First of all a few words, before I start with the team: This is my 2nd RMT here and I started competitive batteling at the end of gen 5 so I'm quite new. Furthermore I apologise in advance for every mistake I make, pokèmon-, laguage- and forum-rule-wise. I am thankful for all ratings, suggestions and comments :)

Changes are in Red

And now I'd like to start with the Team Building Process (Optional)

This team originated from another team of mine called ~Speedhit~ which was my first RMT.

Speedhit started with my 2 favourite Pokemon of Gen 6:

Then I added 2 of my favourite stallers for defense:

And then I added 2 Pokémon my favourite Let's Player used in his last video:

I often got sweeped away by a variety of Pokèmon and I decided that I needed more defense.

Also I added a more or less defensive Mega:

I wasn't happy with the new team so I chose a more offensive Mega and a new Wall, both used by the Let's Player mentioned above:

Because I am not a very good predicter the Ghost wasn't the right choice for me so I tried Deoxys Deff. But because it was slower than many other leads with entry hazards I replaced it with Deoxys Speed:

Because the 2 Attacks I was running on Deoxys could sometimes sweep through whole teams I soon realised, that it is more valuable if I play it offensive. In making it offensive I lost my entry hazards, this is why I added Donphan and ditched Sigilyph (who wasn't harmoning well with the team). Unfortunately the team had big problems with fairies so I replaced Mega-Heracross with Mega-Venusaur.

The Team was running better than ever, yet I still felt that Venusaur wasn't doing too well against offensive fairies like Togekiss. Speaking of Togekiss: I really like it, but because I had to swop my plant with a more offensive Pokèmon I needed defense on the special side so Togekiss had to go as well.

The jump from the old team to the first version of the new one was quite big with 3 Pokemon changing:

Having no Mega Pokemon, I added the almighty Charizard-Y to my team.

The team wasn't doing as well as expected so I experimented with a new mega: mawile and the insanely powerful dragonite weakness policy set.

I continued experimenting:

I wasn't really happy with this team either so I tried out a Pokemon seemingly everybody was running by now: Genesect. And because I now had a good, diverse Special Attacker I could use the Mega - Slot for Charizard again.

The team was running better than ever before, but (Unfortunately) Genesect got banned so I had to look for replacement which brings me to my current team:

And thanks to your suggestions I swapped Florges with Sylveon:

~Dragonite~
Dragonite.full.983222.jpg

Perses (Dragonite) (M) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

Name: The Titan / God of Destruction in Greek Mythology and oh my god is this description accurate.

Description: 400+ Atk make this thing a real beast and with a Dragon Dance it is also faster than almost anything that's not scarfed. And with it's ability "Multiscale" it can take a hit from almost anything while setting up. Dragon Claw as STAB, Extreme Speed to Outspeed everything and Earthquake as a coverage move. Weakness Policy grants a boost of 2x Attack when hit by a very effective move. The only commonly used, non-boosted Pokemon that gets a 100% 1HKO on this beast without a crit is LO-Greninja.

Job: The job of this Pokemon in my Team is to destroy anything that's in its path. Idealy it gets hit by a very effective move while setting up so it has 1.000+ Atk and 388 Speed to sweep everything away. But it can not only hit almost everything neutral, it is also good to take down Heatran (it's HP Ice does basically nothing to a 100% Dragonite) with EQ or clean up low HP Pokemon with Extreme Speed. Furthermore once set up it is nearly impossible to stop.

Downsides: A big problem are Stealth Rocks which make setting up with Weakness Policy impossible as Multiscale only works with full HP. Once Weakness Policy is activated and you are forced to switch out, Dragonite is not that dangerous anymore, but still powerful enough to destroy whole teams.

~Aegislash~
aegislash_by_onikafei-d6xdazc.jpg

Ares (Aegislash) (M) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Shadow Sneak
- King's Shield
- Swords Dance

Name: Ares...The greek god of bloody and animalistic war.

Description: Like Dragonite it has unbelievable physical Attacking Power (438), but is unfortunately even slower than it. It has STAB Iron Head and Shadow Sneak to either take down Fairies / T-Tar with Iron Head or to do an often deadly priority-Shadow Sneak, especially after a Swords Dance. King's Shield is to bring the Pokemon back to it's defensive position after Attacking. It's Ability make it both a very defensive and offensive Pokemon with either 150 Base in both Defensive or 150 Base in both offensive Stats. With 323 HP and 336 in both defensive Stats it survives most attacks to activate once again Weakness Policy. The 8 EV's instead of 4 are to outspeed other Aegislash.

Job: Mainly it is my fairy / T-tar Killer, but it is also able to take down many other threats with the priority move Shadow Sneak. If the Opponent underestimates the power of Aegislash or is simply not a good predicter it can get easily 2 or 3 Sword's Dances. It's Ghost Typing allow it to switch into Fighting and Normal moves and most importantly to block off Rapid Spinners.

Downsides: The mindgames of this pokemon is sometimes it's largest weakness if you happen to face an opponent that either plays very weird or one that out-smarts you. And once again there is the Weakness Policy problem mentioned above. And lastly it's Typing grants it weaknesses to Ground, Fire, Dark and Ghost, all very commonly used types.
~Mega-Charizard-Y~
download

Perses (Charizard-Mega-Y) (M) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- SolarBeam
- Dragon Pulse
- Ancient Power

Name: Thanatos, the God of Death. Killing everything with it's great coverage moves.

Description: The Mega-Evolution of my Team. The Base of 159 mean 417 Special Attack even without a positive nature. And with it's 100 Base Speed it is faster or tied with most other Pokemon. Besides the enormous SpA the real strength of this Pokemon lie in it's great movepool. While the Sun shines Charizard gets Access to a STAB + Drought Bonus Flamethrower or a Solar Beam that hits almost everything neutral. Dragon Pulse is, of course, to kill dragons most notably Char-X and Ancient Power is to kill an opposing Char-Y / Talonflame / Volcarona. Most people will run Char-Y with a STAB Air Slash instead of Ancient Power, but honestly: What do you see more often: Fire Pokemon or Fight Pokemon? Furthermore Ancient Power has a 10% chance to increase all stats and more importantly: With these 4 Attacks Charizard can hit EVERYTHING at least neutral.

Job: It kills everything in it's path and is very hard to take down, especially in the sun when Water moves aren't as effective. As mentioned above it's STAB Flamethrower and it's SolarBeam are both very deadly in the sun and it can hit everything neutral. Combine that with it's almighty Special Attack and you have a real God on the battlefield. A god of Death....

Downsides: The only 2 real downside I see is that the sun has only a limited number of rounds and that T-Tar forces a switch. But with Aegislash on my team that's not that big problem.

~Greninja~
shiny_greninja_by_gamefan5-d6xw7n2.png

Erebos (Greninja) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Name: The Personification of Darkness and Chaos. The perfect assasin.

Description: With amazing Stats in SpA and espacially in Speed this truly is the perfect assasin. The 2 big strengths are it's speed (the only non-scarfed pkmn that are faster are Noivern and Deoxys-S) and it's ability which grant it a 50% boost on EVERY Attack it uses AND make it hard to predict which Attack to use because of the constant Type-Changing. The Life Orb grants the necessary power to get a 100% 1HKO on Multiscale Dragonite (As mentioned above). Because this Pokemon has no real Type all Moves are to help against general weaknesses of the team. BTW: I used HP Grass instead of Grass Knot because one of the most commonly used Water pokemon is Rotom-W which is like 2kg.

Job: It's job is to give general coverage. But it is also able to sweep with it's high speed, SpA, STAB's and great Movepool.

~Forretress~
cc__pokemon_colosseum___walnut_the_forretress_by_awwesomesoph-d5yvl7y.png

Hephaestus (Forretress) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Volt Switch

Name: Hephaestus, the God of Steel.

Description: Full Investment in HP and Def to survive as much as possible. Stealth Rocks and Toxic Spikes to annoy the Opponent and Rapid Spin to get rid of them. I use Volt Switch Instead of Explosion, because I think it's just way, way more useful. Why? Because it gives you a save Switch in, that's also the reason why I play it with 0 IV's in Speed. Leftovers is just for general recoverage over time.

Job: It's of corse used to wall physical Attackers, use entry hazards and get rid of them. But it is also very effective in giving you save switch-in's.

Downsides: One fire Attack, special or not, from basically everything knocks it's HP down to 1, thanks to Sturdy. The Volt-Switch Tactic doesn't work, of course, if used on Ground Types. (Bug Pokemon: Y u no learn U-Turn -.-)

~Sylveon~
Hydreigon-vs-Sylveon-pokemon-34772281-850-600.jpg

Aphrodite (Sylveon) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect

Name: Do I really have to explain this?

Description: Again: Full Investment in HP and SpD to survive as much as possible. Moonblast in order to have at least 1 offensive move and make use of those 261 SpA. Heal Bell and Wish to heal the team / itself. Protect to heal itself with Wish and get 62% heal every 2 rounds or to scout. Leftovers to get bonus healing. Hyper Voice on combination with Pixialate and the 110 Base SpA is also nice to have.

Job: It's the special Wall and the healer of the team with Wish and Heal Bell. Furthermore it can savely switch into Dragon attacks, most notably Outrage. There it can use it's 256 SpA to do some damage.

Downsides: It get's 1HKOed by almost all physical Sweepers, with Steel / Poison Attacks or not.

Thanks for reading. If you have any ideas to improve the team please let me know!

Well.
The team looks good, but I would suggest running Shadow Sneak/King's Shield/Shadow Ball/Iron Head or Sacred Sword on Aegislash.
MixSlash is really solid, and you won't get completely screwed by Will-O-Wisp.

remove that florges, Chansey or blissey is better, I think too, mixed aegislash is better than phisical

I posted a similar reply on another RMT, but I believe you should replace Florges with Sylveon if you want to keep a Fairy Sp. Def cleric. Posting the same explanation down:

Not only does Sylveon prove to have a stronger base HP and Sp. Att, but Sylveon proves to have the better ability in Pixilate, which allows Sylveon to run a stronger move in Hyper Voice and be able to hit through substitutes if need be. The difference in Sp. Def between the two does not make as much of a difference as you'd think and the extra HP proves much more helpful as it allows Sylveon to provide it's role as a cleric better as it can heal other pokes for more HP. Here are some calcs, using Mega Charizard-Y, to show the lacking difference in Sp. Def between Sylveon and Florges:

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sylveon in Sun: 187-222 (47.4 - 56.3%) -- 30.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
(187, 190, 192, 195, 196, 199, 201, 204, 205, 208, 210, 213, 214, 217, 219, 222)

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges in Sun: 168-198 (46.6 - 55%) -- 10.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
(168, 169, 171, 174, 175, 177, 180, 181, 183, 186, 187, 189, 192, 193, 195, 198)

Thanks for the nice suggestions! I decided to use Sylveon instead of Blissey, because of the Fairy Typing, the better Attack move (Hyper Voice + Pixialate) and the better, but still bad, Physical Def. I also tried mixed Aegislash for a while, but I just can't play it without Sword's Dance :/ And Since I have a Heal Beller in my team Will-O-Wisp is still pretty annoying but not that bad.
