Team Whats a hazard

You guessed it my team has no entry hazards at all. I've never been one to follow the meta game of anything I played competitively since hazards and weather are two major parts right now I decided to leave them outta my team. Instead my team is just six sweepers three of each kind. I've played around with it and it does decently. So please tell me what you guys think about it.

Gliscor@Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
252HP/252Spe/4Atk
Jolly
Swords Dance
Ice Fang
Earthquake
Taunt

First off I was looking at the sets for this little guy and instead of that I decided to go with the jolly nature to give him even more speed to surprise other leads by getting the taunt off before they can start to setup along with his speed EVs i think he can outpace many leads that i know of. With a few SDs under his belt he dominates with his stab earthquake. poison heal lets him keep himself up while he sets up his dances. I just wanted to do something a little new on him other than a defensive play. Which this guy will roll over those gliscors.

WishyWashy(Rotom-W)@Choice Scarf
Levitate
252SpA/252Spe/4HP
Modest
Hydro Pump
Volt Switch
HP Fire
Trick

This guy can do some big damage while also using trick to shut down threats such as life orb sweepers making them easy for me to switch into and clean them up. Volt switch was picked over thunderbolt because I think it keeps him moving jumping in and out of battles with ease. Since he has the awesome levitate ability his only weakness is grass so that is what the HP fire is for he can handle the only thing that makes him shake in his boots. His ev spread I decided to go again more offensive to make him the little washing machine that could.

Scrafty@Life Orb
Moxie
252Atk/252Spe/4HP
Jolly
Dragon Dance
Drain Punch
Ice Punch
Crunch

This guy is just one big BAMF. First off this guys types are pretty awesome making him immune to psychic which would normally be a weakness for fighting. He has an amazing attack power but he has kinda lack luster speed which is why i went with Jolly over adamant. With jolly nature and a few dances he can outpace people pretty easily OHKO'ing many things. With a stab like drain punch being backed up by dragon dances and ice punch covering stuff like dragons and gliscors. Crunch handling anything psychic and or ghost. Making him a big problem for a lot of stuff.

CandleJack(Chandelure)@Choice Specs
Flash Fire
252SpA/252Spe/4HP
Timid
Energy Ball
Overheat
Shadow Ball
HP Ground

This guy is such a power house he has one of the highest SpA stats outside of legendary pokemon. I went with ground hp because it covers more than fighting does. Mainly it takes out TTar and Heatran. Energy helps him battle water and bulky water/ground types. Even though he is frail I decided to go full offense with evs so he can come in and just blow everyone away with his powerful Overheat. He is a great partner for scizor and virizion because he can take those fire attacks that would probably kill them.

Scizor@Choice Band
Technician
252Atk/252Spe/HP4
Adamant
Bug bite
Bullet Punch
Superpower
Pursuit

I used to have this guy as a life orb swords dancer but after some research and playing around I found I liked Choice Band a lot more he makes a really nice revenge killed. Capable of killing other even if they resist the attack it still does amazing damage. Due to technician bug bite and bullet punch his two stabs become really powerful. Again I decided against going bulky sweeper so evs are to hit hard and kill fast. Pursuit can take out those psychic and ghost type before they have the chance swapping out like OHKO Reuniclus. Plus he can swap into a lot of moves and take hits for people it would normally OHKO.

Virizion@Leftovers
Justified
252HP/252Spe/4SpA
Timid
Calm Mind
Focus Blast
Giga Drain
HP Ice

So for virizion since its my calm mind sweeper I went off the tracks and went bulky with the evs. Giving it a lot of hp while letting it maintain speed and with a few calm minds it can still steamroll over stuff. I chose giga drain over other stabs because the life gain helps stay alive while setting up CMs. She is mainly on the team to deal with certain things a lot of teams have trouble with mainly Rotom-W. x1-x2 Giga Drain puts him in his place. Focus blast is one of the only fighting specials out there so I had no choice and HP ice is to add some coverage to other virizions and gliscors.

Sorry about the semi short descriptions I just don't know all the ins and outs of this yet. So I just kinda said what I know so far. >< But please let me know what you guys think and if I should make any changes and what not.

Your title is actually really misleading. To me it suggests that your team is not worried about entry hazards, when this is quite the opposite. Your team actually has a lot of difficulties against stall teams such as the staple skarmbliss + bulky water not becuase of status but because of entry hazards. Half you team is choiced meaning that the opponent could easily switch you out. The best you can do right now is taunt or trick with gliscor and rotom respectively. For that reason I would suggest a SD scizor over your current set and standard CM reuniclus over Chandelure. At least this way you aren't dominated by stall. Can't give you the sets right now seeing as how I'm on an iPhone but they're fairly standard. If you really need the sets off me Ill post them later.
