Aerodactyl- i think you mean 252atk ev's not sp.atk ev's? Also Rock Slide gives way better coverage with Earthquake than double edge, plus its STAB. So change that

Porygon-Z- not a big fan of choiced, frail, fairly slow things myself, but i'll give it a shot. Decent moveset, HP Fighting could be but on somewhere for tyranitar but im not sure where? not sure if this is good, but if you change to timid nature you will be able to outspeed some threats that could otherwise OHKO you while outspeed

Dragonite- Really dont like Choice Band Nite myself, mainly is just set-up fodder. If i was you i would change dragonite to a set up sweep with dragon dance, EQ, dragon claw/outrage, fire punch/roost and make scizor the satndard choice bander set

Gengar- change to leftovers as trick users can cripple another of your pokemon with it. Moveset seems decent, however if you are going with explosion you will want to change the nature to mild or so explosions damge output is not decreased.

Scizor- as i said above change to standard Choice bander. U-turn>bug bite, Superpower>brick Break, Pursuit>swords dance, adamant, 248HP, 252atk, 8speed

Mamoswine- ugh, scarf mamo, i hate, its like scarfing scizor basically, something really poweful ment to revenge kill with priority just whacked a scarf on. IMO you do still need as revenge killer, so replace scarfmamo with scarf lucario. It can work as a revnege killer with an element of suprise as its mixed.

Aura spheer and shadow ball get perfect covergae. Close combat is for blissey. HP ice can revnge kill dragons,

But they have a point, giving at stone edge would better beacuse of the stronger power, but only if your ok with the accuracy.

Ok, you team is badly beaten by Salazone(Salamence+Magnezone)

I would simply give Mamoswine a life orb and ice shard>ice fang to deal with both pokemon stated above.

Next, I would change your gengar's nature timid and use this set:
Gengar:Life orb/Leftovers
Timid
252spe/252Satk/4def
Substitute l Shadow Ball l Focus blast l HP Fire

This set can lure scizor and tyranitar and KO them. This is a good plus since scizor defeats Mamo,Aero, and tyranitar walls P-Z ad kills it.

Small usggestions but, changing your P-Z to Timid and scarf will help you revenge +1 max speed gyarados.

Not sure about this but you can try out a bulky wall breaking Dragonite:
Mild@Life orb
112 Att/196 Satk/200 spe
Superpower l Draco Meteor l Flamethrower l Roost

This will help with skarmbliss and other walls that go against scizor.
 
1st of all, I'd like to say that you need to expand your description or it'll get locked (not junior modding, telling him for his benefit)
Now onto rating your team:
I saw that your team is weak to DD Mence, as most DD Mence carry Fire Blast (kills Scizor and Mamoswine) Outrage (Bye bye Dragonite, Gengar, and Porygon-z after 1 DD) Earthquake, and Dragon Dance, which would outspeed all of your Pokemon after a DD and kills all of them too... and since only Scizor has a priority move, which won't kill anyways, you might want to take the Choice Scarf off of Mamoswine and change its set to:

Jolly/Adamant
252 Att/4 Def/252 Spe
Earthquake
Ice Shard
Stone Edge
Ice Fang
This set would be able to come in after sacrificing a Pokemon or come in as it Dragon Dances and then Ice Shard Salamence to death, or at the least, make Salamence switch out and lose its DD.

2nd of all, I think you need to change your Gengar set since Explosion isn't too good on most Gengar and leftovers/black sludge doesn't work with the set you have, so I think this set would be better:

Gengar @Life Orb
Levitate
Timid
4 Def/252 SpA/252 Spe
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
ThunderBolt
Hidden Power Fire/Explosion
Explosion is only used if you don't care about Steel Types that mostly wall this set (Hidden Power Fire can kill of steels, mostly Scizor and Forretress)
