What is the bug?
In ADV, when Jirachi misses Doom Desire, the last attack used before Doom Desire misses will visually appear to miss (though the text is correct and it will still deal the correct amount of damage). A folder containing screenshot of moves appearing to miss is attached here.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, just miss as Doom Desire Jirachi. Here's both the first replay (Doom Desire misses on turns 55 and 62) as well as a replay where Shock Wave visually appears to miss on turn 12.
