well this is my first posting here and I wanted it to be a little unique so here is my team for this new format
Noivern@ life orb
ability: Frisk
nature: modest
252 speed/ 252 spa 4hp
air slash
flamethrower
draco meteor
whirlwind
This is my flagship monster. Basically his goal is to be a late game sweeper/phazer. Air slash I picked because it is more reliable than hurricane. Flamthower is good for taking out threats like cyrogonal and jumpluff. Draco meteor is on here for hitting hard with stab. Whirlwind is on to phaze opponents that attempt to wall me like altaria, quiver dance users, lunatone and solrock, sigilyph and most importantly bronzong.
Crobat@ black sludge
ability: infiltrator
nature:adamant
252 speed/ 156 atk/ 100 hp
mean look
taunt/haze
uturn
cross- poison prebank/ defog poke bank
Keep yourself together for a bit longer before we shoot down infiltrator. Even though substitute is banned in this meta, both screens could be a problem. Crobat is my lead pivot pokemon meant to shut down their lead and let me switch to a better counter. Mean look is here to lock in a pokemon that they can't do anything with whilst I beat them repeatedly with cross-poison. taunt is to shut down leads and walls. uturn is to deal a bit of damage then let me switch to a pokemon that can survive the hit. Cross poison lets me deal with togekiss and jumpluff. Haze is an option on this set do to the fact that emolga already has taunt and it efficiently shuts stat raising Pokemon.(like gyrados with moxie)
Flygon @ choice band
nature: jolly
252 spd /252 atk
uturn
dragon claw
stone edge
fly(lol)
Although this set looks pretty silly, Flygon can switch in on thunderbolt for free then let me hit them harder with stone edge. Dragon claw is on here for a decent coverage move against levitators not named bronzong. Uturn is on here for the same reason as crobat. Last but not least fly which is a hilarious coverage move against various bugs and jumpluff.
Mantine@ Leftovers
nature: modest
252 hp/ 100 spd/ 156 special attack
ice beam
aqua ring
air slash
Hydro pump
The whole reason I put mantine on my team instead of skarmory lies in the fact that it knows ice beam. I made this set to take advantage of his special bulk by switching in after uturn on a special move that would ohko my other pokes. aqua ring is meant to predict a switch and let me stack on leftovers. air slash is a good stab move with decent coverage. And lastly, Hydro pump is for stab and coverage against ground and rock pokemon. Like Aerodactyl on the switch.
Charizard(mega y) @ charzardite y
252 speed/ 252 special attack / 4 hp
nature:timid
flamethrower
solar beam
air slash
dragon pulse
Charizard y is quite the force to be reckoned with. I put him on my team so after I safely switch him in with uturn I can then use the sun to deal massive damage to either the pokemon the switch to or the one they currently have out. All of the moves I selected are for coverage. Solar beam may seem inferior thanks to flying types literally being everywhere but it can come in handy for taking down rock/ ground pokemon that may want to switch in. and a neutral solarbeam to the face is a lot to try to shrug off.
AND...

Emolga!!1!
emolga @ expert belt
252 speed/ 252 hp / 4 atk
ability: motor drive
nature:timid
nuzzle
volt switch
encore
taunt
Hang on don't shut down the flying rat yet! If you look at how many pokemon are actually electric flying there are exactly 2, the other being zapdos. What does this thing have over a legendary bird?
a: zapdos is always at risk of being banned thanks to its legendary nature.
b:zapdos can't run taunt or encore.
emolga may be severely outclassed in other metas , but it has the real chance to shine in this one with SE voltswitch and plenty of support moves. Nuzzle is to keep me from being taunt fodder. encore allows me to shut down pokemon or passively switch them out. taunt is to compete with other taunt users or walls that attempt to use me as setup fodder. Voltswitch is the main selling point of emolga. thanks to U-turn being not very effective against %75 of pokemon here the opposite is true for volt switch. I can deal massive damage and switch to a slightly less frail pokemon.

Ending thesis:
ok so I will keep it as brief as possible. Noivern is my flagship monster and if all of the rest of my team is garbage (including him) he will stay. I lead with crobat to taunt their lead then mean look it so I can switch to a proper counter. noivern is namely my clean up sweeper. mantine is to wall incoming ice beams and flygon is to take the random thunderbolt. Flygon is on namely for his typing and lack of damage to stealth rock(just in case). Charizard is meant to sweep pokemon noivern may have trouble with. and emolga is here for being cute.... Kidding
emogla is meant to hit common flying types hard then switch to a pokemon that can take the hit.
emolga can also use nuzzle in its dying words to slow down my opponents sweepers.
Notable weaknesses:
stealth rock for starters I would attempt to remove via crobat (after pokebank) and resist with flygon.
aerodactyl... this thing is a pain point blank. outspeeds all of my pokemon when it mega evos and sweeps a good portion of my team. I have no idea how to counter it unless I swap mantine with skarmory (which would leave me open to special attacker in turn.)
cyroganal is a pain as well but thankfully I can outspeed the bugger and take down its paper defenses.
gyrados charizard hardly counters( yea its weak to it...) but that sun will come in handy and emolga(lol) will hit it for a bit of damage with volt switch.
various water flying birds tend to carry ice type attacks which can be annoying to deal with.
Ending statment
the main vision I am going for is a ball and cup method of swapping pokemon via uturn / voltswitch
Let me know what you think and what you would change.
Edit: mildly edited various spelling mistakes and fixed minor organization flaws.
Edit:I can't use surf on mantine derp! and here is footage of what I want it to do
