Hi, I'm RPing a steel type gym leader so here is theSteel type team I made from scratch.

Ironwing (Skarmory) @ leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252HP/64Att/192Def
Nature: Impish(+Def -SpAtt)
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Brave Bird (or Defog? )
Whirlwind
My set-up pokemon, who also act as a set-up bait & then phaze out the opponent who wasted his turns boosting status. Also, to switch in on well predicted earthquakes. Brave Bird is for taunters, but I don't know whether it is more useful than defog or not, suggestions required.

Rustbug (Scizor) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician

Ahh, power packed (after going mega) priority hard hitter. Neutral against fighting & ground attacks & solid physical power. Although, I have a better bug/steel Genesect. So, any good physical substitute for Scizor is needed

Oh no! He's got a fire type & I'm all steel! Fear not, Heatran is here! I just switch in Heatran on a fire attack & rock or ground the fire type to death, that's it. Rest two are STABs

Another Priority hitter with decent attack. +2 attack = full sweep (well, almost) I need a better EV spread & moveset for this guy. All suggestions are welcomed

Nature: Adamant(+Att -SpAtt)

Sword Dance
Haunted sword, switch in on well predicted fighting move & play mind games! This guys is awesome after +2 or +4(remember the policy) attack boost

I think you need more descriptions on your pokemon before a rate. Here's what I do have to say though:
Your mega Scizor probably is better as a bulky sd roost set. Right now, it looks like a cb set.
Lava plume is better on Heatran to fish for the burn.
I do not think drive Genesect is a good idea at all. Genesect has so much better options.
Physical Aegislash is not very good, and without autotomize, even if you have weakness policy activated, base 60 speed isn't going to outrun anything.

The rule is that you need to have at least 3 lines of description per Pokémon but I'll give it a shot (you should edit it though otherwise it gets locked).

Skarmory: So with Defog in most teams i think having Stealth Rock and Spikes is a bit too much so switch either one.
Roost > Stealth Rock/Spikes

Scizor: This seems like a bulky set, which is generally used as a Swords Dance set. Take a hit while setting up and BP for priority. Superpower is uncommon on Szicor so i think you might want to change the set up a bit. I'll list the set below.
HP > Def/SpDef

Heatran: I dont agree on the Def and SpAtk EV's on Heatran. You should run either Special Defensive Heatran or Special Offensive Heatran. Special Defensive Heatran is better with Lava Plume while Special Offensive Heatran is better with Fire Blast or Flamethrower as well as maybe HP Ice over Ancient Power.
HP and SpDef > Def and SpAtk or SpAtk and Spd > Def and SpAtk

Lucario: On Lucario BP is a must, therefore you should consider either Extremespeed or Ice Punch. The moveset itself looks good but the EV's are a mess. Why are you running Def/SpDef on every Pokémon? It does make them bulkier but if you get OHKO'd with 0 Def and OHKO'd with 124 Def its not worth the EV's. Just run max Attack and Speed
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP > 252 Atk / 124 Def / 124 SpDef

Genesect: Genesect is amazing (dont know if hes banned in Mono OU) but excels with a Choice item imo. Therefore i suggest a totally different set and again i'll list it below.
Choice > Drive

Aegislash: As Temporaryanonymous said (what a username :O), this Aegislash set isnt that good. With already enough special attackers as well as physical attackers, you might like the mixed Aegislash set. This ensures the best out of both amazing offensive stats while being able to hit both special and defensive walls. Set is below
