How can this "set" be effective?
- Trick Room. Preferably Bronzong.
Isn't Garchomp too fast for a Trick Room team?
- Not really. With 0 IVs and - nature on its speed, Garchomp is able to hit 188 Spd, outrunning all its "Speedy threats" such as Weavile, HP Ice Gengar, HP Ice Yanmega, etc etc.
