Sharpedo @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack 4 Defense 252 Speed
Moves: Waterfall, Crunch, Protect, Poison Jab

I chose to have Sharpedo on my team because it is an awesome cleaner. Speed Boost is the Ability of choice because it helps patch up Sharpedo's speed, and at +2 speed, outspending the most, if not all, of the metagame. An Adamant Nature with 252 Attack EVs and a Life Orb make sure that Sharpedo hits as hard as possible. The rest is in speed to make it faster. Waterfall hits Pokémon weak to it such as Houndoom and Rhyperoir. Crunch hits Psychic Types like Bronzong and Slowking. Protect ensures that Sharpedo will gain a speed boost. Poison Jab hits Fairy Types and Mega Abomasnow.

Flectchinder @ None
Ability: Gale Wings
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 152 Health 252 Attack 76 Defense 28 Special Defense
Moves: Acrobatics, Swords Dance, Roost, Will-O-Wisp

I chose Fletchinder to be on my team because it can break down Grass Types and can sweep if it has to. An Adamant Nature is used with 252 Attack EVs with no item are used so that Fletchinder's Acrobatics hit as hard as possible. Along with the Health EVs, the 76 EVs in Defense are used so that Scrafty cannot 2HKO Fletchinder and the 28 EVs in Special Defense help it avoid the kill from a Tangrowth Specs Leaf Storm if Fletchinder has to take Stealth Rock damage. Acrobatics is Fletchinder's strongest STAB move. Swords Dance boosts Acrobatics. Roost provides Fletchinder with reliable recovery. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers.

Flygon_%28anime_AG%29.png

Flygon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Defense 252 Special Attack 252 Speed
Moves: Draco Meteor, Defog, U-turn, Earth Power

I chose Flygon to be on my team because I needed a hazard remover. Flygon can also help break down walls like Alomomola and Registeel. A Timid nature is used with maximum speed so that Flygon is as fast as possible. A Life Orb is used with 252 Special Attack to hit as hard as possible. Draco Meteor hits Dragon types along with Physical Walls. Defog clears away hazards. U-turn help keep momentum in my favor. Earth Power hits Steel Types like Registeel.

Rotom-Mow @ Choice Scarf
Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Defense 252 Special Attack 252 Speed
Moves: Thunderbolt, Leaf Storm, Volt Switch, Will-O-Wisp

I chose Rotom-C to be on my team because I wanted to be able to KO bulky Waters and revenge kill Flying resists. A Choice Scarf is used to patch up Rotom's mediocre speed. A Timid nature is used with 252 Special Attack and Speed EVs are used to hit as hard and fast as possible. Volt Switch is used to keep momentum. Leaf Storm is used to hit Ground Types who might want to interrupt a Volt Switch. Will-O-Wisp is used to hit potential switch-ins and to cripple physical attackers. Thunderbolt is for when it is better for Rotom to stay in.

Glalie @ Glalitite
Ability: (Before Mega Evolution) Inner Focus
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack 4 Defense 252 Speed
Moves: Frustration, Ice Shard, Explosion, Earthquake

I chose Mega Glalie to be on the team because wanted a good wallbreaker. Inner Focus is the ability before Mega Evolution to avoid the flinches from Fake Outs. A Jolly Nature is used with 252 Speed EVs to make sure that Mega Glalie is as fast as possible. 252 Attack EVs are used so that It hits as hard as possible. Frustration hits bulky Grass Types. Ice Shard is used to hit weakened, faster targets. Explosion is used so that it can go out with a bang and do massive damage to any opposing Pokémon that does not resist it. Earthquake makes sure that Mega Glalie is not completely walled by Pokémon that resist Ice.

Uxie @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 Health 8 Defense 60 Special Attack 192 Speed
Moves: Psyshock, Stealth Rock, U-turn, Giga Drain

I chose Uxie to be on the team because I needed a Stealth Rock setter along with an additional Hitmonlee check. With 60 Special Attack EVs, Uxie scores the OHKO Hitmonlee with Psyshock. 192 Speed EVs allows Uxie to outspeed Adamant Hitmonlee. 248 Health EVs, 8 Defense, and a Bold nature allow Uxie to take physical hits better. A Colbur Berry is used for Uxie to take Dark Type attacks better, such as Knock Off and Pursuit. Psyshock is used to hit Fighting Types such as the aforementioned Hitmonlee and Hitmontop. Stealth Rock is Stealth Rock. U-turn is used to keep momentum up and joins Rotom-C and Flygon in a Volt/Turn cycle. Giga Drain allows Uxie to hit bulky Waters and Rhyperior.

Thank you for taking the time to read this :)

Hey nice offensive team you have here. Here are a few changes:

  • First off, I don't think having a Rotom-Mow is that good, mostly because it's main STAB, Leaf Storm gives you a poor drawback, where you will be forced to switch out against a couple of Pokemon, and since your team is offensive, it gives you an unsafe switch in to a number of things in the metagame. Furthermore, if the opponent has a Ground-type Pokemon, you basically have to think what to use in order to not give the opponent free turns. Also, Rotom-Mow does not hit hard enough and thus leaves you unable to break a number of bulky Pokemon. A proper replacement would be using Calm Mind Virizion over Rotom-Mow, which can setup Calm Mind on a Water-type Pokemon, such as Alomomola and then they should switch to their Virizion checks, for example, Tangrowth and Amoonguss, both of which can be dealt by Focus Blast and Hidden Power [Ice] respectively. Calm Mind Virizion is also unprepared for on many teams, mainly one thinks of the Swords Dance set when checking Virizion, and the common Swords Dance checks are taken down by Calm Mind Virizion. Moreover, with the aid of Virizion, you can wear down the checks to Sharpedo, giving you an easier chance to clean the opponent's team. It also has a very good speed tier, making it hard to revenge kill. Having a Virizion in your team can act as a soft check to opposing Sharpedo, which can devour your team since most of the Pokemon are weak to it.

  • Uxie as a Stealth Rocker in an offensive team is good, although, the power is quite mediocre and it lacks utility moves to be the ideal Stealth Rocker for an offensive team such as yours. A better choice would be running Mesprit over Uxie, because having a Pokemon with both Stealth Rock and Healing Wish is a blessing on offensive teams, as the game goes on, some of your Pokemon will be worn down, and using Healing Wish on these Pokemon would threaten the opponent, as it will most likely win you the game. Furthermore, with Colbur Berry, Mesprit can still act as a Dark-type check and therefore would still be very good, as it can deal heavy damage to them with Dazzling Gleam.

  • Physical Sharpedo is good in RU, but it doesn't seem that great in your team, as most Sharpedo checks, such as Mega Steelix, Amoonguss, Tangrowth can easily pressure your team back, since all you can do against them is either get KO-ed by their STABs, which will make you lose a great cleaner in your team, or switch out, giving the opponent momentum. Therefore, the ability of Sharpedo to get past these checks are important, and so, running a Specially Offensive Sharpedo over Physically Offensive is the best option. With Ice Beam, it can KO most Tangrowth, KO Mega Steelix, and deal heavy damage to Amoonguss. Specially Offensive Sharpedo can work great when paired with Calm Mind Virizion, since RU is a tier with less Specially Defensive walls over Physically Defensive.

  • Explosion on Mega Glalie is unnecessary in your team and you'd want to get past Pokemon such as Seismitoad and Druddigon without switching out and losing HP due to recoil respectively. Therefore, Freeze Dry over Explosion is ideal since Mega Glalie is the wall-breaker that would lead to an easier clean by Fletchinder and Sharpedo. Running Jolly nature on Mega Glalie is fine, since that can still KO Seismitoad, and KO a weakened Druddigon which saves your precious HP.
