- Matcha Gotcha
- Life Dew
- Trick Room
- Rage Powder

[SET COMMENTS]
- Sinistcha is a great support Pokemon providing recovery and redirection for its partners. Sinistcha's Ghost typing makes it immune to Fake Out, so it can't be disrupted from the likes of Incineroar and Rillaboom. Additionally, Sinistcha's Grass typing makes it immune to moves like Spore from Amoonguss.
- Matcha Gotcha can be used to threaten the Ursaluna formes while restoring Sinistcha's HP. Life Dew can consistently provide more HP for Sinistcha and its partner in front of a threat like Volcarona or Gholdengo. Rage Powder provides redirection support so that a partner like Annihilape can set up more freely.
- Sitrus Berry helps Sinistcha stay on the field for a long time in conjunction with Matcha Gotcha and Life Dew.
- Tera Dark helps Sinistcha survive Ghost- and Dark-type attacks like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo, Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, and Knock Off from Incineroar while making it immune to Prankster Taunt and Encore from Whimsicott. Tera Water helps Sinistcha survive against Fire-type moves like Heat Wave and Flamethrower from Volcarona and Flare Blitz from Incineroar. Tera Water can also help Sinistcha better stomach Blizzard from Alolan Ninetales.
- The physical bulk on Sinistcha helps it survive a 150-Base Power Rage Fist from Annihilape and Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, while the special bulk lets it survive Shadow Ball from Gholdengo and Flamethrower from Volcarona.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Teambuilding
============
- Setup Pokemon like Annihilape and Trick Room sweepers like Ursaluna appreciate the recovery and redirection Sinistcha provides so that they can feel more safe when setting up or attacking. Dark-types like Kingambit can threaten Ghost-type threats like Gholdengo and Basculegion-M.
- Sinistcha provides recovery for Ursaluna's burn damage while setting up Trick Room to get Ursaluna to move first. Ursaluna, in return, can counter threats like Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Incineroar with Headlong Rush. Sinistcha can threaten Water-types like Primarina and redirects Fighting-type moves like Drain Punch and Close Combat from Annihilape and Close Combat from Sneasler to further support Ursaluna. Ursaluna can switch into Ghost-type moves like Last Respects from Basculegion-M to prevent any damage dealt to Sinistcha.
- Annihilape can counter Incineroar with its ability Defiant and STAB Fighting-type moves like Drain Punch and Close Combat, which also threatens Kingambit and Archaludon. The recovery Sinistcha provides helps Annihilape stay on the field longer and use a stronger Rage Fist against threats like Gholdengo. Sinistcha can redirect damage away from Annihilape to help it set up Bulk Up to make it even more threatening for the foes.
- Archaludon appreciates the recovery brought by Sinistcha to increase its time on the field and potentially build Stamina boosts to further take hits from physical attackers like Dragonite, Annihilape, and Sneasler. Archaludon can threaten Dragonite with Dragon-type STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse. Sinistcha can redirect Fighting- and Ground-type moves away from Archaludon like Close Combat from Sneasler and Earth Power from Ursaluna-B. Archaludon can threaten Dark-types like Kingambit and Incineroar with Body Press as well as Alolan Ninetales and Whimiscott with Flash Cannon.
- Pelipper can set up rain for Sinistcha so that it takes less damage from Fire-type moves like Flare Blitz from Incineroar and Hisuian Arcanine, and it also threatens to OHKO Incineroar and Hisuian Arcanine with Weather Ball. Pelipper can use Hurricane to threaten Grass-type Pokemon like Rillaboom, which ignores Rage Powder from Sinistcha, and Annihilape, a foe Sinistcha struggles against. Furthermore, Pelipper can block spread moves like Heat Wave with Wide Guard. In return, Sinistcha can support Pelipper by redirecting Electric-type moves like Thunderbolt from Electabuzz and Kilowattrel.
- Sinistcha has a poor defensive typing in the current metagame with threats like Charizard, Basculegion-M, and Tyranitar becoming more common. Heat Wave from Charizard is usually paired with sun from Torkoal and is enough to OHKO Sinistcha, Basculeigon-M can threaten Sinistcha with Last Respects, and Knock Off from Tyranitar can threaten Sinistcha while removing the ability to recover its HP with Sitrus Berry. Pelipper can help Sinistcha against Charizard and Tyranitar with rain and Weather Ball. Electro Shot from Archaludon helps Sinistcha against opposing Pelipper and Basculegion-M. Sinistcha is very passive, so an offensive partner like Archaludon or Annihilape can threaten foes while being supported by it. The Ursaluna formes can threaten Steel-types like Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Archaludon, which wall Sinistcha.

Strategy Comments
============
- Sinistcha is very strong next to an offensive Trick Room partner like Ursaluna, as it can support it with Life Dew and Rage Powder to keep it alive longer.
- Sinistcha prefers to be brought in the back so that it can switch in and heal its partner with Hospitality. When it's against faster foes like Sneasler, Dragapult, and Archaludon, Sinistcha can focus on setting up Trick Room and supporting its slow partners with Life Dew and Rage Powder. Against slower foes like the Ursaluna formes, Kingambit, and Amoonguss, Sinistcha doesn't have to worry about setting up Trick Room; it can focus on chipping down foes HP with Matcha Gotcha and supporting its partners with Rage Powder and Life Dew.
- Sinistcha struggles against Incineroar due to its typing, and Matcha Gotcha struggles to absorb any HP from Incineroar. Kingambit can benefit from Sinistcha's Trick Room while also dealing significant damage to it with Kowtow Cleave; Sinistcha also struggles to recover any HP from using Matcha Gotcha against it. Annihilape can help Sinistcha in the matchups against Incineroar and Kingambit with the combination of Defiant and Drain Punch, and it can threaten other Dark-types like Tyranitar. Archaludon with Body Press can also help Sinistcha against Kingambit.
- Fire-types like Volcarona, Charizard, and Torkoal can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha. Pelipper can help against Fire-types by setting up the rain and attacking with Weather Ball, and Basculeigon-M threatens Fire-types like Charizard as well as Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Annihilape. Opposing Pelipper can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha with Hurricane, while Dragonite's defensive typing makes it difficult for Sinistcha to damage it. Archaludon can take advantage of rain to OHKO Pelipper with Electro Shot while resisting Pelipper's STAB moves, and it can threaten to OKHO Inner Focus Dragonite with Draco Meteor. Gholdengo threatens Sinistcha with Shadow Ball; Ursaluna's Ghost immunity and access to Headlong Rush helps Sinistcha deal with it. These traits also let Ursaluna be a great answer to other Ghost-, Fire-, and Steel-type threats like Dragapult, Hisuian Arcanine, and Kingambit. Sinistcha can heal Ursaluna's burn damage taken from Flame Orb, boosting its longevity on the field to deal with Sinistcha's threats.
- Alolan Ninetales can ignore Rage Powder with Blizzard and do significant damage to Sinistcha, and it can set up Aurora Veil to reduce the damage Matcha Gotcha can deal to it and its partner.

- Sinistcha has great tools to provide recovery for its partner on the field or redirect damage away from its partner (mention specific examples such as Hospitality, which is one of the key benefits to Sinistcha imo). Sinistcha's being a Ghost-type makes it immune to Fake Out so it can't be disrupted from the likes of (mention examples here) that its support can't be hindered,. Additionally, Sinistcha being a Grass-type makes it immune to Powder moves like Spore from Amoonguss (powder moves should be red info).
- Matcha Gotcha provides recovery by chipping down the foes HP on the field while recovering HP for itself and its partner (dex info and matcha gotcha doesn't heal its partner? I would instead say something along the lines but not exactly like this: Matcha Gotcha hits key targets such as the Ursaluna formes, and then talk about healing briefly). Life Dew can consistently provide more HP for Sinistcha and its partner in front of a threat like Volcarona. Trick Room provides support for slower partners like Ursaluna so that Sinistcha and itself, allowing them to move first in most scenarios slow partner can move first in front of a fast foe. Rage Powder can provides redirection support so that a partner like Annihilape can set up more freely.
- Sitrus Berry can helps Sinistcha sustain itself on the field longer by recovering HP outside of Matcha Gotcha or Life Dew recovery stay on the field for a long time when in conjunction with Matcha Gotcha and Life Dew.
- Tera Dark can helps Sinistcha survive Ghost- and Dark-type attacks like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo or Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit while making it immune to Prankster (prankster what? Prankster taunt / encore from who?). Tera Water can helps Sinistcha survive against Fire-type moves like Heat Wave and Flamethrower from Volcarona. (important to note Incineroar in both of these)
- The physical bulk on Sinistcha helps it survive a boosted Rage Fist from Annihilape (how many boosts), Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, Shadow Ball from Metal Coat (metal coat doesn't need to be specified since it doesn't affect shadow ball) Gholdengo, and Flamethrower from Volcarona.
- Sinistcha is a great support tool for its partners as it provides sustainable recovery to itself and its partner with its moves and ability (like?) while also being able to redirect damage with Rage Powder or set up Trick Room for slower partners. Taunt (from what?) can hinder all of Sinstcha's supporting moves severly, putting it in an undesirable position as Sinistcha struggles to deal significant damage against most foes. Matcha Gotcha struggles to recover HP from foes like Kingambit, Dragonite, and Incineroar. Sinistcha can be very passive and relies on its partner to deal damage. (instead of this, I would rather see something about its bad defensive typing against key Pokemon in the format like incin, gambit, and ghold)

Teambuilding
============
- Trick Room sweepers like Ursaluna benefit from Trick Room and the recovery from Sinistcha. Partners that set up like Annihilape also benefit from the recovery that Sinistcha provides. (This is good, but there is 100% more to add here; Dark-types that beat Ghosts, Rain which beats Fires, etc. Additionally, include redirection in the set up part)
- Sinistcha provides recovery to Ursaluna's Burn damage while setting up Trick Room to support get Ursaluna in moving to move first. Ursaluna can counter threats like Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Incineroar with its Ground-type STAB moves like Headlong Rush. (sinistcha also threatens water-types like Primarina and can redirect fighting-type moves from the likes of Annihilape. Also, ursaluna can switch in on any threatening ghost-type attacks targeted towards sinistcha)
- Annihilape can counter Incineroar with its ability Defiant and uses STAB Fighting-type moves like Drain punch Punch and Close Combat, as well as to threaten Kingambit and the aforementioned Incineroar. The recovery Sinistcha provides helps Annihilape stay on the field longer to help it use a stronger Rage Fist against threats like Gholdengo. (redirection?)
- Archaludon appreciates the recovery brought by Sinistcha to increase its time on the field and potentially build Stamina boosts to further take hits from physical attackers like Dragonite (better example?). Archaludon can threaten Dragonite, a Pokemon that threatens Sinistcha, with Dragon-type STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse. (talk about how cha redirects ground- and fighting-type attacks and how Archaludon threatens dark-types with body press and threatens whimsicott and a9 with flash cannon)
- Pelipper's Ability Drizzle can set up Rain for Sinistcha so that it takes less damage from to weaken Fire-type attacks like Flamethrower and Heat Wave from Volcarona that would otherwise scare away Sinsitcha. Pelipper can also threaten opposing Grass-type Pokemon like Rillaboom with Hurricane which Sinistcha normally struggles against to damage. (pelipper also threatens opposing Annihilape and Volcarona and Incineroar)
- Weakness Coverage: Identify the main weaknesses of the set and suggest partners that can mitigate these issues, like covering specific matchups or typing weaknesses. (missed this entirely)

Strategy Comments
============
- Sinistcha focuses on supporting partners with redirection, recovery, and setting up Trick Room for slower partners. Sinistcha lacks a way to deal significant damage and likes to be next to an offensive partner that it can support. (this should be a way to make sinistcha shine, so something like; when next to a strong partner under Trick Room, Sinistcha really shines; and then write about what it does in that scenario)
- Sinistcha prefers to start be brought in the back so that it can swap in and heal its partner with Hospitality. Sinistcha can swap in and out to further boost the use of its Ability heal its allies even more. Rage Powder can help partners like Annihilape set up and provide recovery afterwards. (talk about how when against fast teams, sinistcha likes to set trick room and deals little damage and instead focuses on support. When against slower teams, sinistcha still focuses on support, but without the burden of having to set trick room, it has more opportunity to deal damage)
- Sinistcha struggles into Incineroar due to its typing and Matcha Gotcha struggles to absorb any HP from Incineroar, however. Annihilape can help Sinistcha in the matchup against Incineroar with the combination of Defiant and Drain Punch.
- Volcarona can use Quiver Dance in front of a Rage Powder from Sinistcha to ignore the redirection and boosts itself. A Flamethrower from Volcarona can OHKO Sinistcha after a Quiver Dance. Pelipper can help against Volcarona by setting up the rain and attacking with STAB Weather Ball and Hurricane.
- Pelipper can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha with Hurricane, however Archaludon can take advantage of the rain and OHKO Pelipper with Electro Shot. (mention that is resists both Pelipper stab)
- Dragonite takes very little damage from Matcha Gotcha which provides Sinistcha and its partner with very little recovery. Archaludon counters Scale Shot Dragonite with its ability Stamina while also being able to OHKO Inner Focus Dragonite with Draco Meteor.
- Kingambit can benefit from Sinistcha's Trick Room while also dealing significant damage to Sinistcha with Kowtow Cleave. Sinistcha also struggles to recover any HP from Kingambit with Matcha Gotcha. Archaludon with Body Press and Annihilape with Drain Punch can help Sinistcha against Kingambit. (don't forget ursa)

- Sinistcha has great tools like its ability Hospitality to provide recovery for its partner on the field or redirect damage away from its partner with Rage Powder (this sentence feels very odd... Can you try smoothing it out? / make it roll better?). Sinistcha's Ghost-type makes it immune to Fake Out so it can't be disrupted from the likes of Incineroar and Rillaboom. Additionally, Sinistcha being a Grass-type makes it immune to moves like Spore and from Amoonguss.
- Matcha Gotcha can be used to threaten Pokemon such as the Ursaluna formes while restoring its Sinistcha's HP. Tera Water helps Sinistcha survive against Fire-type moves like Heat Wave and Flamethrower from Volcarona or Flare Blitz from Incineroar. (important to note that Water Tera also avoids Blizzard from A9)
- The physical bulk on Sinistcha helps it survive a boosted Rage Fist from Annihilape, and Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, while the special bulk lets it survive Shadow Ball from Gholdengo, and Flamethrower from Volcarona.
- Sinistcha is a great at supporting its partners as it provides sustainable recovery to itself with Matcha Gotcha and Life dew Dew, as well as its partner with Hospitality and Life Dew (similar to the very first sentence, this sounds a bit off; can you polish this?), while also being able to redirect damage with Rage Powder or set up Trick Room for slower partners. Taunt from foes such as Maushold can hinder Sinstcha severely, putting it in an undesirable position as Sinistcha struggles to deal significant damage against most foes Pokemon. Sinistcha's Ghost- and Grass-type make poor defensive typing makes it struggle to hold its own against prevalent threats like Kingambit, Incineroar, and Gholdengo.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Teambuilding
============
- Trick Room sweepers like Ursaluna benefit from Trick Room and the recovery from Sinistcha. Partners that set up like Annihilape also benefit from the recovery that Sinistcha provides. Sinistcha can redirect damage away from partners like Bulk Up Annihilape and Nasty Plot Gholdengo to prevent them from taking damage and giving them a free turn to set up most of the time (the second sentence highlighted here can be cut down and merged to the first sentence highlighted here IMO). Pelipper can set up rain for Sinistcha so that it takes less damage from Fire-type moves like Flamethrower from Volcarona (you use volcarona a lot as an example, maybe try charizard or arcanine-h here instead?) and Flare Blitz from Incineroar, while also threatening Volcarona and Incineroar, which otherwise threaten Sinistcha the aforementioned Fire-types. Dark-types like Kingambit can threaten Ghost-type threats like Gholdengo and Basculeigon-M.
- Sinistcha provides recovery to Ursaluna's Burn damage while setting up Trick Room to get Ursaluna to move first. Ursaluna, in reutrn, can counter threats like Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Incineroar with its Ground-type STAB moves like Headlong Rush. Sinistcha can threaten Water-types like Primarina and can redirect Fighting-type moves like Drain Punch and Close Combat from Annihilape or Close Combat from Sneasler to further support Ursaluna. Ursaluna can switch into Ghost-type moves like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo (try a different example like basculegion) to prevent any damage dealt to itself and Sinistcha.
- Annihilape can counter Incineroar with its ability Defiant and STAB Fighting-type moves like Drain Punch and Close Combat to threaten Kingambit, Archaludon, and the aforementioned Incineroar. The recovery Sinistcha provides helps Annihilape stay on the field longer to help it use a stronger Rage Fist against threats like Gholdengo.
Archaludon can threaten Dragonite, a Pokemon that threatens Sinistcha, with Dragon-type STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse. Sinistcha can redirect Fighting- and Ground-type moves away from Archaludon like Close Combat from Sneasler and Earth Power from Ursaluna-B. Archaludon can threaten Dark-types like Kingambit and Incineroar with Body Press, Archaludon can also threaten while also threatening Alolan Ninetales and Whimiscott with Flash Cannon.
- Pelippers Pelipper can set up Rain for Sinistcha so that it weakens to weaken Fire-type attacks like Flamethrower and Heat Wave from Volcarona that would otherwise threaten Sinistcha. Pelipper can also threaten opposing Grass-type Pokemon like Rillaboom with Hurricane which Sinistcha normally struggles to damage. Pelipper can OHKO Incineroar and Volcarona with Weather Ball while also threatening Annihilape with Hurricane which Sinistcha normally struggles against. (what can sinistcha do for pelipper? For one, it redirects electric-type attacks like thunderbolt from kilowattrel and electro shot comfortably, and also hits the water-types that annoy pelipper)
- Spread moves like Heat Wave from Volcarona ignores Sinistcha's redirection as well as Grass-type foes like Rillaboom making Rage Powder useless. Pelipper can help into Fire- and Grass-type threats with Weather Ball and Hurricane. (I would shorten this down to one sentence and merge with the bullet above) Rain from Pelipper mitigates damage from Fire-type moves like Flare Blitz from Incineroar to support Sinistcha in staying on the field longer. (this is just repetitive)
- Sinistcha struggles at damaging Fire- Steel- and Ghost-type threats. The Ursaluna-formes can help Sinistcha against Fire- and Steel-type threats like Incineroar and Kingambit and can neutralize the damage done from Ghost-type moves like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo. Kingambit can threaten Ghost-type threats like Gholdengo and Basculeigon-M.
(I would hit the most important weaknesses. Sure, Sinistcha can't deal damage to those certain types, but is the the most important? I would first talk about its poor defensive typing and moves it is weak to like Last Respects and Hurricane, and then talk about ways to help. Afterwards, talk about how it is very passive, and talk about ways to help)

Strategy Comments

- Sinistcha focuses on supporting partners with redirection, recovery, and setting up Trick Room for slower partners. Sinistcha is very strong next to an offensive Trick Room partner like Ursaluna as it can support it with Life Dew and Rage Powder to fully utilize Ursaluna's breaking power (what does this even mean???) since Sinistcha struggles to deal significant damage.
- Sinistcha prefers to be brought in the back so that it can swap in and heal its partner with Hospitality. Sinistcha can swap in and out to heal its allies even more. When against faster foes like Sneasler, Dragapult, and Archaludon, Sinistcha can focus on setting up Trick Room and supporting its slow partners with Life Dew and Rage Powder. When against slower foes like the Ursaluna-formes, Kingambit, and Amoonguss, Sinistcha doesn't have to worry about setting up Trick Room and can focus on chipping down foes HP with Matcha Gotcha and supporting its partners with Rage Powder and Life Dew.
- Sinistcha struggles into Incineroar due to its typing and Matcha Gotcha struggles to absorb any HP from Incineroar.
- Pelipper can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha with Hurricane, however Archaludon can take advantage of the rain and OHKO Pelipper with Electro Shot while resisting STAB moves from Pelipper like Weather Ball and Hurricane.
- Ursaluna helps Sinistcha against Ghost- Fire- and Steel-type threats with Headlong Rush and having an immunity to Ghost-type moves like Shadow Ball. Sinistcha can heal Ursaluna's burn damage from Flame Orb boosting its longevity on the field. Ursaluna is a great answer to threats like Gholdengo and Kingambit.

- Basculeigon-M counters Fire- and Ghost-type threats that would normally threaten Sinistcha. Wave Crash from Basculeigon-M can beat the likes of Incineroar and Volcarona while Last Respects can beat Annihilape and Gholdengo. Basculeigon-M also has a common partner with Sinistcha in Pelipper as rain can boost the speed of Basculeigon-M making it very threatening to face.

This should all realistically be in one bullet. I recommend looking at each one of these and putting them into larger categories (such as Fire-types containing Volcarona and Incineroar) and then going from there. Sorry if this is a bit vague, but trim this down and put it into one bullet, maybe 2 if it feels a bit too large.

- Sinistcha has a poor defensive typing in the current metagame with threats like Charizard, Basculeigon-M, and Tyranitar becoming more common. Pelipper can help Sinistcha against Charizard and Tyranitar with rain and Weather Ball but also helps opposing Basculeigon-M. Electro Shot from Archaludon helps Sinistcha against Pelipper and Basculeigon-M. Sinistcha is very passive so an offensive partner like Archaludon or Annihilape can threaten foes while being supported by Sinistcha. (talk about the Ursaluna-formes when mentioning offensive partners)

Strategy Comments
============
- Sinistcha focuses on supporting partners with redirection, recovery, and setting up Trick Room for slower partners. Sinistcha is very strong next to an offensive Trick Room partner like Ursaluna as it can support it with Life Dew and Rage Powder to keep it alive longer since Sinistcha struggles to deal significant damage.
Annihilape can help Sinistcha in the matchup against Incineroar with the combination of Defiant and Drain Punch. Annihilape can threaten Dark-types like Kingambit and Tyranitar who normally threaten Sinistcha. Kingambit can benefit from Sinistcha's Trick Room while also dealing significant damage to Sinistcha with Kowtow Cleave. Sinistcha also struggles to recover any HP from Kingambit with Matcha Gotcha. Archaludon with Body Press and Annihilape with Drain Punch can help Sinistcha against Kingambit.
- Volcarona can use Quiver Dance in front of a Rage Powder from Sinistcha to ignore the redirection and boosts itself. A Flamethrower from Volcarona can OHKO Sinistcha after a Quiver Dance (instead of making this 2 sentences about volcarona, I would just make it one sentence on fire-types as a whole). Pelipper can help against Volcarona Fire-types by setting up the rain and attacking with STAB Weather Ball and Hurricane. Basculeigon-M counters Fire- and Ghost-type threats that would normally threaten Sinistcha. Wave Crash from Basculeigon-M can beat the likes of Incineroar and Volcarona while Last Respects can beat Annihilape and Gholdengo. Basculeigon-M also has a common partner with Sinistcha in Pelipper as rain can boost the speed of Basculeigon-M making it very threatening to face (unnecessary imo. You also never talked about ghosts type being a threat yet mention them when mentioning basculegion, so I would state ghost-types before talking about partner bascu) Opposing Pelipper can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha with Hurricane, however Archaludon can take advantage of the rain and OHKO Pelipper with Electro Shot while resisting STAB moves from Pelipper like Weather Ball and Hurricane. Archaludon can also threaten to OKHO Inner Focus Dragonite with Draco Meteor, which Sinistcha struggles against. Ursaluna helps Sinistcha against Ghost- Fire- and Steel-type threats with Headlong Rush and having an immunity to Ghost-type moves like Shadow Ball. Sinistcha can heal Ursaluna's burn damage from Flame Orb boosting its longevity on the field. Ursaluna is a great answer to threats like Gholdengo and Kingambit. (this is all good, but you talk about so many threats that you haven't mentioned yet in this bullet. Giving them a quick sentence before this entire section should fix it up. Don't forget to credit after QC as well!)

- Sinistcha is a great support Pokemon with access to providing If you want to keep "with access to" state the names of the moves instead of "recovery and redirection" recovery and redirection for its partners. Sinistcha's Ghost-type makes it immune to Fake Out so it can't be disrupted from the likes of Incineroar and Rillaboom. Additionally, Sinistcha being a Grass-type makes it immune to moves like Spore from Amoonguss.
- Matcha Gotcha can be used to threaten Pokemon such as Fluff the Ursaluna formes while restoring Sinistcha's HP. Life Dew can consistently provide more HP Life Dew doesn't do this, it just heals the user and partner for Sinistcha and its partner in front of a threat like Volcarona or Gholdengo. Trick Room provides support for itself and slower partners like Ursaluna, allowing them to move first in most scenarios. Don't need to explain Trick Room Rage Powder provides redirection support so that a partner like Annihilape can set up more freely.
- Sitrus Berry helps Sinistcha stay on the field for a long time when in conjunction with with Matcha Gotcha and Life Dew.
- Tera Dark helps Sinistcha survive Ghost- and Dark-type attacks like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo, Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, and Knock Off from Incineroar, while making it immune to Prankster Taunt and Encore from Whimsicott. Tera Water helps Sinistcha survive against Fire-type moves like Heat Wave and Flamethrower from Volcarona or Flare Blitz from Incineroar. Tera Water can also help Sinistcha better stomach Blizzard from Alolan Ninetales.
- The physical bulk on Sinistcha helps it survive a boosted Rage Fist Mention what the base power would be "boosted" is quite vague from Annihilape and Kowtow Cleave from Kingambit, while the special bulk lets it survive Shadow Ball from Gholdengo and Flamethrower from Volcarona.
- Sinistcha has many forms of support in recovery, redirection, and being able to set up Trick Room for itself and slower partners. Taunt from foes such as Maushold can hinder Sinstcha severely, putting it in an undesirable position as Sinistcha struggles to deal significant damage against most foes. Sinistcha's poor defensive typing makes it struggle to hold its own against prevalent threats like Kingambit, Incineroar, and Gholdengo. You don't need to include this bullet point tbh, this is for comparing multiple sets of the same pokemon

- Setup Pokemon like Annihilape and Trick Room sweepers like Ursaluna appreciate the recovery and redirection Sinistcha provides so that they can feel more safe when setting up and or attacking (RC) respectively. Pelipper can set up rain for Sinistcha so that it takes less damage from Fire-type moves like Flare Blitz from Incineroar and Hisuian Arcanine, while and it also threatening threatens the aforementioned Fire-types. (You have a bullet point later on in this section that's entirely dedicated to Pelipper. Why not merge this part into that?) Dark-types like Kingambit can threaten Ghost-type threats like Gholdengo and Basculegion-M.
- Sinistcha provides recovery to for Ursaluna's burn damage while setting up Trick Room to get Ursaluna to move first. Ursaluna, in return, can counter threats like Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Incineroar with Headlong Rush. Sinistcha can support Pelipper by redirecting Electric-type moves like Thunderbolt from Electabuzz and Kilowattrel to threaten Grass-type Pokemon like Rillaboom, which ignore Rage Powder from Sinistcha, and Annihilape, a foe Sinistcha struggles against. Furthermore, (AC) Pelipper can block spread moves like Heat Wave with Wide Guard. (AP) In return, Sinistcha can support Pelipper by redirecting Electric-type moves like Thunderbolt or threaten Grass-type foes like Rillaboom who ignores Rage Powder from Sinistcha Electabuzz and Kilowattrel. (Moved phrases around so that the bullet point is more organized. This is the same reasoning for my changes to some bullet points in Strategy Comments.)
If this section is meant to talk about how Dark-types in general check Sinistcha, I highly suggest making an introductory sentence regarding that at the start of this bullet point.) Archaludon with Body Press can also help Sinistcha against Kingambit.
- Fire-types like Volcarona, Charizard, and Torkoal can threaten to OHKO Sinistcha. Pelipper can help against Fire-types by setting up the rain and attacking with Weather Ball, (RP, AC) and Basculeigon-M threatens Fire- and Fire-types like Charizard (If Bascu can threaten all the aforementioned Fire-types, you can ignore writing "like Charizard") as well as Ghost-types like Charizard (RC) Gholdengo (RC) and Annihilape that normally threaten Sinistcha. Sinistcha has a hard time hitting Dragonite due to its defensive typing. Archaludon it can threaten to OKHO Inner Focus Dragonite with Draco Meteor. Gholdengo threatens Sinistcha with Shadow Ball; (RP, ASC) Ursaluna Ursaluna's Ghost immunity and access to Headlong Rush helps Sinistcha against Ghost- Fire- and Steel-type threats with Headlong Rush while having an immunity deal with it. These traits also let Ursaluna be a great answer to Ghost-type moves like Shadow Ball from Gholdengo other Ghost-, Fire-, and Steel-type threats like Kingambit. (Is there a Ghost-type and a Fire-type that Ursaluna has particularly favorable matchups against?) Sinistcha can heal Ursaluna's burn damage taken from Flame Orb, (AC) boosting its longevity on the field. (How is this related to dealing with Sinistcha's checks?) Ursaluna is a great answer to threats like Gholdengo and Kingambit (RP)
- Alolan Ninetales ignores can ignore Rage Powder, (AC) (how so? It's not clearly specified as to how Ninetales ignores the move) and do does significant damage to Sinistcha with Blizzard, (AC) and can set up Aurora Veil to reduce the damage from Matcha Gotcha can deal to itself it and its partner.

These traits also let Ursaluna be a great answer to other Ghost-, Fire-, and Steel-type threats like Dragapult, Hisuian Arcanine, and Kingambit. Sinistcha can heal Ursaluna's burn damage taken from Flame Orb, (AC) boosting its longevity on the field to deal with Sinistcha's threats.
- Alolan Ninetales can ignore Rage Powder with Blizzard and do significant damage to Sinistcha, and it can set up Aurora Veil to reduce the damage Matcha Gotcha can deal to it and its partner.
