Team Synergy A balenced type and couner team

Heyya, Bugsy here, I havn't posted in a while but now I'm back into pokemon battleing again. I took my previous team from 4th gen when I'm not playing monotype and threw it into 5th gen. I win some I lose some but overall I think my team is "average" I belive that with the new pokemon of 5th gen my old team isn't making par with some of the newer and more powerful pokemon in the new gen.
tl'dr RMT of a 5th gen team with all 4th gen or lower pokes.

The Anti-Lead
094.gif

Item: Focus Sash
EV Spread: HP: 4 SpAtk: 252 Spe: 252
Nature: Mild -def +SpAtk
Moves:
-Shadow Ball
-Icy Wind
-Counter
-Focus Blast

My gangar is used as an anti-lead to take out most of the gens common pokes that are leads. Shadow ball for STAB and psychic leads, Icy Wind to slow down faster leads and then a follow up attack with Shadow Ball, Counter if I know they are a physical attacker and the two hit combo won't work, or if I just don't want to take chances. And focus blast to take out threats like TTar and other rock and dark types.

Steel Traper

Item:Lefties
EV Spread: 252SpAtk 252Spe 4Def
Nature: Timid
Moves:
-T-Bolt
-Sub
-HP Fire
-Charge Beam

The perfect steel trapper, although I run into some problems running the Air Baloon item when it pops all the time before I can even use it practicly, so now I mainly run lefties on Mag, T-bolt for stab, Sub for setup and status block when the steel I switch in on can't make a harmful attack. HP Fire for steels (bar heatran) and Charge Beam for Satk Raise while in a sub. I got rid of explosion due to b/w nerfing the heck out of it.
Offensive Rapid Spinner

Item: Black Sludge
EV Spread: 4HP 252SpAtk 252Spe
Nature: Timid
Moves:
-Hydro Pump
-Sludge Bomb
-Rapid Spin
-Tpxic spikes

Easy to send in due to my other pokemon drawing attacks that this guy resists setting up spikes isn't that much of a priority to me but it is nice to have entry hazards, functions mostly as an in n out spinner but has SpAtk investment in the times I need to keep him in. Hydro and Sludge for dual STAB.

Glyscor, my team's electric waller
Gliscor_Sprite_by_mvidmaster.png

Item: Toxic Orb
EV Spread:...I just realised my Glyscor had no EV spread >_> erm...
40HP 252Def 146SpDef 72Spe
Nature: Jolly
Moves:
-EarthQuake
-Swords Dance
-Toxic
- Taunt
Send in on electric attacks or other resist attacks, has HP and defesive bulk to withstand multiple switch ins, u-turn for scouting, toxic for anti-stall, and EQ for electric types or other types that would switch in, FF for the occasional steel type.

Physicly defencive pengu

Item: Lefties
EV Spread: 252HP 160Def 92SpDef 4Spe
Nature: Calm
Moves:
-Surf
-Grass Knot
-Yawn
-Ice Beam
Empoleon is the go-to penguin for my defencive needs when my Glyscor won't cut it. Huge investments in both defencive aspects for wall coverage. A small boost in speed just for those times. Surf for accurate water STAB, Grass Knot to trip up the bulky attackers, yawn to wall and IceBeam for them pesky dragons.

The last poke to hold it all together, my source of Special Power
dragonite_sprite_revamp_thingy_by_korkeh-d3lco59.png

Item: Life Orb
EV Spread: 116Atk 206SpAtk 192Spe
Nature: Rash
Moves:
-Draco Meteor
-Stone Edge
-Roost
-Flamethrower
This is my pokemon that does most of the sweeping when all of my teams optiions are cut short. If there is nothing in the way of this dragonic rampage it can clear teams in no time flat. DM for a powerful STAB, SE for type coverage, might replace it with superpower though, the extra 20 power goes a long way. Roost to recover LO recoil, barley gets used but is oh so helpful when it can be. Flamethrower just to get more type coverage and it is a nice attack overall.

So yeah this is my team, feel free to tear it apart heck even suggest new pokemon to fill in spots, I'm open to all critisism on my team. *looks at watch* Wow a wasted an hour writing this up, I'm such a nerd.

Love yall!!!

Replace Air Balloon for Leftovers and change Explosion to Charge Beam, Explosion isn't good on Magnezone now that it doesn't halve your opponent's defense.

Swords Dance and Taunt over Fire Fang and U-turn, Toxic on Gliscor. With Earthquake, Taunt, and Swords Dance, you can beat Ferrothorn.

Ok, I'll make some changes, it looks good on paper...but then again...the paper lies!!!!

Just did three battles, the Glyscor set works alot better, but the magna set didn't have much imrpovement, it would be nice if I could find an attack that helped take out firetypes or fighting types, especially fighting types
