Tell your cousins all about this

So, after my last experiment in UU, I've decided to come back and create a new OU team. Not that I didn't like UU, it's just very hard to find people who play it. So here is my latest attempt at a team:

Floatzel (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 40 HP/252 Def/218 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Baton Pass
- Waterfall
- Taunt
---
I used this thing on my BL/UU team and what a monster he can be. 4 of the other 5 pokemon on this team use Physical Attacks so there should always be something to pass to.
---
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Crunch
---
No longer my lead, but a late game sweeper.
---
Electivire (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Thunderpunch
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Cross Chop
---
You all remember Gyaravire? Well I use Floatzivire.... Electizel... Floatzel and Electivire, you get the point. This thing doesn't even need the speed boost sometimes, it's just generally an amazing sweeper and a good wall-buster. Floatzel lures out the Electric types while it Bulks Up and then BP to Vire as they attack. This way Vire gets a speed, attack, and defense boost. Very powerful.
---
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 172 HP/120 SpAtk/216 Spd
Modest nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf
---
New to the team over Weezing. Hopefully, switches in on Gyara, Garchomp, and Infernape.
---
Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpDef)
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Knock Off
-Roost
---
Another Physical Wall, this one answers to Tyranitar and Heracross's problems.
---
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 244 HP/28 Def/236 SpDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Sleep Talk
- Rest
- Body Slam
- Crunch
---
Ah, good old Lax. Another favorite from the days of R/S. Went with the Sleep Talk build to absorb status for the team, but if this thing gets Bulk Up passed to it, it'd be like playing Curselax as well.
---

Well that's my team for right now. There's one other thing that I am thinking about and that is the Flinchhax Togekiss I have in one of my boxes. I'm not sure if it is going to help me right now. Any advice is appreciated.

Lucario is not a good lead. Gyarados, Salamence, Gengar, Hippowdon and Swampert all force him out. I would give Floatzel a try as your lead. He can Taunt Gyarados, Hippowdon, Ninjask and Swampert and is probably the best lead from your current team.

I would replace Weezing or Gardevoir with Gliscor, otherwise you have nothing to take on Tyranitar or Garchomp. Taunt/Dragon Dance/Crunch/Earthquake Tyranitar and Sub/Swords Dance/Earthquake/Dragon Claw Garchomp could cause you some serious problems. If you get rid of Weezing, stick Thunderbolt on Gardevoir and load her up with Defense so she can handle Gyarados.

Consider switching Earthquake for Crunch on Snorlax, as he is your best shot at taking out Gengar.

Agreeing with the Floatzel lead. With WoW I think it would be a good idea to put a few Def evs into Sdef or Spd for Weezing. Spd would be good especially, because it appears to be your Gyara counter. Switching Gardevoir with Gliscor would be a good option, but a bulky water like Wish passing Vaporeon would also make a good counter of Ttar and Garchomp, with the appropriate spread of course. This team could also use the Wish support, especially Lucario.

Ever thought of Metagross for Baton Passing Bulk Ups with? Being sturdy and all, he seems to benefit well with it. Toss on a Life Orb or even a Shuca Berry to reduce Earthquake (or whatever the Fire-resisting berry is if you fear a Fire attack) and watch things fly. Agreeing on Floatzel being a more well-rounded lead, since Taunt is always hard to deal with. I'd ditch Haze for Hidden Power Ice, since that can help with dealing with physical Garchomps.

I hate to say it, but you will have a hell of a time dealing with Heracross without Flamethrower on Weezing. And you really need something to hit Garchomp with either.

Phuquoph has a point. Set up, then BP to the best thing you got as a counter.
-Sweet! You can taunt Subs.- You could also pass it to Weezing, especially since Gyarados leads nullify Bulk Up's +1. Go with Hypnosis on Gardevoir. Most of the time they won't wake up to lessen the Wish-passing. I see you have PBR Electivire, so T-bolt isn't much of an option. All I can suggest is get something bulky & can pull off a good special attack. 4/5

Wow guys, thanks for the fast and good rates. I took Phuquoph's advice and made Floatzel the lead. I also removed Gardevoir to make room for Gliscor. I'm not sure if I want Weezing or Gliscor to be the Heracross counter though. If I use Weezing as the counter, it'd have Flamethrower over Wow, and if I use Gliscor as the counter it'll have Aerial Ace over Ice Fang which may be needed for Garchomp.

The other concern I have is, now that I've lost my Wish Support, Life Orb Lucario doesn't seem too sturdy. Should I just stick a Choice item on it or take it off all together? The other option is following Janen's advice and ditching Gliscor for Vaporeon, which would also work.

EDIT: Made Gliscor the Hera-counter and gave him Aerial Ace. Took Weezing out and added in Starmie for Garchomp, Gyarados, and Infernape.

If you want Electrivire to break walls, turn him into a mixed attacker. Maybe:
Electrivire @ Life Orb
Cross Chop
Thunderbolt
HP Grass
Flamethrower

If only he could learn grass knot :(

Hmm, think I'd be better off with Infernape?

Depends on what you want more: An Infernape is expected as soon as it's sent in to be a mixed attacker and dealt with as such. An Electrivire, although weaker, is not always suspected as one so you could catch them off guard. I would go for Infernape with HP Ice over Nasty Plot, myself.
