The Downright Spiffy Team RMT

This is a team of some Pokes who I find Downright Spiffy and with whom I really wanted to make a team. Here they are.

It hits hard and laughs at tankish leads. Frankly, though, any other lead would be ok; if one of the other Pokes on this team seems better suited for such a role, please tell me.

This Poke's only job is to Nasty Plot, BP out on an Electric attack, and let Electivire do his thing. Calm would aid its already impressive Special Defense stat, but Bold would give it better rounded defenses.

Obviously, if I used this on Shoddy or whatever, I'd use HP Ice or HP Grass...But for Wifi Battles this is my set of choice (but not of Choice, if you get my drift).

It's a wall...with Reflect. Forretress already has Stealth Rock and Light Screen, so these two combined give very good team support.

Another Poke to support Electivire. I didn't have any Ice moves on my team, so Gyara gets Ice Fang.
 
This team probably wont cut it. Replace Gengar for Zong or Cressy. The mixed wall will come in handy. Make Electivire mixed, not purely special, change Togekiss to the standard paraflinch haxer.

As to Togekiss, it seems that the Parahaxer needs more team support than I have, and the BPer really does help EVire kill something other than itself.

Would those changes make this team extra-spiffy?
 
On Electivire EQ > Substitute. Parahaxer Togekiss actually can support itself very well. Nothing on this team really needs Wish support from Umbreon so Bulkydos to work with Electivire or Restalk Heatran to work with Forretress and Togekiss should be good.
 
Good call on the Gyara. Zong is a reasonable special sponge, I guess.
As for the Togekiss, the point of it is that it isn't the standard set and that it isn't just a special sweeper. Its ability to either BP or attack is what helps it fit on this team and support the 2.5 (Gyara is the .5) all-out sweepers.
