Hello guys, today I bring you my new team around Magenzone in the Post-Aegislash era.
The Team is builded around the core Steel, Fairy and Dragon (SFD), Magnezone is the trapper of agaisnt Steel types who can stop our sweep, Dragon and Fairy attcks Spam, specially Play Rough, Draco Meteor and Pixilate Hyper Voice.

Teambuilding process

1. Steel Trapper:
The Steel trapper is always be Magnezone thanks ability Magnet Pull can easily kills oponents steel types
2. A mega Evolution who spams Dragon, Fairy or Flying moves: Garevoir, Zard X or Mega Pinsir are the common mega-evolutions in these teams, These types are amazing offensive typesbut they are resisted by steel types
3. Water Type: Is essential a water type in all teams for some reasons, Keldeo or Azuamrill are the options
4. Special Dragon: :really simple, a Latios or a Latias
5. The revenge Killer: A really fast or scarfer pokemon is essential in these teams to kill offensive fast therats like Greaninja or Manectric
6. The Mixed Wall: We need a pivot who can take a lot of hits and can set up stealth rocks

Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
Magnezone, The Steel trapper, it can OHKO Ferrothorn, Mega-Scizor Bulky and Skarmory. Of course, it's a stell type who can destroys fairies thanks an amazing special attack, choice specs nd a decent powerful STAB, Flash cannon hit hard bulky grounds like Landorus-T, hippowdon or Garchomp, Volt Switch to win Offensive momentum and create a Volt-Turn core with Landorus-Therian, Thunderbolt for Stay in and Hp fire to steel types like Ferrothorn.
Magnezone is a good check against Azumarill, a huge threat in this new metagame and stopps things like Sylveon or Standard Mega-Venusaur

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Focus Blast
- Hyper Voice
- Taunt
- Psyshock
I decided Mega-Gardevoir because anyone can really stop this thing except maybe Jirachi or Mega-Scizor, Mega-Gardevoir is amazing in the current OU Metagame, without Aegislash, anything can resists its moves, Focus Blast hit Heatran and Ferrothorn, Hyper Voice is the Main STAB and Psyshcock hits chanseys with Taunt we avoid recovery in deffensive walls like Sylveon, chansey or Clefable, of course we also avoid status moves and support moves like defog or steath rocks.
I choose trace to can enter easily against heatran and trapp others Magnezones, Gardevoir is amazing, when the bulky steel type is killed by Magnezone, Gardevoir is going to be a Huge Threat

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 100 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Aqua Tail
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off
Azumarill is the water type, with access to Aqua Tail and Play Rough for STAB and Aqua Jet for Priority, CB Azumarill is a great Wallbreaker and a good Late game Cleaner with Aqua Jet, Azumarill stopps things like Greninja and can easily ohko'ed. Azuamrill is the physical beast of XY OU, without King Shiwld of Aegislash, CB Azumarill is probably the best set.
100 speed to Outspeed Tyranitar, Sylveon and Clefable, I don´t need SuperPower because Magnezone can easily kill Ferrothorn.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 32 Hp/ 184 SpA / 40 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Att
- Draco Meteor
- Recover
- Psyshock
- Defog
The Eon of my team, Defog to remove hazards specially Spikes and Sticky web, My team isn´t really weak to rocks, but it´s always good to hac¡ve a defoger, recover for longevity and Draco Meteor and Psyshock for STAb and neutral coverage.
Latios is a good revenge killer and wallbreaker thanks a great speed and a really decent special attack, Bisharp take 70% against LO Draco Meteor, it´s really powerful.
Latios is my check against things like keldeo, breloom and Landorus

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Knock Off
Landorus-therian is the revenge killer, member of Volt-Turn core and a fantastic suport pokémon, moveset pretty standard, Knock Off to hit gengar and rock slide to revenge kill Charizard Y, Talonlame and Mega-Pinsir, intimidate+U-Turn gives offensive momentum and with EQ can sweep in the late game.
Landorus-T is a fantastic pivot, inmune to Ground and Electric Moves, Intimidate and a huge attack
It´s my check against Mega-Mawile, Mega-Charizard X, talonflame, Mega-Pinsir, Staraptor, Excadrill, Dragonite and Tyranitar.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 160 Def / 92 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Protect
Ferrothorn is my mixed Wall, it can stop Water types like Greninja, it can take 3 LO Ice Beams. Of Course, it can take a lot of physical moves like Play Rough of Azumarill and Outrage of Dragonite, It´s my second steel type, i can use two steels becasuse my team resist very well fighting moves,
It´s my Stealth Rocks setter, the essential move in the game and it has a decent methode of recovery with leech seed, leftovers and protect.
Ferrothorn is my check against Vaporeon, Slowbro, Heatran, Mamoswine, Kyurem-Black, Dragonite, Bisharp and offensive breloom.

Hey _Satellite99, great team ! I think this team is pretty solid and i suggest optimization of EVs.
Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 32 HP / 184 SpA / 40 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Defog

32 Hp makes for a Life Orb number, thus fully utilising the said item. This also helps Latios handle regular Landorus, allowing him to take its Hp Ices and Sludge Waves better than before. At the cost of a slight SpAtk loss, Latios has now become a way more reliable answer to Zard Y and Landorus-I, so that is definitely a worthy investment. With 184 SpAtk EVs, Latios ultimately still does what it needs to do; hitting stuff extremely hard with its dual STAB combination.


Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Rock Slide

This allows you to be outspeeded by opponent s' Landorus-T Scarf, so you have momentum.

Shoutouts to Scy for Latios and Landorus-T sets.

0 IVs Attack for Gardevoir and Latios btw.

Your team is so good but it's a bit weak to flying spam.I suggest you to make your Magnezone also Choice Scarfer so you can take better on things like SD/CB Talonflame or Mega Pinsir.

If you're running a Scarf Mag, Magneton is actually better in that role than Magnezone, as the power drop is mimimal and Magneton is actually faster and can use the scarf more effectively
