I have been playing Pokemon since it came out in April and this is my first RMT I have made countless team's.Anything to make this team better would be greatly helped :)

Metagross @Leftovers
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Atk / 110 Spd
Adamant Nature

-agility I think it's a good lead I'm thinking mach punch or something else I don't know

Starmie @Leftovers
EVs: 236 HP / 56 SAtk / 216 Spd
Timid Nature
Ability: Natural Cure

-Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
-Recover
I'm really thinking of changing it fails to ko anything plus spikes are the reason I'm mostly losing any suggestions?

- Hidden Power [Electric]

Ok this Pokemon really does it's job since I have a fire weakness it can really help me out and most people I battle don't think of HP Electric

I only got this poke because it is a double wall if anything I can switch it out for something else

This Pokemon man just can kill people have been telling me that Spore is better for him I don't know would it match for my team?

This Pokemon man is just killer Ice Beam for Dugtrio and Dragons Thunder Wave to stop Pokemon that think they can switch in on Blissey and set up


Ok so people have been telling me I'm Celebi and T-Tar weak so anything to help me would be good and thankful :)
 
Your team lacks serious description.

You're better off using RestTalk Heatran as a starter, and Choice Band Metagross.
Seismic Toss over CM on bliss.
Breloom- use Sub Punch set.

Anyway on the team, you would be better off leading with Heatran, although it's not the safest thing, but works as it can beat Bronzong and Tyranitar, or atleast scare them off and possibly beat Gyarados, but just take a big chuck out of it. Your EV's are a bit off, there should not be any Atk EV's as you have no Explosion or physical move on him. If you want to get rid of the Tyranitar weak, use a Bronzong or Gliscor over Cresselia. Cresselia isn't doing anything here really, Gliscor can counter non- Ice Beam Tyranitars, Lucarios, and Heracross effectively.

To be honest, Breelom isn't doing anything in the team, and you want a sweeper that is fast and can get the job done, something like SD Lucario. Blissey with Calm Mind isn't really necessary, if you want the more SpDef, just use Calm @ 252 HP / 64 SpAtk / 192 SDef.

With that being said, I don't understand the Celebi weak you have, since Heatran is one of the best counters there is. With Gliscor, you will have better coverage with YacheChomp and Garchomp in general, although I don't like how Gyarados can possibly run over this team. Starmie is a great pokemon, but you don't really need Rapid Spin, as you don't have many pokemon affected by Stealth Rocks or Toxic Spikes. At this point, you would have, you having Gliscor and Blissey in mind, the pokemon that can possibly have problems with is Mamoswine, but Bulky Waters beat it, and you can always revenge kill it with Heatran.

You could keep Starmie, but Vaporeon could help you out aswell, having Wish Support for the team and being a back-up Gyarados + MixApe counter. Try it over Starmie, see which one works best. I'm not gonna change up your team much, because as far as I know, this is your style of play.
