind Latias, Curse Snorlax, etc. They can be particularly threatening for your team if they are the last pokemon your opponent has left, as then you can no longer phaze them away with Skarmory's Whirlwind. Having Explosion on Gengar and Heatran means if the worst comes to the worst, you can blow up on them to take you out, and will stop them taking advantage of your team's relative lack of physical power.

Speaking of late game sweepers, it may be an idea to give Swampert Curse and Rest over Waterfall and Stone Edge, making it into much more of a threat to the opponent. Running a Careful nature with a spread of 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD lets you maximize both defenses, and will let you take hits as well as dishing them out. I think cursepert would be a good addition here simply because of how little offensive presence the rest of your team has, and will mean you can actually sweep late game once your opponent's team has been weakened with your Spike shuffling.

Good luck with your team :).
