team speed

After deciding to use the synergy of baton passing speed and/or sword dances, I've made multiple changes and edits to a team that I think is pretty successful. Thanks in advance, rate my team!

Ninjask (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- X-Scissor
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

Beginning passer and centerfold of my team. Additional 4 speed EV's to outspeed other Ninjasks. Can be a revenge killer and starts the baton passes.

Cradily (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Suction Cups
EVs: 116 HP/252 Atk/140 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Astonish
- Rock Smash
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

My resttalker and suction cups holder. If I can manage to get a sword dance and a speed pass to this guy, not only will he hold onto it, but he can resttalk with it. Odd attack choices, but provides the ghost/fighting coverage with enough PP for stall wars, and secondary effects.

Dusknoir (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Pain Split
- Shadow Sneak
- Focus Punch
- Fire Punch

Once again the ghost/fighting coverage. Fire punch for the steels who try to wall me. Focus punch is very difficult to predict, but many people are surprised by this set. I'm thinking of going boltbeam punches instead of pain/split and firepunch. Who knows... fast pain splits are always nifty.

Garchomp (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Outrage
- Swords Dance

Basic sword dancing garchomp, with buffs coming from ninjask. I'm debating Dragon Claw over Outrage, to prevent locks, but Outrage is just so damn powerful.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Rest
- Roar

CM/PHazer. Kinda sucks only having surf as it's only attack, but I will never give up roar on a suicune again. I've never had a situation where I was completely left with just suicune and they could wall me. Take this in late game, roar while getting calm minds, it's all good.

Porygonz @ Leftovers
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Tri Attack

The most fragile, yet most potent fighter on the team. Nasty Plot + Speed makes him the deadliest force, 2HKO to blissey. Outspeeds nearly everything.

So that's my team! It relies a lot on passes from Ninjask that shut down an opponents team very well. I'm been looking to add in a strong pursuit user, such as CS Rampardos, or maybe utilizing Wobbs or Dugtrio, but I don't know if it'll suit this team. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

I can't really agree with Astonish and Rock Smash either. Earthquake and Stone Edge gives you pretty nice coverage and is far more powerful. If you're worried about PP, Rock Slide is an acceptable alternative over Stone Edge. In any case, you don't want to be aiming to win stall wars with a Pokemon you're passing Attack and Speed to.

Brick Break may be more reliable on Dusknoir if you're passing it Attack since there's no point having that coverage if you're just going to be stopped cold by your opponent attacking you.

I think Tyranitar (or even Hippowdon if you're that way inclined) could potentially help your team greatly. In the sand, Garchomp's evasion is boosted that little bit and Cradily's Special Defense is incredible. Not to mention that it screws over Focus Sash users, which could potentially surprise one of your recipients.

Well, I gave up astonish and rock smash. Power > Coverage + PP? I guess so..

I think Tyranitar would be great, helping Cradily and Garchomp, but who would I take out? And if that's the case, should I switch my bulky water to Mixpert?

Looking at this team, it seems that Dusknoir is a bit of a dead weight, so I'd consider Tyranitar over it. Suicune does fine as your bulky water, I see no reason to replace it. A Suicune with Speed and Calm Minds under its belt is more dangerous than a Swampert with Speed at any rate.

You might also want to consider Yache Berry on Garchomp. That'll give it a chance to stat up even if the Ninjask pass fails for whatever reason.

EDIT: You don't have a failsafe for when Ninjask does fail, which it eventually will. A Choice Scarfer seems necessary here so you have something to clean up your mess if need be.

IMPORTANT NEWS UPDATE: Ninjask leads SUCK!

I hate to break it to you, but no half decent player is gonna let you pass anything with Ninjask. All the good leads either outspeed you (scarfgar), Taunt, or Whirlwind you out. Ninjask is a thing of the past. Better passers include Celebi (who can pass 101 HP subs as well) Ambipom, who can Taunt, and Gliscor, who can pass SD, Rock Polish, AND Taunt stuff.

I also don't know how you can have "team SPEED" without any scarfers or Deoxys-E. Overall, looks pretty slow to me. And if you want to pass SD to Cradily, Edge Quake should be much better than Rock Smash and Astonish.

A better lead would be CBtar. He'd make Cradily nearly invincible, and make Garchomp harder to take out. Ttar can also beat Gyarados leads with Stone Edge, and scare off Gengar.

There's an EV spread for a careful one somewhere, I'm not sure... it can survive a focus blast and still OHKO Gengar.

rest talking is pretty good but imo recover is better. Definitiley put eq on it like the others said. With recover you have another moveslot; you could put ingrain for durability or toxic to end wall wars. Maybe you could put willow wisp over fire punch(not being sarcastic)? It might help in weakening any physical sweepers that are giving you a hard time.
