this is pretty bias towards offense. if you want to cover all roles, you should include good wish passers, clerics, boosting sweepers, and unaware users, aswell as stealth rock users commonly found on stall and semistall. your current lists are lacking, you can talk with good players to solidify what the actual 'best' are. here are some of my own opinions, based on what you already have.

Wallbreakers / Stallbreakers

Mega Gardevoir - with taunt, possibly the CM/Wish set
Mega Heracross - make this first on the list, +2 hera beats all stall
Mega Pinsir
Mega Charizard X - stallbreaker charizard doesn't have access to taunt, which means it can't stop toxic like mew or sab, it's not the best. if you mean the SD outrage set, maybe you have a case here. stall users can take advantage of locked outrage, though.
Terrakion - only LO terrak
