Yeah the crit made it easier for me to win. Though in that turn, FLCL had decided to go for Drain Punch over Rest and a normal Meteor Mash + Toxic damage (3rd turn of Toxic so it would have done 18%) would have been enough for a 2HKO anyways. I would have needed to win the speed tie there though, but FLCL already knows about my crucial speed tie winning luck.
