The Big Cheese.

This is a relatively successful team i've made recently, but i feel it could be alot better. CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism is greatly appreciated. Please note that the order on here does not specify which is my designated "LEAD".

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Modest(+Sp. Attk, -Spd)
Magic Guard
252 HP, 252 Sp. Attk, 4. Defence

-Calm Mind
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Recover

Oh my geeeawddd, this thing is the Rosie O'Donnell of bulky Psychics (if there are any besides Bronzong, and Claydol in UU?). This thing can deal damage like a boss and take a bit for itself. Calm Mind to add more Special Bulk and to own everything with a +1 Sp. Attack boost. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast for mighty fine coverage, as it hits everything in the game for 100% neutral coverage i believe? Recover to have some staying power and BallBlast on everyone's face (Pun somewhat intended, i couldnt help but write it ;) ). THE standard set, outside of Trick Room sets.

Bisharp @ Occa Berry
Adamant (+Attack, -Sp. Attk)
252 Attack, 252 HP, 4 Defence

-Sucker Punch
-Pursuit
-Thunder Wave
-Psycho Cut

I Swear the only reason this thing was ever created was to bless us with an insanely powerful Sucker Punch ;) Sucker Punch for home dawgs who try to attack it, since its speed isnt its best asset. Pursuit for a switch, Thunder Wave to cripple a troublesome sweeper, and Psycho Cut just for the hell of it to surprise an incoming Conkeldurr or Machamp or other Fighting type.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Impish (+Defence, -Sp. Attk)
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Def

-Stealth Rock
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Roost

Yes, not running attacks on Skarm COULD be a bad idea, but I like entry hazards. Always have, always will. Bulky enough to get atleast Rocks or a few layers of Spikes down, OR both, then to do some MAJOR phazing. Roost for healing and erasing my electric weakness. Not much to say other than that.

Milotic @ Flame Orb
Calm (+Sp. Def, -Attk)
252 HP, 130 Def, 126 Sp. Defence

-Recover
-Dragon Tail
-Toxic
-Surf

A Bit unorthodox, yes, but it surprises the daylights out of the OU metagame. I rarely see a Milotic anywhere anymore, when in 3rd Gen everyone and their uncle had one up their sleeve, now its Jellicent... But that's another story. Point is, Calm Milotic with Flame Orb upping its quite nice defences to a new level, and Recover for staying power, its quite hard to take down. Dragon Tail is for extra Phazing support, and Surf for STAB.

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Calm (+ Sp. Defence, -Attk)
252 HP, 120 Def, 136 Sp. Def

-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Recover
-Magic Coat

I've had a video game crush on this thing since I first layed eyes on it... Anyway, Eviolite Porygon2 is bawsss. BoltBeam, super duper good defences, one weakness, its almost got everything. Magic Coat for Ferrothorn's Leech Seed, or any other Efer's annoyances.

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Brave (+Attack, -Spd)
252 HP, 156 Attack, 100 Sp. Attack

-Substitute
-Dragon Pulse
-Earthquake
-Flamethrower / U-Turn / Stone Edge

Woah woah WOAH! a MIXED Hydreigon?! Yes. My friend and I were simply awe-struck as to how Tyraniboah functioned, so we managed to scrape together a miniBoah in the form of HydreBoah, i guess you'd call it? Substitute off of 388 HP is quite nice, EdgeQuake for coverage, U-Turn for a hit and run, Flamethrower for Bugs that threaten Reuniclus and for Ferrothorn. Cant decide though...... Thinking of switching to a regular Specs Hydreigon... suggestions?

And there ya have it! Suggestions greatly appreciated! Sorry for no pictures, i couldnt get it to work, so i just gave up on putting them...

It seems as though you selected pokemon by their own individual merit. Have you given a thought as to how your team synergizes?

Not particularly, this is more of a straightforward style team in my eyes, i dont really get how to synergize and cover the sweeper, wall, lead bases. But, although there's no real set-in-stone strategy, it still functions to some degree.

Haven't rated in ages, so will just point out some major threats.

SD Excadrill can be quite a problem if Skarmory goes down, switching in for free against Bisharp, and almost always OHKO'es Milotic (with a SD) if SR is up. It also 2HKO'es Porygon2 and Reuniclus. Porygon2 cannot KO in return and Focus Blast is risky. This is assuming Air Balloon. Now, if it runs Life Orb, it OHKO'es Porygon2 (guaranteed with SR and a layer of Spikes) and Reuniclus a third of the time, and always OHKO'es Milotic.

You also have 3 fighting weaknesses. SD Lucario (or NP Lucario) can easily wreck things if they get a chance to set up, as Close Combat/Aura Sphere/Vacuum Wave + Dark Move run right through your team. Thankfully, though, Lucario has been slipping in usage.

Also, NP Thundurus is a big problem if it can get a free NP.

Calcs: +2 Thunderbolt vs. Reuniclus: 106.13-124.76%
+2 Focus Blast against Porygon2: 97.86-114.97%
+2 Thunderbolt against Milotic: Not going to bother.
+2 Focus Blast against Hydreigon: 186.08-219.07%
+2 Thunderbolt against Skarmory: 315.27-370.96%
+2 Thunderbolt against Bisharp: 157.49-185.33%

Curious though, what's Milotic doing for you? You already have a mixed wall (Porygon2), plus Sand and Burn will take its toll.

CB Azumarill might help in place of Milotic, doing around 50% to Thundurus and OHKO'ing Excadrill most of the time.

Again, I apologize if this rate/whatever fails or misses the mark entirely. I'm just trying to help.

@hmbshark: don't worry, your post is omi very good and helping.

Now, onto my post.
First of all, Modest Nature does +Sp.Atk -Atk, not -Spd. If you seek the Speed drop, go for a Quiet Nature (raises Sp.Atk, lowers Spd). So change that on Reuniclus.
Still about Reuniclus, I suggest you put 252 EV's in Defense and just 4 in Sp.Atk (keep the 252 in HP!). That's because Reuniclus will almost always manage to set up one Calm Mind, boosting the Sp.Atk anyway, whilst the Defense isn't boosted by any moves. The Defense boost just makes you even more bulkier (allowing you to take X-scissors from the likes of Excadrills better), while keeping that great offensive potential.

Curious though, what's Milotic doing for you? You already have a mixed wall (Porygon2), plus Sand and Burn will take its toll.

I agree with him. I suggest you take Milotic away as you already have a special wall AND a phazer (Porygon2 and Skarmory respectively). Also, porygon does a better job at it, as it also manages to damage well with the good old BoltBeam combo, whereas Milotic seems, well, unnecessary.

As a pokemon who can replace Milotic, the choice in general seems obvious to me: A physical attacker. That's because Reuniclus, Porygon2 and Hydreigon are special attackers (Yes, make that Hydreigon Specs, not mixed!) and Bisharp doesn't do exactly what a physical attacker should be doing. I suggest Scizor as a good candidate. Here's an obvious set for him:

Scizor@Choice Band/Life Orb
Technician, Adamant Nature
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd OR 252 Atk/128 Def/128 Sp.Def
-Swords Dance/Roost/Agility
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite
-U-turn/Superpower/Pursuit

It adds a Fire-type weakness to your team, but oh well, you only had one before that, so yeah. Scizor always does a good job at checking opposing Reuniclus or the Latis.

As I already mentioned above, change Hydreigon to a fully special attacking one:

Hydreigon @ Life Orb/Choice Specs
Levitate, Modest Nature/Timid Nature
EV's: 4 HP/252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Surf
-Dragon Pulse

Pretty standard set, if i'm not mistaken.

I'm not gonna make this post any longer now.
Hope I helped,
Cap'n
