252 Spe/252 Atk/6HP
Jolly
Overgrow

Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw
Earth Quake/Brick Break

My Physical Attacking Sceptile. SD first, if that uses my focus sash, Leaf Blade is around 170 AP with over 400 attack backing it. With Earth Quake, he gets super walled by scarmory, so Brick Break might go there, but probably not.

Pikasneeze

@ Light Ball
164 Atk/252 Spe/92 SpA
Hasty/Naive
Static

Volt Tackle
Quick Attack
Hidden Power [Ice]
Brick Break

My Pikachu! Volt Tackle + Brick Break 2HKOs Blissey every time, while leaving Pikachu with about 37% health left. Used late game nearly all the time, after all the faster things are gone. EVs give it the lowest possible special attack to ALWAYS OHKO Salamence.

Sideshow Bob
@Choice Scarf
106 Atk/152 Spd/252 SpA
Hasty/Naive
Flame Body

Overheat
Cross Chop
Hidden Power [Ground]/Earth Quake
Thunder Bolt

My hit-and-run man. EVs give it the speed to outrun all threatening non-boosted pokemon. Overheat does massive damage, but causes him to switch out almost every time. Thunder Bolt can be used to get Gyarados on people who don't know Magmortar well. Cross Chop 2HKOs Blissey and OHKOsTyranitar. HP and EQ still have to be tested for which does more damage.

Fly on the Wall
@ Life Orb

Modest
Speed Boost

Air Slash
Bug Buzz
Hidden Power [Ice]
Protect

My Special Sweeper. One Protect gets it over every non-boosted pokemon, as well as some boosted ones. Air Slash and Bug Buzz for STAB and HP Ice for OHKO on Garchomp.

Poison Berry
@ Black Sludge
120 HP/136 Atk/252 SpA
Quiet
Levitate

Sludge Bomb
Fire Blast
Thunder Bolt/Shadow Ball
Explosion

My Physical Wall. EVs give it more damage potential, so it's more tank-esque. Sludge Bomb for STAB, Fire Blast for steels, and Thunder Bolt or Shadow Ball for coverage. Explosion OHKOs Blisseys.

Merpent
@ Leftovers
148 HP/228 Def/132 SpA

Surf
Ice Beam
Hidden Power [Electric]

My Mixed Wall. Surf for STAB, Ice Beam for Dragon, HP for coverage and Recover for it's awesomeness.

Tell me what you think, suggestions for new pokemon will be accepted, but nothing super OU (ie. Blissey, Garchomp, etc.)

First of all, I see major, major problems with your threat list...

Tyranitar- Magmortar - Do you really want to switch Magmortar into a Stone Edge???
Gyrados- Magmortar, Pikachu - Pikachu dies to Earthquake, Magmortar dies to everything Gyarados launches.
Infernape- Milotic - Nasty Plot the switch, Grass Knot OHKO's
Azelf- Yanmega - Most Azelfs carry fire attacks which knock Yanmega out.
Electivire- Magmortar - Earthquaked
Heracross- Yanmega - Stone Edged
Salamence- Yanmega, Pikachu - Almost any one of Salamence's attacks will OHKO both of them.
Togekiss- Pikachu - Thunder Wave... And I'm sure Aura Sphere does a ton.
Gengar- Yanmega - Thunderbolt
Garchomp- NOTHING GOOD - Actually Weezing does OK, can't take Swords Dance or Choice Band versions though.
Lucario- Magmortar, Weezing - Magmortar can't switch in. Weezing I guess.
Starmie- Sceptile, Pikachu - Both of them can't switch in.
Weavile- Magmortar - Can probably only switch in once. I imagine CB Night Slash does a lot.
Dugtrio- Milotic - Just switch in whatever resists its last attack for a revenge kill.
Porygon Z- Magmortar - You sure it can survive a Tri-Attack more than once?
Machamp- Yanmega - Stone Edge, Air Slash doesn't OHKO.
Snorlax- Magmortar, Pikachu - Body Slam Paralysis shuts both down.
Zapdos- NOTHING GOOD
Breloom- Weezing - Can be spored.
Suicune- Pikachu
Ninjask- NOTHING GOOD
Metagross- Magmortar - Choice Band Earthquake, even Meteor Mash will do a lot.
Heatran- Magmortar - Earth Power.
Celebi- Yanmega - Won't like Thunder Wave
Jirachi- Magmortar
Dragonite- Pikachu, Milotic - Dragonite Dragon Dances and then wipes out Pikachu with Earthquake.
Mamoswine- Weezing
Gallade- Yanmega - Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Hypnosis
Yanmega- Magmortar - Hypnosis, Air Slash probably 2HKO's.
Kingdra- Sceptile - Draco Meteor
Roserade- Magmortar
Scizor- Magmortar

According to the definiton, a counter must be able to switch in to any of the pokemon's attacks with little or no risk and be able to pose a threat. From what I just showed you, you have way too many weaknesses. This team is lacking decent defense, so I can see you having trouble. Salamence, Porygon-Z, Heracross, Tyranitar, Infernape and Gengar all rip your team apart. They are all powerful OU pokemon. Since you have no Status Absorber, Breloom can also do a number if it gets a spore on Weezing. I'd recommend just starting from scratch and making a team with walls which give you a decent chance at countering more of OU.

I don't know how the hell this trend got started, but could people stop using garish colors to try and look cute in RMTs? It really lowers my motivation to come up with stuff when I have to switch to a local stylesheet just to be able to cleanly read EVs and moveset. EVERYONE: If you don't know how to select proper colors, please don't try.

I can't see either of your 'walls' getting the job done. Weezing has a hard enough time cutting it these days even with more defensive EVs and Pain Split. Milotic is getting more use for a reason, but this doesn't seem to be a particularly effective Milotic. I'll get to those more in a minute.

With the exception of Yanmega, you don't really have any particularly threatening Pokemon (SD Sceptile does some big damage, but has a shaky STAB). Magmortar's Scarf makes him significantly easier to wall. No Stealth Rock means the opponent isn't really penalized for shuffling all the time to take advantage of your semi-offensive but not really hard-hitting team. The opponent's Stealth Rock, however, will put a big dent in Yanmega and Magmortar's chances to do much; Yanmega especially is wrecked by the abundance of hard-hitting Ice Shards for Garchomp.

Unfortunately, it's a little tricky to fix this with your preference in team members. Donphan or Claydol would probably be your best option for Rocks+Spin (probably in place of Weezing).

I'll try and think of a few more concrete suggestions.

I don't really have that much of a choice of members, nothing solid, I just liked using Pikachu =) lol.

And I might have to stretched it a little bit on my Counters section lol

With my experiences in using lesser used pokes like Pikachu, you are going to need some serious walls and more effective sweepers to take out anything that could possibly harm the weaker pokes. So basically, you are going to have to cover your bases and take a chunk out of the opponent before the Pika sweep if that helps.
