My main sweeper, works best near the end of the game. Rock polish on something that can't kill him and sweep, he can set up on a lot since he has 180 Def. Head Smash is his main stab, and he gets no recoil. EQ is obvious, but Aqua Tail is filler.

My Special wall. Body Slam is used over Return because of the chance of paralysis. EQ because it's EQ. Amnesia to take more Sp. Attacks. Charm is used to force switches on physical attackers and if they stay in, they can't do much after 1 or 2 charms.
