Revolio Clockberg (Melmetal) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 128 HP / 116 Atk / 252 SpD / 12 Spe
Careful Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
Revolio Clockberg (Gearhead) is a beast, the Great Wall of China, Constantinople, it is, well, it is. He has an insane defense stat, meaning he can handle an Earthquake from a Choice Banded Tyranitar (and most Earthquakes like Choice Scarf Landorous, or Bulky Hippowdon) and still have 40%-30% hp left, and with the Atk investment, he can OHKO the Tyranitar with Double Iron Bash. Fire Punch is for coverage. Ice Punch deals with grass, dragon, and ground types. Double Iron Bash is a broken STAB move that slaughters fairy types, ice types, rock types, and puts holes in any Pokémon that don't resist it, or are a bulky wall. Earthquake is nice to have, and in case you didn't notice, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, and Double Iron Bash all account for the Iron Fist ability, so they enjoy a nice 20% damage boost. And by the way, Assault Vest with the SpD investments make Flamethrower and Earth Power feel like a light breeze.

Mr. Sandman (Tyranitar) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake
- Thunder Wave
Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream (bung, bung, bung, bung). Make him the bulkiest that I've ever seen (bung, bung, bung, bung). Give him sand stream, as an ability (bung, bung, bung, bung). Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over.
(
)

No, but seriously, this man is the boss, you send him in, and he gets the job done. Just look at those stats. Thunder Wave will give you speed control, so that the wall breaker "Prince" (Nidoking) can outspeed and destroy everything, because 295 Spe is just barely under most fast leads/tanks (ex. Tentacruel). Rock Blast is just a fun little move to deal with Substitute, while also doing some chip damage with its (Not including STAB) 50-125 damage. Earthquake will deal with silly electric or steel types, and Stealth Rock is there because it is the best entry hazard. His HP and SpD investments (Def too I guess, lol) give him more durability, and don't forget that rock types have a x2 SpD buff during sandstorm, so he is basically the SpD counterpart of Melmetal. His leftovers provide some healing to add more durability, and the sandstorm does some chip damage to opponents. Overall, Mr. Sandman has a very utility oriented playstyle. He goes in and sets up sandstorm so that Terrakion and himself have a huge SpD buff, and so that that Dracozolt can come in and sweep with Sand Rush. The sandstorm also chips away at the opponent. He does a lot of chip to the opponent's team (Sandstorm and Rock Blast), so that Nidoking and Dracozolt can clean up. He provides speed control via Thunder Wave, and good damage with Earthquake, but most importantly, he acts as a body shield to provide safe switch ins for the rest of the team (ex. Blacephalon Overheat, or Latias Draco Meteor). He truly is, a dream.
Nidoking | Pixel art pokemon, Pixel art, Pokemon cross stitch patterns

Prince (Nidoking) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Flamethrower
No, this isn't Elvis, the King Of Rock, no-no, this is Prince. Sheer Force gives this man a 30% damage boost on all of his attacks, but in return, it removes the secondary effects. This might seem bad at first. But Life Orb, gives you a 30% damage boost too, and in return, it adds an affect to each of your moves that you take damage equivalent to 1/10th of your health every turn. Do you see it yet? A 60% damage boost, and Sheer Force removes the self damage effect of Life Orb... Its genius (a well known genius, but a genius nonetheless). Ice Beam provides the same things as Ice Punch on Melmetal, but with MORE DAMAGE! Flamethrower deals with Corviknight really well, seeing as it is a SpA attack, and Corviknight has a higher Def than SpD. Earth Power and Sludge Wave provide some more coverage, but they also do STAB damage, a Sludge Wave from Prince is a one way ticket to Hell. This is your wallbraker, so don't let him die, switch into Melmetal or Tyranitar if you are going to face something that will OHKO you, unless you are sure that you can outspeed them and kill them before they kill you. The EV spread is normal for a SpA wallbreaker, Spe, SpA, and, well, that SpD isn't doing anything for you, lol.

Hohner Madcat (Dracozolt) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bolt Beak
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
For all you music nerds out there, you will know that Prince doesn't work without his guitar, the Hohner Madcat, same here. Tyranitar sets up the sandstorm so that this man can run at the speed of sound (Sand Rush doubles your speed during sandstorm), then, Prince murders any walls that might be trouble, and finally, this beast Bolt Beaks everything in his path into outer space, (They're Blastin' Off Again!). But seriously. Choice Band increases his damage by 50%. Bolt Beak does double damage if it goes first (and nothing is going to go before this man). And when you also consider STAB, that comes out to (...carry the two...add the three...subtract this...multiply that...) 382.5 RAW DAMAGE. This isn't even considering his insane attack stat. Every other attack is for coverage, and Outrage is for STAB. You will really only use any other attack if the opponent resists electric attacks, but at that point, you probably don't want to use him.

Nekhbet (Mandibuzz) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Overcoat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Roost
- Foul Play
- Toxic
Nekhbet, the Egyptian Vulture Goddess. And it shows too, she is indestructible, its like when Iron Man pummeled Thanos, "all that...for a drop of blood". And even if the drops of blood pile up, you always have roost to heal up. Remember that roost makes to lose your flying typing for a turn, so don't blunder, instead, use it to your advantage. If you foresee an Ice Beam, or Thunderbolt coming your way, roost up, and they are no longer super effective. But if you see an Earthquake, don't mess up and lose your immunity to ground types. Your Atk stat isn't very high, but with the help of Foul Play, you can use their Atk stat against them. If they are setting up with Swords Dance, even better. If you are facing another wall, that Prince couldn't take out, its a war of attrition, and Toxic is your best friend when it comes to that. Get some chip damage off. Of course, if they have 78 different entry hazards on your side on the field, use Defog, its OK to sacrifice Stealth Rock on their side of the field. But if they for example only have Toxic Spikes on your side of the field, don't sacrifice your Stealth Rocks by using Defog, instead, switch into Prince, since poison types absorb Toxic Spikes. Use critical thinking when it comes to this move. If their entry hazard setter is dead, but your Mr. Sandman is alive, you can use Defog, since they can't renew their entry hazards, but you can. Also, since you are so bulky, and can take so make hits, Rocky Helmet becomes a monster. So much value in chip damage. Sometimes, the Rocky Helmet does more damage to them, then the amount of damage they are doing to you. Now that is funny.
Terrakion Pokédex: stats, moves, evolution & locations | Pokémon Database

Spike (Terrakion) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
Spike, the one and only, the Bulldog who is a sworn enemy of Tom, but a good friend to Jerry. He is your setup sweeper. The final offensive, the final attack, the final hope. You setup with Swords Dance, outspeed everything, use your STAB moves, and once you account that Life Orb gives you a 30% damage boost, you realize that you win. Well, actually, you win unless they are packing Bullet Punch or Aqua Jet, but you know, hopefully you do win. One Swords Dance is generally enough to kill anything that isn't faster than you. This is a real all or nothing type of guy, or should I say, hit or miss type of guy (Stone Edge, 80% Accuracy). If you want to be smart about it, you can make a Big Brain play and switch into a dark type move, in which case, you don't need to waste a turn using Swords Dance.

Final Thoughts:
The defensive core consist of Melmetal as the Physical Defender, Tyranitar as the Special Defender, and Mandibuzz as the Roundabout Defender. The offensive core consists of Nidoking as the Wallbreaker, Dracozolt as the Beatdown Delivery Man, and Terrakion as the Settup Sweeper. you should make gound predictions for what to switch in, and what Pokémon to use for what job. I hope you enjoy using this team, and please, please leave a comment to improve it. I am new to Generation 8, and I mostly play doubles, but I wanted to try out making a team of my own, and any help that you can offer, from movesets, to EVs, to even a roster switch would be greatly appreciated.

you are exceptionally weak to urshifu
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Mandibuzz: 204-241 (48.2 - 56.9%) -- 91.4% chance to 2HKO

1) i would swap nidoking with colbur berry slowbro, to wall urshifu and lure weavile so he doesn't stop dracozolt and terrakion in their sweep.

2) i would change dracozolt so that he can sweep better after you break landorus with meteors and terrakion; here's the set
Dracozolt @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 148 Atk / 176 SpA / 184 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Bolt Beak
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

3) i would give boots to mandibuzz (the additional longevity they give to stuff weak to sr just can't be beaten) and make her mixed, so she can take on stuff like blacephalon and dragapult (i know tyranitar can do that but since he's your sand setter you don't want to expose him too much) while still being a good answer to kartana; here's the set
Mandibuzz @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 92 Def / 152 SpD / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Defog
- Toxic/Knock Off/U-turn

4) you could try choice band tyranitar with rocks; also consider hippowdon as a sand setter, since he's a great defensive mon, he has great longevity and lures in waters that you can abuse with dracozolt.

Thank you for the advise, I changed my team, but I have a question, is the Slowking supposed to be a defensive, or offensive type Pokémon? This might be a stupid question cuz Slowking is generally used for bulk, but since the Nidoking would be gone, would the Slowking become the new wallbreaker?

Slowbro/king is generally a defensive pivot. Could you use it as a wall breaker? I guess, but it would be pretty bad and you generally want your slowbro s to be defensive

Slowbro @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Future Sight
- Body Press
- Scald
- Teleport
this is the mon i was talking about. he's not a wallbreaker, just a good physical wall that can help your sweepers do their job better.

if you want another wallbreaker (and it's probably a good idea) you could try tyranitar with choice band, which i suggested.
Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
this is the sample set from the strategy dex, but you probably don't need 252 speed evs. i would probably start from something like 180 hp/252 atk/76 spd, which makes ttart faster than 0 spd skarmory (and corviknight) so they can't stall you with roost. you also need stealth rock somewhere; you could replace one of the two elemental punches on tyranitar or earthquake on terrakion (stone edge + close combat give you great coverage already).
