The current UU metagame is basically threatened by 2 Fighting types, namely Heracross and Mienshao, which both have really few counters and actually both can take care of each other's. That's what this team is based on.

650.png

Xiaolin (Mienshao) (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]

This is THE MAN. Mienshao is a very good lead, Faking Out anything (bar Crobat and missaved Mienshao :/) that comes in and OHKOing with Hi Jump Kick or U-Turning out. Hidden Power Ice is there for Heracross'es nemesis, Gligar, but it actually fails to OHKO after Fake Out; it leaves the lil' bat at around 30%, 252 EVs in SAtk are needed to OHKO Gligar.
Mienshao functions as the priority finisher and scouter, as well as a dangerous sweeper, raping a big chunk of metagame with HJK.

214.png

Volkswagen (Heracross) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Night Slash

The second Fighting sweeper of this team. Substitute allows Heracross to safely hit something, not necesarily for huge damage, but slowly denting the opponent's team. Close Combat and Megahorn are both obvious STABs, while Night Slash allows to handle Ghosts a bit better. I didn't want to Choice-lock it, as Choiced Pokemon, although they do more damage, are easier to predict and this team tries to avoid it.

197.png

Void (Umbreon) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Foul Play

Although both of the Fighters have "recovery" (Regenerator, Lefties), a WishPasser is a necessity to keep the core alive. Umbreon is also immune to Psychic, dangerous for Hera and Shao, as well as an amazing special wall, able to check/counter almost every special sweeper. Heal Bell is an useful tool allowing to get rid of any status.

145.png

WizKhalifa (Zapdos) @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost

A-ha! You know what it is! Black and Yellow. Zapdos is an absolute monster is offensive catefory. Thunderbolt eliminates almost every bulky Water, very inconvenient for Mienshao and Heracross. It is also a good check for Heracross and Togekiss, which would otherwise rape me (almost). HP Ice handles Gligar and Roost recovers HP, which is withered down by LO and SR.

639.png

Lights! (Chandelure) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Energy Ball

As Hi Jump Kick is blocked by Ghosts and destroys Mienshao, Chandelure takes care of every with his Shadow Ball. Overheat rapes everything that doesn't resist it, mainly Hitmontop. The two last moves are fillers, I rarely use them. Snorlax and Umbreon counter? Ha, bitch, I got 2 Fighters.

442.png

TacoBell (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

Somebody has to counter Mienshao, right? Bronzong sets-up the Stealth Rocks and Toxics everything, making the sweeping job easier. Protect is the scouting move, allowing to send in an appropriate switch. And Gyro Ball is the attacking move.

Comments, guys, please. :D

Hey! You have a nice offensive core here. But, with 2 fights, Ghost can give you a hard time. If you misspredict a switch opposing Scarf Chandelure can give you a hard time since most of them don't carry HP Fight, which yours have; HP Fight lowers your speed, making most Scarf Chand outspeed him. A way get rid of it is swaping HP Fight to Trick, giving you at least a speed tie against opposing Chands and getting rid of the annoying Eviolite in both Dusclops (people use this, don't know why) and Gligar. A Gligar without Eviolite is way easier to break; actually Trick destroys most defensive cores in UU since most of them are based in at least an Eviolite user. Also, still in your Chand, you could swap Energy Ball to Fire Blast, since without a Specs Chandelure will miss a lot of 2HKO in bulky waters, something bad; Fire Blast, at least, will give a chance to Chand sweep when hit by a fire move, something quite common in a tier where fire pokes are almost in every team.

But Scarf Chandelure can't deal with some others Scarfers named Darmanitan and Flygon. This way you could also put a Scarf in Mienshao; indeed, Mienshao is one of the best Scarfers of the tier, if not the best, outspeeding almost everything and still packing enough power to hit hard. Actually, Fake Out damage isn't that great too, even with LO boost. With a Scarf Fake Out become useless, so the best option instead is Stone Edge. With these 4 moves (U-Turn, HP Ice, SE, HJK) Mienshao becomes a great revenge killer. But just keep in mind that the lose of LO boost takes away some KOes, being the reason it is a revenge killer and vital the need of Stealth Rock.

Last point is that most people don't like having 2 Scarfers in the same team (maybe you're one of them), so you could change the moveset of Chandelure, since you will need it to get rid of opposing ghosts. Other viable options are a Specs Chandelure and a Substitute Chandelure. Specs is quite simple: switch in one of their immunities and wreck with either Shadow Ball or Fire Blast/Overheat; Substitute, otherwise, will need some prediction and knowlodge of your opposing pokes, but is one of the best choice counters also, mainly because of its immunities.

These are the builds, if you're interested in any:

Hope I was of some help, and best luck with your team.

Hey there nice team you have. I agree with shiranai that your chandelure should be specs instead and mienshao should carry scarf. Also on Shiranai mienshao set you may opt to use max speed instead because you may face other scarfed mienshao. You may want to try out SD guts heracross instead of your current set and I know you want to hit ghosts but Stone edge should be considered to hit flying types that resist your STAB moves, but if you want to stay with your current set try changing it to moxie ability and stone edge over nightslash. You should try using gligar over bronzong because it has better synergy with umbreon. I would recommend a spinner on your team but your team seems pretty offensive and I don't want to ruin the offensive core but always try to prevent them getting set up.
Mienshao scarf>LO
Stone edge>Fake out
Reckless>Regenerator you'll miss out on OHKO on flygon and Raikou (They might live with like 4-5% health but if you have SR up guarnetee ohkos)
Optional: Since you have 2 pokemon to deal with gligar you may want to use aerical ace instead of HP Ice to reliably deal with roserade, virizon and heracross.

Heracross moxie>guts
Stone edge>nightslash
Optional: SD>sub if you go with this set stick with guts.

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 128 Spd / 8 SDef / 120 HP
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting] / Trick since you already have 2 other fighting types to deal with chansey, snorlax and porygon 2

Gligar @ Eviolite
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake
- U-turn / Taunt / Toxic
GL with your team and hoped I helped

Hey, this is a cool team and it looks pretty solid, but there are some things you could change in order to improve the team. The first, and most ''obvious'' one is replacing Umbreon with Chansey. Chansey does pretty much the same as Umbreon (as it walls special attackers, passes Wish and uses Heal Bell) but, to put it bluntly, better, as Chansey has better bulk that Umbreon and a better ability, as it lets it work as a status absorber and a catch-all kind of pokemon.

The problem I have noticed is that your team has some problems dealing with defensive teams, as despite Mienshao + Heracross do a good job at weakening them, they have troubles with pokemon such as Cofagrigus or Zapdos. To help with this, you could try using Swords Dance instead of Substitute on Heracross (and maybe Stone Edge instead of Night Slash as it has a better coverage), as well as changing your Chandelure set to a Choice Specs one, as it will act as a much needed stallbreaker for your team. Set:

Chandelure@Choice Specs | Flash Fire
Modest Nature | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Fire Blast / Shadow Ball / Energy Ball / Trick
