The Core

Ok so I have a OU team that I would like some rating with. First of I wanted a team built around to pokemon dragonite, and lucario. Since both of them help each other cover there weakness. so here are there sets.

Dragonite@ leftovers
Outrage
Extremespeed
Earthquake
Fire punch
Nature: adamant
252 Atk/ 196 Spe/ 60 HP
Ability: multiscale

I use the choice band set because it can hit hard and get rid of a good amount of threats. Fire punch is used because pokemon that want to switch into him that suspect a outrage are usually ferrothorn, skarmory, scizor, and jirachi. Earthquake is for any heatran that wants to switch in on my outrage I will just have to hope they don't carry a balloon witch is very common now. Extremespeed is good for prority.

Lucario@ life orb
close combat
Extremespeed
Ice punch
Swords dance
Nature: jolly
252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Ability: justified

It's propose Is to get rid of treats to dragonite such a latias and salamance with the ice punch. Close combat is for stab. Extremespeed is for priority. Ice punch deals with dragon treats to dragonite sense dragonite isn't jolly natured so it probably cant out speed them. Swords dance is for setting up and proubally give me a chance to sweep.

These two together are great there propose is to help each other out and cover each others weakness. But now I have to physical attackers and I need a Special attacker so that leads me to my next choice heatran and then I need a pokemon to cover his ground weakness skarmory then something to cover skarmorys special defense weakness gastrodon. Together these three cover each others weakness and work well together.

Heatran@ air balloon
Fire blast
Earth power
Hidden power grass
Stealth rocks
Nature: timid
252 SpA\ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Ability: flash fire

Heatran is here to help cover for those stone edgers and to complete my core . Fire blast is for a powerful stab. Earth power gives great coverage and is also a stab. Hidden power grass helps deal with switch in's such as swampert and grastrodon and any other pokemon switch in that is weak to grass typing. Stealth rocks because I need stealth rocks.

Skarmory@ leftovers
Brave bird
Roost
Whirlwind
Spikes
Nature: impish
252 HP/ 232 Def/ 24 Spe
Sturdy

Skarmory helps with heatran's ground weakness and helps bring in fire types for my heatran's flash fire boost. Brave bird is for stab. Roost is for recovery and to help reactivate sturdy when needed to do so. Whirlwind to force out threats or to force out expected treats that are going to switch in.

Gastrodon@ leftovers
Scald
Earth power
Toxic
Recover
Nature:sassy
252 HP/ 252 SpD/ 4 SpA
Ability: Storm drain

Gastrodon completes the core and they all cover each others weakness. Also when I predict a water type is coming my way towards heatran or any other of my pokemon I can switch in gastrodon to absorb it and get a special attack increase. Scald is for stab and to try to get a burn on physical attackers because I am specially defensive or just try to get a burn on anything. Earth power is for stab and great type coverage. Toxic is to stall some pokemon out a bit. Recover is so gastrodon can last longer in battle and to keep gastrodon alive to toxic other pokemon.

Rotom-W@ choice scarf
Hydropump
Volt switch
Hidden power ice
Trick
Nature: timid
252 SpA/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Ability: Levitate

Rotom-W porpose is for a special attacker spot on my team and to trick of the choice scarf to pokemon such as ferrothorn and skarmory or any pokemon that doesn't need a choice scarf. Hydropump is for a powerful hitting stab. Volt switch is for those water types or up coming switch in water types or any pokemon that switches in and is not immune to volt switch so I can get switch advantage. Hidden power ice is for those dragon type treats switch in's such as latios and salamance. Trick is to switch items with your enemy's pokemon.

Thank you please rate my team in the comments bellow. You can test this team out if you want just make sure to let me know what changes I need to make to this team thank you people of smogon for your help.
