Hey, you've got a pretty solid team here, but Volcarona is going to cause quite a lot of problems. My suggestion to remedy this problem is to use a specially defensive Heatran who can take anything it'll want to dish out and then phaze away any potential boosts while forcing it to take SR damage. The most replacable member on this team is definitely Mienshao so use it in place of that. Here's the set:

Heatran @ Leftovers l Calm l 252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SDef
Lava Plume l Stealth Rock l Roar l Protect

The use of Stealth Rock frees up a slot to use Fire Punch on Jirachi which lets you combat Magnezone, Scizor, and Ferrothorn. Next, try using an EV spread of 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 Spd and a moveset of Earthquake, Ice Fang, Taunt, and Swords Dance on Gliscor. This set allows you to maintain the offensive presence the rest of your team works to build with the use of Swords Dance while still having the physical bulk needed to counter Conkeldurr and Excadrill. Farthermore, Taunt lets you act effectively as a stallbreaker and can help stop Skarmory and Ferrothorn from laying down entry hazards which will reduce the lifespan of Scizor and Jirachi.

One final thing you could consider the the use of Recover > Calm Mind and a Life Orb > Leftovers on Latios. This gives you more immediate power, but in the end it completely comes down to personal preference. Anyways, the team looks to be pretty solid after these changes. Good team and good luck.

Need a Tlist and more descriptions to rate it well. I already now that equqke is a stab.

Plus serieusement, post sur FS si t'as du mal avec l'anglais, juste un conseil. ^^

Jellicent walls a lot of your your team, and most of it is going to have trouble dealing with bulky waters in general. In addition, you have a lack of entry hazards, so I recommend standard Ferrothorn, who can wall and hit bulky waters with a power whip, or in most cases force the switch and set up a free layer of Stealth Rocks. I think you can safely replaced Jirachi with it, since it can deal with a lot of the stuff your Jirachi's dealing with.

Also, I believe this was already mentioned, but Volcarona can set up on pretty much every single member of your team and sweep easily, so you definitely need a check to that.

yes, but why replace calm mind recover from treatment because it moove my setup hp at worst fire but in fact I do not really need to care, because when I place it there are already more such counters in the opposing team.

Nelson : Ouais mais quand j'y ai pensé j'avais pu la traduction française, donc je m'en occuperait plus tard ^^

Otherwise, if I replace mienshao by Heatran, it will give me special 2stallers is not a problem?

Thank you for review see ^ ^
