Just letting you know, if you don't want your post locked then you have to give 3 lines of explanation for each Pokemom. These three lines can include:
What a Pokemon does, explaining moves/items/EVs/Tera, what this Pokemon is weak to/strong against, what the Pokemon provides, etc.

Just a heads up, you can always use a Pokepaste rather than sending the team in this format, since it's significantly easier to read. Also follow what PenguGuy1 said. https://pokepast.es/85b694cf0181346e

:garchomp: Anyways, this spread doesn't work. TankChomp isn't supposed to be specially bulky, instead focusing all of its EVs into physical defense rather than mixed bulk. Notably, this spread gives Choice Band Rillaboom a chance to OHKO with Wood Hammer, compared to 252 HP / 200+ Def / 56 Spe which doesn't risk the chance, while still outspeeding Modest Heatran, which this set doesn't do. Swords Dance on TankChomp is also bad because of this - you don't break through much with that lack of Speed, which the Z-Move sets have. Lastly, Tera Dragon is pointless here, since boosted Dragon Tail sucks, so Tera Ghost or Water would be significantly better.

:scizor-mega: Good synergy with Garchomp, but the moveset and EVs are a bit wack. Dual Wingbeat would synergise much better with Close Combat, but considering how this is the only thing on the team stopping Tapu Lele from destroying everything, it means a Bulky SD set would be much better, which Dual Wingbeat isn't very good on. Roost would be better to give more longevity, with an EV spread of 248 HP / 112+ Def / 128 SpD / 20 Spe to avoid the 2HKO from Mega Lopunny's Close Combat while outspeeding uninvested Heatran.

:toxapex: Considering how you already have TankChomp, you don't really need mixed bulk on Toxapex. Going full SpDef with 248 HP / 8 Def / 252+ SpD is just better to tank attacks like Choice Scarf Tapu Lele's Psychic. Replace Black Sludge with Leftovers too, so that using Tera isn't a direct downside. Also, Tera Dragon, Fairy or Steel would be better options that Tera Water, and Scald is better than Surf since the Burn chance makes it harder for physical attackers like Mega Medicham to switch into you.

:rotom-mow: Rotom-Mow isn't viable. Tapu Koko is significantly better as an Electric-type pivot since its stronger and doesn't need to be choice locked to have a good Speed tier, additionally having a better secondary STAB to hit Dragon-types, while still being able to use HP Ice. It also has Roost and can hold Heavy-Duty Boots to avoid hazard damage, or Choice Specs to become significantly stronger.

:aerodactyl: This mon is straight up garbage. Why is this your hazard removal option? Tornadus-T is better since it actually has longevity with Regenerator, forming a RegenCore with Toxapex, and because its not taking Life Orb recoil every turn. It may not be faster, but it's definitely more consistent.

:skeledirge: Well we already have TankChomp, Toxapex and I guess Tornadus-T, so Skeledirge doesn't do much. I'd replace this with Ogerpon-W, since it gives you a second Ground-type switch in and a much more consistent way of dealing with Rain teams apart from Toxapex. It has a good speed tier and synergises nicely with Tapu Koko while appreciating Garchomp's Stealth Rock support. There are other alternatives, but this one is solid, basically turning this team from a weird balance core, to a more offense-balance structure.
