Introduction
Hi guys I'm a Man City Fan and this is my Sand Team that I made with BKC when he was tutoring me I wanted to share this team and make it better so I made a rmt of it

The Team-

Kompany (Tyranitar) (F) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Stone Edge

This sets up my sand.Pretty offensive set.Ttar's Choice Scarf+Jolly Nature+252 speed EV's make's it a great revenge killer but its main role is to set up the sand and it trap stuff like Latios,Latias etc. with pursuit

Hart (Skarmory) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Brave Bird

This is my wall.It sets spikes, roosts when its HP is down, hits with brave bird and whirlwinds as much as it can.Its EV's make Skarmory very bulky. Its leftovers make a little bit of its HP come back each turn.annoys people a lot.

images

Aguero (Jirachi) @ Leftovers Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Wish
- Protect

Jirachi's ability Serene Grace makes a big chance for it to hax.It flinches things a lot with Iron Head.paralyses pokemons with body slam.It can wish and in the next turn either protect to make its HP come back or switch to make some other pokemon's HP come back

Nasri (Landorus-T) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Nothing much to say.Its a sweeper.Life orb makes its attacks pretty strong. It try's to get a swords dance or two and sweeps with Earthquake and Stone Edge.Sometimes explodes when it needs too.It can just come out in some other physical attacker and make its attack go down.

Richards (Gengar) (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

I'm using this to stop things from rapid spinning my spikes. It can set a substitute then sweep behind the sub it can hit hard because of 252 special attack ev's+life orb+STAB.

Dzeko (Starmie) @ Leftovers
Trait: Illuminate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

This is my rapid spinner. It hits things with Scald and Psyshock.Scald has a chance to burn the thing it hits.A bit of its HP comes back each turn with Leftovers. And it makes its health come backwith Recover when it needs to.

Tbh, SD terrakion is a better sand sweeper than Lando t. If you want to abuse him to the fullest I suggest a defensive set with SR since you have scarf ttar and gengar to protect your hazards.

You HAVE to run Stealth Rocks. With the common amount of things hit neutrally/hard with rocks in this new meta, it could be vital to have that offensive pressure on your oponent. You should consider changing your current Landorus set to a more deffensive one, with Stealth Rocks over Swords Dance.

Hey Metroid, really nice team here, SD Landy can be a real threat to teams and I've only really got a few small changes to make.

For starters, you're pretty weak to rain teams. With Starmie as your only Water-type resist, many boosted water attacks from Politoed, opposing Starmie and Keldeo can punch massive holes in your team. To help with this, I would recommend switching Skarmory for Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn provides spikes support as Skarmory and has similar typing. However, Ferrothorn makes a decent check to a number of rain pokes that can really trouble your team. It can also help with Volt-Turn cores that can also be problematic. Finally, Ferrothorn can further provide paralysis support with Thunder Wave, making it much easier for Landorus-T to sweep.

Apart from that, the rest are fairly small changes. With the loss of Skarmory, Terrakion can be a bit of a problem. To slightly help with this, an EV spread for Starmie of 252 HP / 24 Def / 8 Sp.atk / 224 Spe allows it to barely survive a CB Stone Edge from Terrakion if Stealth Rock isn't on the field. The slight loss of speed isn't that crucial. You lack a move to hit opposing Starmie anyway, so the main loss is against Choice Scarf Magnezone, who can be dealt with by Tyranitar and to an extent Landorus-T.

Finally, I'd recommend a slightly different Landorus-T set. Landorus-T's good bulk, great defensive typing and Intimidate allow it to be an excellent user of Substitute, which will either allow you 1 free turn to set up, or a free hit against a potential check, which when combined with spikes support can really wear a team down. I'd also recommend using Leftovers over Life Orb, as it allows Landorus-T to make more Substitutes as well as perform better as a defensive pivot. There are very few downsides to these changes, as the loss in damage is made up for with the Spikes support and the health cost of making repeated Substitutes can be mitigated by passing Landorus-T wishes from Jirachi, who synergises very well with Landorus-T.

Edit: Only just noticed you don't have Stealth Rocks on the team, which is pretty vital for the new therians and Dragonite. I'd suggest you use it over Gyro Ball on Ferrothorn, as Twave + Gyro Ball have pretty bad synergy

Sets:

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
252 HP / 88 Def / 168 Sp.def
Relaxed Nature
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

Starmie @ Leftovers
252 HP / 24 Def / 8 Sp.atk / 224 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald

- Recover

landorust.png

Landorus-T @ Leftovers
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

tl;dr
Ferrothorn > Skarm
252 / 24 / 8 / 224 > 252 / 4 / 252 on Starmie
Substitute + Leftovers > Life Orb + Explosion

Hi

This is a cool teams however there are a couple of things about it that could change because it has some really huge threats. The biggest threat I can think of is Rotom-W. Rotom-W carries Water + Electric coverage which currently decimates your whole team. It's fairly difficult for you to switch into it, as if you don't predict the correct move, either Hydro Pump or Volt Switch, Rotom-W could end up destroying what you switch in. It's also fairly difficult for you to force it out as you don't carry anything powerful enough to scare it off while it can certainly get in easily as Skarmory uses Spikes or on Landorus-T. You could end up losing pretty badly against teams that carry it. Another thing that your team lacks is a Stealth Rock setter. Without it, powerful threats like Volcarona could end up destroying this team as they don't have to worry about their SR weakness, making it very easy to set up. Dropping your Jirachi for a Celebi could be an excellent idea as it gives you an excellent Rotom-W switch in (and for Water types in general), while also being able to set up Stealth Rock. Threats like Latios are handled pretty well by Tyranitar already and since you have another Dragon resist, which is Skarmory, you don't lose a vital resist there. Be warned though, as it makes your team significantly weaker to Tornadus-T. To make up for that problem you can run a Specially Defensive spread on Skarmory, which allows it to take the blows from Tornadus-T and somewhat fix the loss of Jirachi as a Specially Defensive Steel. It can still tank a lot of physical attackers because of its great base defense so you still keep a physical wall there.

I also really think you should use Lazyboy's Landorus-T set, as it is much more appropriated to exploit the advantages that it has over Terrakion and Landorus-I, namely it's much superior bulk. Explosion isn't that good anyway as Earthquake hits stuff fairly hard and its common switch ins like Rotom-W will take a lot of damage from Stone Edge while you're shielded by a Substitute.

Not much to say other than that, cool team. Here are the sets you should use:
251.gif

Celebi @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Modest
EVs: 220 HP / 252 SpA / 36 Spe
~Giga Drain
~Hidden Power Fire
~Recover
~Stealth Rock

227.gif

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Sturdy
Careful
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
~Brave Bird
~Spikes
~Whirlwind
~Roost

Good luck!

Scizor looks like it can cause some problems especially when U-turning. Voltturn teams in generally seem to be annoying. Try running Jellicent over Gengar. You still have the spin blocking capabilities, alongside completely walling and countering Scizor. Jellicent also provides you with another Water resist and unlike Starmie, it won't take any damage from Water-type attacks and heals 25% HP when hit by one. This can really be helpful against rain teams. It can also Taunt slower hazard users, Pokemon trying to heal HP using Recover or Wish, and Pokemon trying to spread status. I also agree with Lazyboy in switching Skarmory to Ferrothorn. You might have to play around a bit, but you are definitely more capable and ready for Voltturn teams. Here's the Jellicent set.

623.png

Jellicent @ Leftovers
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Defense / 44 Speed
Bold Nature
Moves:
- Scald
- Will-o-Wisp
- Recover
- Taunt

Hope I helped man.
