The best ou team ever! Not really i get crushed

I just wanted to show you guys what im working with and any tips/help would be appreciated

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 16 HP / 8 Def / 232 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Flamethrower
- Protect

Manetric is my fast, speedy, lightning, yellow, and fast dog, Manetric can do some quick damage, and run away if you need, or stay in and deal damage to some pokemon that are down and out and need a quick way to the pokemon center. The hidden power ice is a nice little niche for manetric as it can do some tremendous damage to ground types before getting buried by massive earthquakes.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 124 Atk / 252 HP / 52 SDef / 80 Def
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

At first i was like man, who the heck uses legendaries rofl, then i secretly started using lando-T. its kind of a beast, the double intimidate doesn't hurt, and unless you're that type of guy who's entire team is made to destroy lando-t, you might have abit of trouble taking it down. The knock off definitely helps for pokemon like I dunno, Chansey who look at their eviolite alittle to fondly.

Chesnaught @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Spiky Shield
- Leech Seed
- Hammer Arm
- Wood Hammer

Not much to say here, i needed a grass type who could help out manetric when the ground types come in, and Chesnaught has done it's role well, leech seed really helps when i need it to, and even though I haven't been able to make much use of it's ability...that day will soon come.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 Spd
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Roost

Skarmory is still a beast at what it does honestly, can put down rocks, take a boosted hit pretty well, and whirlwind your butt out to a pokemon who's main phobia is stealth rocks. I would hug skarmory for all its contributions to our society, but ill just hug my stainless steel oven and pretend its skarmory instead

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 200 SDef / 252 HP / 56 Spd
- Dragon Pulse
- Defog
- Recover
- Thunder Wave

Latias may be somewhat weaker than her boyfriend/brother/cousin/blue neighbor/ stalker alternate in terms of offensive power, but she can most def hold her own on the defensive side. Shes not really here to drown you in attacks, she's here to get rid of rocks, t-wave you, wave good bye before blue stalker shows up.

Slowbro @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Sassy Nature
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Fire Blast

Okay when I made this team, Orda-Y and I spent countless hours (30 minutes) trying to come up with a counter for heatran and latios on my team. And although not the best, he can do some work and his name is slowbro. He can take a hit, dish it right back out, switch out, and have more hp than what you took from him, thats what I call helpful

Pretty solid team i would say.
There are some changes i would make though:

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 16 HP / 8 Def / 232 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Overheat
- Thunderbolt
The reason why i would run overheat over flamethrower is because mega-manectric is more like a hit and run pokemon. With overheat, it can deal massive damage then volt switch out of there. And for protect, i would like to know why you are running it because manectric has incredible base speed that it can mega-evolve and volt switch out if needed. Thunderbolt in my opinion is more viable because of it's great coverage, there will be times when nothing would want to take a STAB t-bolt or any moves it has.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice scarf/Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Hp
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
I've never used an AV Landorus-T so i can't really say much about yours however, your team can take special hits very well and the only special hits i can think of that would be used against landorus-t is either ice/water types which slowbro can handle very well. The items I would use with lando is either choice scarf or lefties. I've used it with a scarf and it works great gaining momentum. Lefties is just for recovery.

Chesnaught @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Spiky Shield
- Leech Seed
- Hammer Arm
- Spikes
Because chesnaught is your physical wall, i wouldnt recommend using an attack that causes recoil damage. Replacing it with spikes adds more hazards causing more damage on top of the SR damage they will take.

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 Spd
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Roost
I've used rocky helmet of skarm and it works wonders. Skarmory is a pokemon that can take a bunch of physical hits. By giving it rocky helmet, it causes recoil damage to the physical attack and you can roost your health back up.

Latias @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Timid Nature
EV's: 248 HP / 8SpA / 252 Spe
- Defog
- Recover
- Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
With the current team you have, i dont really see a need to t-wave. Draco is there to hit something very hard and with its base spA, it will still deal a considerable amount of damage. Psyshock is there to hit special walls pretty hard.

Overall its a pretty solid team. Good luck with it!

It looks great, the rocky helmet, and overheat changes were already mentioned. Psyshock is a really good addition to Latias.

It is kinda sad that I didn't noticed that someone has posted before me, still the team looks good! I'd fear your team.^^

These changes are great. Something you should consider that if you really want to have dual stab on chestnaught you could run spikes on skarm and rocks on lando. And just make sure latias' psyshock does over half to mega-saur (248 hp, 252+ is what they often run as core with heatran).
