The A-Team: OU RMT!

The Overview

Basically, I did my battling on Netbattle, until I updated my Java and got Shoddy, so, my first team was a blend of fragments from old teams, who all gelled well together, so without further-a-do, here's the team:

The First Blood Drawing Artist

Azelf@Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
4HP/252Atk/252Spe
Ability:Levitate

Explosion
Stealth Rock
Taunt
U-turn

The newly crowned 'Mr Popular' of leads returns, and he's as fiesty as ever. Not much to explain here, Taunt SRers, set up my own rocks, and then U-turn away. Most people Explode, but most people can predict them nowadays, so U-turn is good for scouting for ghosts who spoil the kaboom party.

The Serial Killer
212Scizor.png

Scizor@Leftovers
Careful Nature
248HP/8Atk/252SDef
Ability:Technician

Bullet Punch
U-turn
Pursuit
Roost

BulkyZor, not really a standard, but it should be. The loss of coverage is nothing when you think I can counter so many thing reliably now. Latias stands no chance with my huge SpDef investments, and now Starmie can be beaten 1-on-1 reliably. SR damage no longer racks up, and a mispredict into a T-Tars Stone Edge can be Healed off as if nothing happened. This thing is suprisingly durable, and the loss in Attack isn't missed that much. U-turn still dents things like mad, BP still sweeps nicely, and Pursuit still Punishes frail Psychics. He is good tactically with Azelf;Azelf lures out frail ghosts to take Explosions and Scizor greets them with a horrible Pursuit-Trap. Also, Scizor can BP the foes Azelf can't quite fall with Explosion.

The Nuker

373Salamence.png

Salamence@Choice Specs
Modest Nature
4HP/252SAtk/252Spe
Ability:Intimidate

Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse
Flamethrower
Hydro Pump

He's called 'The Nuker' for a reason;everything outside of Blissey and Steels get huge chunks knocked out of them by Draco Meteor, and I've included some Damage Calcs here to show it:

188HP/0SDef Vaporeon=79-92% (Chance to OHKO w/Stealth Rock)
148HP/0SDef Milotic=76-89% (Chance to OHKO w/SR)
252HP/0SDef Suicune=74-87% (Chance to OHKO
w/SR)
252HP/0SDef Dusknoir=88-100% (OHKO w/SR)

Now those are only a few, but I can tell you, nothing Neutral to it can just expect to waltz in and take the hit, as nearly all Pokes are 2KO'd even after the SPAtk drop. Flamethrower gives good coverage and scares off Steels, and Hydro Pump hits T-Tar and Hippowdon harder. Dragon Pulse is for a possible late game sweep.

The MotherDucker

233Porygon2.png

Porygon2@Leftovers
252HP/216Def/40SAtk
Bold Nature
Ability:Trace

Ice Beam

Thunderbolt
Protect
Recover

My single favorite pokemon...ever. Not only is he a Duck who lives in cyber space, but he can single handidly destroy the top threats in OU. Gyarados gets his DD canceled out by a Traced Intimidate, and the same applies for Salamence. They are then KO'd by T-Bolt and Ice Beam respectively. Outrage+LO/Waterfall+LO doesn't even 2KO, so Gonzo can have fun with Recover to make himself 100% healthy. Protect is to scout CBers moves, which I find vital, as poor P2 has no hope against a CB Mamo's superpower, or a SpecsGar's FOcus Blast. P2 also counters Heatran by Tracing Flash Fire, and not being 2KO'd by any other of his other Attacks. However the SubTox Versions are troublesome. SpecsJolt is also swept away by tracing Volt Absorb, along with a CBFlygon, locked into EQ, when I trace his Levitate. Protect can also block Explosions, and Aid lefties recovery. Vaporeon can also be countered, Tracing water absorb rendering Surf useless. Then I can Protect and see what they do. If they Toxic, they'll usually lack Ice Beam, so I can switch to Mence and dent her with Draco Meteor. If she Ice Beams, she has no hope of out stalling me. A very useful Duck indeed.

The Unfaulty Appliance
479Rotom-Heat.png

Rotom-H@Leftovers
252HP/168Def/88Spe
Bold Nature
Ability:Levitate

Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Overheat
Will-O-Whisp

Mwahaha...one of the most impossible walls there is the beat. T-Tars are horrible with their Dark STAB, but they get cocky. They Pursuit, wanting to cause me a dilema. But there isn't one, fortunatly. A CB Pursuit NOT off the switch doesn't even 2KO, so I just sit tight and WOW, crippling him, and giving Zor/Luke a free switch. WOW is a lovely weapon, and I love spamming it, because Guts users like Heracross/Champ get killed by this thing. He's my second Gyara counter and SDZor counter (They never have pursuit). So your basic Rotom-H in all it's glory. btw, the 88Spe outspeeds Max Spe Adamant Scizor, and T-Tar, who never packs many Speed EVs.

The Clean Sweeper
448Lucario.png

Lucario@Life Orb
4HP/252Atk/252Spe
Adamant Nature
Ability:SteadFast

Close Combat
ExtremeSpeed
Ice Punch
Swords Dance

This is the way I finish games off; with style. After a single SD, he can OHKO just about everything in the game, with only Hippowdon, Skarm, Cress and Dusknoir in his way. Close Combat is stupidly powerful, ExtremeSpeed makes up for his lacklustre speed, and Ice Punch kills Gliscor who otherwise has his wicked way with Luke. On the Ice Punch vs Crunch vs Stone Edge subject, I choose Ice Punch because I'm paranoid of Gliscor if you must know, and Cress and Dusk are still beaten Senseless by Ice Punch after a SD.

The Threat List
Key
Easy
Moderate
Difficult

Tyranitar-Luke and Rotom-H handle him, and Scizor loves to BP him.

Gyarados-P2 is his BEST counter full stop, and Rotom adds more reassurance

Infernape-Ack. He can be prblematic. Rotom-H can handle him fine usually, but those Flare Blitz's hurt...

Azelf-Leads are no problem, Taunt and hope to win the speed tie, and set up my own Rocks, and U-turn to break the sash and BP with Zor. NPzelf can be revenged by Zor is guess...

Electivire-Rotom WOW's him dead.

Heracross-Rotom Overheats him and takes little damage from a non-switch pursuit.

Salamence-P2 takes out the DD/CB versions, MixMence is beaten by predicting rightly and getting my Mence in, who outspeeds and KO's with Dragon Pulse.

Togekiss-Scizor BP's to hell, and Rotom takes nothing from most of it's attacks.

Gengar-My BulkyZor loves absorbing his T-bolts and Pursuits to death. HP fire versions can be killed by Mence.

Lucario-Rotom comes in, and if it lacks Ice Punch Mence comes in and KO's.

Starmie
- Scizor pursuits him away.

Weavile-Scizor BP's

PorygonZ-ummm...Lucario can come in on the NP/Tri Attack and KO with CC.

Machamp-the confusion is as annoying as hell...Rotom-H comes in hoping not to be met by a Payback, and WOW's, hoping no guts...

Snorlax
-Rotom WOWs, Luke CCs.

Zapdos-SR wears down, and Rotom Shadow Balls away.

Breloom-Sleep sacrifice Azelf and send in Rotom-H to WOW/Overheat.

Ninjask-Azelf taunts as they sub, and sets up Rocks, then switch to Zor to BP.

Metagross-Rotom yawns at his MM and WOWs and Overheats.

Heatran-P2 Traces Flash Fire, and SubTox versions are beaten eventuallyby T-bolt.

Jirachi
-Rotom Overheats/WOW's

Dragonite-Rotom WOWs/P2 Ice Beams

Mamoswine-Rotom WOW's/Overheats.

Kingdra-really irritating, can revenge with Mence, but swift swimmers are really annoying...

Scizor-Rotom WOWs/Overheats.

I'm really grateful for your help ;)

I'd like to point out that you say the following:

and Ice Punch kills Gliscor who otherwise has his wicked way with Luke. On the Ice Punch vs Crunch vs Stone Edge subject, I choose Ice Punch because I'm paranoid of Gliscor if you must know, and Cress and Dusk are still beaten Senseless by Ice Punch after a SD.
However, most Gliscor run enough speed to outrun max speed Adamant Lucario (like yours), so they can switch in on your Swords Dance, outrun you and OHKO you with an Earthquake. Also, straight from the analysis:

When using Ice Punch, Jolly makes a better option, as it allows Lucario to outpace neutral Speed natured Zapdos, Salamence, and Gliscor and follow up with OHKOs from a Swords Danced Ice Punch.
So I'd recommend changing your nature to Jolly, so you can Ice Punch those Gliscors. That's the thing that immediately sprang to my mind, rest of the team I don't have much to say about; I'll leave that to the better raters.

Also, I'd use the standard Azelf lead, since you need Psychic to beat Aerodactyl leads easily. (and also Infernape and Roserade, although I'm not sure about those)

Hello!

The first thing I notice is an enormous weakness to all out attacking MixApe. Close Combat will kill off Lucario and Porygon2, while LO Fire Blast will KO Rotom-A and Scizor, while Hidden Power Ice gets rid of Salamence. Your only hope against it is to revenge kill it after a couple Defense drops, but a real counter to it would be much more helpful.

The most replaceable member of your team as I see it, is Porygon2. He does indeed counter many Pokemon, but an Infernape counter is vitally necessary. Latias will be very helpful in place of Porygon2. Latias still counters Heatran very well and can revenge kill MixMence. Since you do have a bulky Rotom-H, I would not worry much at all about Gyarados, although Latias fares well against it, resisting Waterfall.

Latias @ Choice Specs
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
~ Draco Meteor
~ Surf
~ Thunderbolt
~ Trick / Dragon Pulse

Latias is a powerful wall breaking force, as only Blissey can really withstand its attacks. Latias counters Infernape very well, while also helping against your SpecsJolt weakness. Use Trick if you fear Blissey, or Dragon Pulse if you wish to sweep late game. With the inclusion of Latias, I believe Salamence' set needs to be changed:

Salamence @ Life Orb
EVs: 84 Atk / 252 SpA / 208 Speed
Nature: Mild
~ Draco Meteor
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Flamethrower

Salamence makes a stellar mixed attackers, defeating many walls with ease, allowing Lucario and Latias to sweep much easier. This will also give you an easier time with Blissey, OHKOing it after Draco meteor with Outrage.

Next, if Lucario is using Ice Punch, a Jolly nature allows you to outspeed standard Gliscor and most Salamence. You will also outspeed Modest PorygonZ, so you can nail it hard with Close Combat.

I think you'll find Scizor quite underwhelming without much Attack EVs or a boosting item. I highly suggest using an EV spread, such as 176 HP / 100 Atk / 232 SpD with an Adamant nature. Life Orb will be very helpful too, but I undestand that the recoil is off putting.

Good luck.
