Hello people! Lately I have been trying new things in the battle simulator
and I came across the moxiescarf heracross,I really wanted to try this out so while i was building a team,I decided to make it a mono-bug too,I have worked somewhat hard on this and some constructive criticism is welcome.
InsectaZoid (Scizor) (M) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Superpower
- Pursuit
Scizor was a dead ringer for the team as its great at revenge killing and just is very powerful altogethor,I gave him the obligatory bullet punch as it gets boosted by technician and provides a nice priority STAB.Bug bite is there as mostly filler although it has come in handy sometimes against pokemon none of the regular moves could hit and is just a secondary STAB too,but its mainly bullet punch I use.Pursuit is used against gengar and other ghosts types I find,but it lately has not really been working out so i`m thinking of changing that.Superpower is a kick in the teeth to any steels/ice types I come across and its my go-to move for countering pokemon such as mamoswine and aggron(Not mega).He is also mega scizor because I decided that it would give his hits a bit more punch.

I absolutely LOVE this guy,he is my go-to lead most of the time and works as a toxic staller.I generally use him as a rapid spinner late game too to get rid of sticky webs and rocks that haunt me.Toxic is used on most mega`s and if I have the opportunity any fire types they lead with.Sturdy provides me with an easy way to get up rocks no matter what unless they use taunt.All in all this guy is one of the team MVP`s.

All in all theres not much to say about genesect,he works as a good revenge killer and is generally whatever I use to take down anything that the other members can`t handle.Dragonite messing up scizor with earthquake?Ice beam to the face.Gyarados decides to try to KO volcarona?Thunderbolt,all in all hes just one big bruiser and im happy to have him on the team.
Achilles (Heracross) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Here is the star of the show everyone,heracross is my sweeper I use when all of its threats are gone,when the flyers,fires,and minders,are away,the heracross shall play.Megahorn and CC serve as nice dual stabs that allow me to scarf my way to victory if i`m careful of my move choice.Stone edge is for any annoying flyers such as charizard and thunderus,while heatran has his own reserved spot in hell with earthquake.Once heracross gets revved up,nothing that does`nt resist is survives.
Behemoth (Volcarona) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

- Fiery Dance/Flamethrower

- Quiver Dance
- Hidden Power [Water]
Volcarona is another sweeper that I generally use whenever the chips are down,Quiver dance and Bug Buzz are easily on there as bug buzz is a good STAB and Quiver dance is exactly what makes him awesome,Fiery dance is nice as it sometimes gives extra special attack boosts or you could use flamethrower for a bit more power. I use HP water as coverage against other fire types but it also works against rocks too.All in all volcarona might have started out as filler but he quickly got himself a nice spot on the team.
MegaYan (Yanmega) (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Yanmega is probably my second favorite team member on here,He generally does well in almost all my games and If he gets out there he rarely lets me down,cause once the yanmega is out,lots of stuff gets hurt,including venusaur,machamp,vaporeon,and more,all in all you don`t wanna get in the middle of this krake-I mean yanmega.....RELEASE THE YANMEGA!
