Tengan Mountain Location/Feebas Desired

I have currently two badges in my possession. I have just arrived to Hearthome City, and remembered about the pageants and whatnot Feebas will participate him. I looked for the Tengan Mountains in the map, and have found nothing.

Can I find the location for Feebas this early? If not, when can I find it, how far is it? I'd ask for someone to trade one over, but that seems unlikely...

It's located in Mt. Coronet, and you need the Super Rod. And it's only in 2 of the squares which rotate every day, so good luck finding one.
 
Also, you only get the Super Rod after you've beaten the Elite Four.

So unless you trade for a Feebas from someone, you're not going to be using one this early.
 
You must also count all of the water squares as you can surf and fish at the same time. You have to either be a huge luckbox or someone with far to much free time to find them considering they only show up in four boxes and only half the time in those, meaning you should haul up 3 fish before giving up on a square.

I'd go with 5. I was fishing up Remoraid today and I got 7 females in a row before I found a male. Statistically speaking, that is a highly unlikely occurence.
 
Statistically speaking you're better off fishing every square once and then repeating the whole area if you dont find a feebas on the first run through.
