Here is my latest team. I don't know why, but during about 75% of my battles on the Ladder, people just leave the room...maybe they're intimidated by my team? I seriously don't know...but anyway here's my team at a glance:

***

Machamp @ Scope Lens
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Dynamicpunch
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Bullet Punch /
Fire Punch
***
He hasn't gotten statused ONCE. So don't tell me to put a Lum Berry or Focus Sash on him instead of Scope Lens (I love CH HAX!!!).
Here's some math on Machamp: Dynamicpunch + No Guard = ANNOYING!!! Math aside, the moveset on my Machamp helps me deal with most common leads for super effective damage.
Currently, he has Bullet Punch, but if anyone thinks Fire Punch would do better, please say so. Stone Edge + Scope Lens = Good chance of CH =]
(sorry for bringing more Math into this...), and finally, he has Earthquake to take out those ever so common Metagross leads who choose to hold an Occa Berry, and it helps against Jirachi leads too =]
***

Gyarados @ Scope Lens
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
Surf
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
Dragon Pulse
***
Orange Gyarados?! Yeah, I liked the sprite from Fire Red and Leaf Green, so I used that =] I use Scope Lens for his Item here, because, I love CH HAX!!! Haha =]
Anyway, I was getting sick of all the Physical Gyarados out there, so I thought, "why not start working on a SPECIAL Gyarados?" and thus HE was born. With max Speed and max Special Attack, he works wonders on many common threats such as Lucario, Scizor, Heatran, Salamence, Forretress, and other Gyarados just to name a few. And with a decent 240 Special Attack, he takes good chunks of health out of other pokemon not mentioned above. He also contributes to my Gyaravire combo, which you can read on below.
***
Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Thunderpunch
Earthquake
Cross Chop
Ice Punch
***
The 2nd part of my Gyaravire combo (obviously) I used the classic Physical moveset from Smogon, except now, I'm relying on his Motor Drive boost to nab some extra Speed for a possible sweep, he then can procede to deal super effective damage on 13 out of the 17 types.
"This makes Expert Belt the ideal item choice." (quote from Smogon).
Not much else to say.
***

Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Focus Punch
Poison Jab
Sucker Punch
Substitute
***
I use my buddy Toxicroak here to absorb water attacks from all over the place, and then most of the time I use Substitute, and then Focus Punch, and if they break my sub and I know I won't be getting any more up, I hit them for a last bit of damage with Sucker Punch. Poison Jab is there for STAB, and it also takes care of Breloom quite well when I have a sub up, that way Spore won't hit me and I can hit back with Poison Jab =]
***

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/248 Def/8 Spd
IVs: 17 Atk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
Water Pulse
Icy Wind
Calm Mind
Rest
***
You know you love the sprite! Anyway, this is my own spin on the CM Cune. I use Calm Mind when I need some boosts, Icy Wind to ensure I'm faster so I can use Rest quicker (it's also good against 4X weak Dragons), Water pulse for 20% chance to Confuse them while I set up, and Rest for greatly needed recovery. Not much else to say, except 8 Speed EVs to outrun others with 85 base speed Pokemon who might only invest 4 EVs. Plus it can win some stall wars.
***

Houndoom @ Salac Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
Flamethrower
Dark Pulse
Sucker Punch
Endure
***
And finally, the strong Fire Attacker of my team. I use Endure if I can see I will be able to nab a quick Salac Boost, (so long as they don't use a priority move on me ~_~), and from there I can follow up with Flamethrower or Dark Pulse for strong damage, or I can just use Sucker Punch to finish off Pokes who are either super effected by it, or just low on HP. Nuff said =]
