Lead
Yanmega - Focus sash/Wise glasses
Modest
252Sp.atk, 252Speed, 4Def
-Bug buzz
-Air Slash
-Hypnosis
-Protect
Standard yenmega lead, does as much as possible to suicide sr leads as anyone not named deoxy-s can.His real value lies in sweeping entire teams with hypnosis + air slash flinch hax.

Special Threat
Skymin - Scope lens
timid
252Sp.atk, 252Speed, 4Hp
-Seed flare
-Air slash
-Hidden power ICE{70}
-Earth power
once again standard, but very reliable.scope lens to inrease chance of Crits.

Physical tank
Gyarados - leftovers
Adamant
252Hp, 16Atk, 100Speed, 140Def
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Taunt
-Dragon dance
yet again, the standard bulkygyara set. has done well against wevile and scizor, and many expect dd on the switch, however I usually waterfall to add damage, or potentially OHKO.

Main Physical threat
Garchomp - Yache berry / Life orb
Jolly
252Atk, 252Speed, 4Sp.def
-Swords dance
-Dragon claw / Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire fang
yes, it's chomp, and for those of you who don't know, he is not banned from OU on the shoddy official server. still choosing between outrage's sheer power and lock-in, and dragon claw's reliability and lower Base power. LO for dragon claw, yache for outrage. leaning towards outrage > dragon claw

Mix sweeper
Infernape - Expert belt
Hasty
252Speed, 12Atk, 244Sp.atk
-Close combat
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot
-Hidden power ICE{70}
I use the above EV spread, because Close combat is reserved for Bliss, Lax, tyranitar, and clefable(Sp. wall set).the added Sp.atk and speed are very handy when facing SS teams.

Weavile - life Orb / Expert belt
Jolly
252Atk, 252Speed, 4Def
-Ice Shard
-Pursuit
-Brick Break
-Aerial Ace
Basically insurance against starmie, and the generation dragons, who otherwise run through this team.

On Yanmega, Hypnosis have lost a lot of its value. Sleep is an annoying status, but if sweeping is your goal, I would change it to Hidden Power Ground, as you can hammer all those daft Steels coming in thinking they'll wall you. I would also go for Focus Sash, just because it's so damn annoying.

Since Shaymin doesn't have any moves that has a high CH-rate in the first place, Scope Lens doesn't really boost all that much. I think you are much better off with the added power in Life Orb. It's better do get a constant boost every time you attack, rather than doubling the power 12% of the time.

For Garchomp, I think Outrage is the better choice. Yes, you are locked, and yes, it's easier to revenge-kill, but the sheer power you lose by using Dragon Claw is surprisingly significant. For instance: on a 252/216 Swampert, you will with Dragon Claw do a maximum of 75% damage, with Swords Dance up and equipped with a Life Orb. Now, with Outrage, you deal a minimum of 96%, meaning you OHKO 74% of the time.
For that reason, you will probably also want Life Orb as your item, just make sure that Scarfed HP Ice'ers and Ice Shard'ers are eliminated before Swords Dancing!

Infernape doesn't really need 252 Speed, as it doesn't need it to outspeed or tie with anyone, really. If you go with 232 Speed / 24 Atack / 252 Special Attack, you get more use of your EVs, as:
1) you outspeed Adamant Dugtrio, and those with 105 Base Speed
2) you increase chances of OHKOing Blisseys that have Bold nature or a lot of HP investment
3) your Special-attacks are more powerful

Since you have Gyarados and two Pokémon being faster than, and killing, Infernape, I don't really see the need for Aerial Ace on Weavile. I would go with a more powerful STAB-move (Night Slash or Ice Punch), just because they are more powerful than Pursuit and Ice Shard, which are mostly used for revengekilling. You can also use Swords Dance, because Weavile having performed the Dance is quite powerful, and capable of eliminating some threats.

Keep Hypnosis on Yanmega. Despite the accuracy, it's still useful for when you are desperate and if you miss it would do no harm. However, I would change the spread to 104 Def, 252 SpA, 152 Spe. Yanmega's 86/86 defenses are really underrated, and with this spread you can survive a CB Meteor Mash or Ice Punch from Metagross, and LO Scizor's Bullet Punch is a 3HKO. You also take around 80% from Lucario's SD Extremespeed. The speed EVs let you outspeed base 130s after a speed boost, and max SpA is for doing the best damage. Oh, and keep Focus Sash > Wise Glasses.

Take the scope lens off your Skymin. I'd recommend giving it Leftovers and replacing HP Ice with Substitute. This will ease prediction a lot.

Your team is pretty horrifically Ice weak, so I recommend you change Gyarados to a Rest Talker:

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Impish (+Def, -SpA)
216 HP, 252 Def, 40 SpD
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

This version of Gyarados should be able neutral hits much better, and becomes an awesome late game sweeper if the opponent doesnt have an electric type or vaporeon.

Keep Yache on Garchomp, and replace Fire Fang with FIre Blast.

Change Infernape's EV spread to 24 Atk, 252 SpA, 232 Spe, and replace Expert Belt with Life Orb. You need both LO and the Atk EVs to guarantee a OHKO on Blissey.

I think Weavile could appreciate a Choice Band, and you should put Night Slash over Aerial Ace for some reliable STAB sweeping.

Overall, your team is extremely frail, but I think RestTalk Gyarados should help it a lot.

Good luck,

LR.

You need to take a look at the RMT Rules, specifically:
Rule #3 said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

The descriptions you give of each Pokemon give no explanation of what that Pokemon actually does, either as an individual member or as part of the team. If you fix this up then PM me and I will unlock the thread.
