Pending Tera blast EV/nature suggestion

When you have Tera Blast in the builder, the builder will assume it's a special move and give you EV suggestions/nature based on that.

Could you guys consider changing those suggestions to make it physically based if the user has more attack than special attack, because usually it's only going to be used as a physical move.
