1) Aerodactyl. Focus sash Jolly Pressure
EVS: (SPD 252) (HP 252) (ATK 4)

Stealth rock
Taunt
Earthquake
Rockslide
Aerodactyl sets up taunt, then stealth rock and just attacks or stealth rocks again if a spinner comes out, sure its not a spin blocker but it can take the hit and pressure it out. Rockslide is for PP rather than power. The flinch rate is on rock slide, although rare, provides to be extremley valuable and gets in with an extra hit, and even prevents certain pokemon from recovering allowing aero to make a KO or more. The focus sash is very helpful for getting another hit and saving it from instant death under its horrible defences. The hp boost sometimes renders the focus sash pointless and makes me want to replace it with a focus band to let it survive, but i'm wary of a fail when at full health.

2) Metagross. Choice band Adamant Clear body
EVS: (HP 252,) (ATK 232), (DEF 16) (SP.DEF 8)

Meteor mash
Explosion
Thunderpunch
Bulletpunch
Metagross is a tanky bot. He can't recover but his attack seems to make up for the loss, but im not sure. He can sweep but always ends up having some health taken because of his low speed, but i like it. The powerful defences can make up for the loss, and the choice band can destroy many a foe, and being stuck on one move can also be extremley bad for metagross. Meteor mash's attack boost lets metagross become even more powerful and OHKO a lot of things. Bullet punch was chosen over Zen headbutt for a first hit strike, which can help against offensive aerodactyls, but little else.

3) Flygon. Life orb Jolly Levitate
EVS (ATK 216) (SPD 216) (HP 44)

Roost
Fire blast
Dragon claw
Earthquake
With this set flygon just attacks and heals. Fire blast is rarely used becuase of its low PP and cut sp attack with the jolly nature. I was going to replace it with fire punch but a higher burn rate seemed to be better for flygon. The 2 STAB moves are very strong on flyon, but outrage might be replacing dragon claw as i can just switch out the confusion. The EVS and nature gives flygon a powerful speed allowing it to get in with an attack or roost before the foe can do anything. The life orb damage gets healed by roost anyway so not too much harm done in that area.

4)Dusknoir. Leftovers Brave Pressure
EVS: HP 252, ATK 252, SP.DEF 4

Pain split
Thunderpunch
Icepunch
Earthquake.
This is similar to flygons style, just taking advantage of going last with painsplit. Attack and heal. Dusknoir can deal more damage than flygon, but a badly timed pain split (after foes recoil damage or life orb) puts it out to being less reliable than flygon in the healing aspect. The hp boost gives dusknoir some to have rather than staying on a pitifull 45 base stat. The speed is absolutley pointless in raising because it is slower than everything anyway. I made a mistake too Dusknoir has a BRAVE nature. :/

5) Heatran. Life orb Timid flash fire
EVS: (SPD 252) (SP.ATK 252) (HP 4)

Fire blast
Earth power
Flash cannon
Explosion
A special attacker allows for a wider spectrum of pokemon to be KO'ed, basically curser's, bulk up and those with high defence over sp.defence. Fire blast and flash cannon are very often used, so earthpower is only used on metagross' and heat proof bronzong realistically. And they are RARE.

6) Suicune. Life orb Modest Pressure
EVS: (SP.ATK 252) (SPD 252) (HP 4)

Calm mind
Surf
Ice beam
HP ELEC
Calm mind is the linchpin of this set, as well as surf spamming. Ice beam and HP are just to cover any other pokemon that are resistant to water but super effective to these other types. It has a monster special attack to destroy anything that stands in its path after the calm minds. It is normally sent out to sp def boost on those that use special attacks. However it can be used on stealth rockers and other stat boosting pokemon.

Well swap Aerodactyl for another lead like Gliscor or Azelf as Aerodactyle is primarly used on teams that are severely hampered by SR.

Next give Meta Pursuit over Bullet Punch as it traps pokemon like Gengar,Latias, Azelf etc.

Mixmence can do pretty much the same thing that your flygon does however you need a revenger so I suggest running a scarf set on Flygon so that you better check DD'ers.

I think Dusknior should be more defensive such as runing will-o-wisp over Ice Punch to burn physical threats. Dusknior is alsoprimarly not an attacker. something like Metagross is better at physical attacking.

I am not really sure what Flash Cannon is doing on heatran as it does not give Heatarn very nice coverage. HP Grass or Electric is prob best however Dragon Pulse could also be used.

Suicune is fine authough I personally enjoy a slightly bulkier spread on Suicune so that it can switch in on things easier.

I'd switch your lead to something else, possibly a Leadape or Leadtar. Also, as stated above, Dusknoir doesn't make a very good attacker. Phenominal annoyer, but not a very good attacker. I'd replace it with a wall/cleric of some sort, and what you decide to choose would really be up to your lead. If you pick a Leadtar, you can run a Sandstream set (Including the Leadtar, four of your pokemon would be immune to sandstorm damage) and you could pick up a wall/annoyer like a Stockpile Cradily. If you went with a different lead, then you could pick up a Blissey or something.

HP Grass would probably be a better fit for Suicune if you have trouble with bulky waters unless you're using Suicune to deal with Gyarados. Dragon Pulse would be better on Heatran as Dragons are a fairly common switch in to it if they have Earthquake or something in their movepool.

Flygon would do much better with either a physical fire attack or U-Turn for scouting. U-Turn is about the only thing that Flygon has on other Dragons such as Salamence and Dragonite, and you should abuse it.

Thanks guys ive taken ur comments into consideration and i will be replacing aerodactyl with the gliscor (mentioned), improving the moveset on heatran and getting a leadtar, again thanks! :nerd:
hidden power grass is being placed on suicune and flygon is getting U-turn instead of fireblast. Plus, dusknoir is replaced by Cradily with stockpile simply for the sandstorm resistance
