I've tried posting this team on a certain other site, only to receive extremely unsatisfactory rates. So please, give me a good rate. :)
The Lead:
Celebi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 78 HP/180 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Leaf Storm
- Psychic
Celebi 1HKOs a large portion of common leads including Azelf, Ambipom, Heatran,
Gengar, Blaziken, etc. A fast Baton Pass allows you to scout the opponent (dry passing)
and switch in your own counter. Unlike U-Turn, Baton Pass escapes Pursuit damage all
together.
---
The Late Game Sweep:
Entei @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 180 HP/176 Spd/136 SAtk/16 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Flamethrower
Toxic isn't as bad as you might think. Flamethrower / Toxic is only resisted by Heatran.
Toxic allows me to more easily damage things such as Blissey, Cresselia, Dusknoir, etc.
before I have time to set up CM. Usually, I switch in on something that will switch out, set
up a Sub, and then Toxic if the opponent's Pokemon resists Flamethrower, or act
accordingly otherwise.
---
The Support:
Wobbuffet (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 28 HP/228 Def/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Encore
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Safeguard
Wobbuffett allows me to more easily counter dangerous threats like Lucario and
Garchomp. It also allows me to more easily set up Entei for a sweep by removing Heatran
from play.
---
The Muscle:
Breloom (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Effect Spore
EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/128 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Spore
- Sky Uppercut
- Mach Punch
- Seed Bomb
After playtesting, Effect Spore is more useful on this team. This allows me to 1HKO /
2HKO things that would usually be able to beat me. I could use ThunderPunch or Stone
Edge in place of Spore, but either way I will not be beating Celebi, and like the ability
to at least put one of the counters to sleep.
---
The Brains:
Vaporeon (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 52 HP/252 Def/4 Spd/200 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Wish
Wish is PURELY filler. I've contemplated Baton Pass, but Wish seems to be overall more
useful. I could use Shadow Ball, but anything that will be 1HKOed by Shadow Ball will
either be KOed by Surf or be near death (Mismagius).
---
The Utility:
Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 244 HP/64 Atk/192 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
Hopefully, I don't have to explain this to you.
---
I haven't found any extensive weaknesses. The only times I have lost with this team are
when the opponent knew my team beforehand and when Encore, Explosion, Leaf Storm,
and Mach Punch all missed against an opposing Garchomp.
As for status; Forretress can switch in on Toxic, Entei can take Will-o-Wisp, Wobbuffet can
take Thunder Wave if need be, and Celebi can take sleep.
Please only post useful suggestions.
