im in victory road, and im near the end. on the first floor, theres a guy near a Zinc that is blocking access to a cave. what is in there and how do you get him to move?

You need the national dex to go in. I just went to check it out and you have to help someone go through the cave. Not sure whats on the other side yet though. (Theres that bit of land past the E4 building if you look on the map. I bet thats what it is...)

I think it's the entrance to Route 224.

Behind that guy is an extension of Victory Road that opens up when you beat the Elite Four, where you have to assist a girl through the cave to Route 224, and she has an Arcanine. Route 224 is indeed on the other end of the cave, where there are even more trainers and grassy areas.

I went in there last night. Nothing too interesting aside from some cool items once you're out of the cave and into the grass.
