I'm trading away my untouched Palkia, stats are as follows:

Palkia - LV 47
Nature: Rash
IVs: 12/14/30/30/28/30Moves: Water Pulse, Ancient Power, Dragon Claw, Spacial Rend

but I don't know what I should trade it for. There are currently two offers that I like (look below):

Please tell we which one I should trade for or if I should trade away my Palkia at all.

Gible - LV 1 (Female)
Nature: Adamant
IV: 31/31/30/17/28/31
Moves: Earthquake, Outrage, Stone Edge

Chansey
Nature: Bold
IV: 29/30/31/31/31/30
Moves: Aromatherapy, Seismic Toss

Magikarp - LV 12
Nature: Adamant
IV: 30/31/17/x/28/31
Moves: Splash

Please help me decide...
