Team Sunbros

This will be my first RMT in quite a long while so please bear with me.
I've tested this team out a few times and it's had some pretty good results, where most of the losses came from poor prediction
so without further to do

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Solar Power > Drought
Timid
EV: 252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 4 Def
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Dragon Pulse/Focus Blast
- Air Slash/Roost

Pretty much the standard set for MegaCharizard Y with a few options open.
Not much to say that hasn't been said already. Set's up sun, blasts and beams opponents with some nice Special Attack stats.
Essentially the core that the team is based around

Venusaur @ Black Sludge
Chlorophyll
Timid
EV: 72 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpA, 180 Spe
- Sleep Powder
- Growth
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain/Solarbeam

I saw sets like this, and thought I'd give it a try. It caused quite a few switchouts and crippled a lot of aegislash due to king shield only blocking damage moves and the opponent thinking they could still stop a max growth venusaur when they woke up. This thing's position should be pretty self explanatory following charizard i.e. using the sun to set up and/or outspeed and destroy.

Tyrantrum @ Assault Vest
Strong Jaw
Adamant
EV: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Def
- Fire Fang
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Poison Fang/Dragon Claw

Now, how many people saw this guy when he was revealed and immediately wanted it on a team or two. I was one of those people and here we are.
I threw on the usual SE/EQ combo and a couple fangs to make use of its ability(with dragon claw as a sub for STAB)
between charizard, venasaur, and tyrantrum, they are able to cover each other's weaknesses well(with a couple exceptions) also sun boosted fire fang is nice.

From here on out are guys I've used but am willing to switch out to improve the team

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Compound Eyes
Timid
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Sticky Web
- Bug Buzz

I've always liked this thunderbug. Nice ability to make thunder a first choice move for a build, good attacking stats and nice speed. Biggest issue with it is its fraility (hence the sash).
I've been using him as a lead so that i can slow down the opponent with a sticky web. and as a lot of the leads I've fought tend to have an electric weakness, that's just a nice bonus

Greninja @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Protean
Timid
EV: 252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 4 Atk
- Surf- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- U-turn

Now he hasn't gotten too much use on the team due to frailty and life orb draining, but you can't deny that versitility. STAB for all his offensive moves thanks to his ability and wide range of moves to exploit it, with the speed to back it up. I'm not listing off the possible move alterations cuz ther'es too many and i'd rather not list every possible replacement in half the slots. The water takes a dive from the sun but he's usually out when the sun isn't

Scizor @ Leftovers
Technician
Adamant
EV: 252 HP, 40 Atk, 216 SDef
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

Yes I'm aware that defog is currently not available to scizor at this time, but one can hope. this dude is built for bulk and punching holes with some tech boosted attacks and roost for survivability, though burns have been an issue more than once. also his already low speed lets him take a hit before tagging out with u-turn. on the flipside he can switch into a lot of other team's weaknesses

So there you have it, not perfect but I'm willing to change some stuff up if there any good suggestions. Also I've noticed that the only natures present are timid and adamant...go figure

Thought about a few possible alternative pokemon which will go here:
Ninetales-for more sun
excadrill-for spinning and stoning
blaziken-sun and speed boosted
florges-bulky and covers stuff i haven't
skarmory-scizor alt + spikes
togekiss-cuz togekiss

feel free to add on to those above^ or suggest your own

thank you

If you're considering a sun team, I'd suggest using Harvest Trevenant. There's a counter to it on every team, but it will destroy even the best sweepers and tanks once the counter is eliminated. I'd take out Tyrantrum, to be honest, but since you want to keep it, take out Scizor instead. There's not much of a reason to keep 2 bulky sweepers on your team, especially when neither benefits from the sun.

More of a casual sun team at the moment so it's not dependant on a 5 turn ability.
I've fought a couple of those Trevenant, though venusaur usually dealt with them through bulk and sludge, it's something to consider, though he seems to share too many weaknesses.
If I had seen the special, I'd probably look into it, but as of now I'd want to avoid as much info on it as I can until I do
