I have played LC since like, late DP around. Though, I only got into it this gen, and have received reqs since suspect tests began. Though, I mostly prefer this current eta, hence my making my very first LC RMT for it. The past two metas were annoying/boring as hell if I am being quite honest. I started XY expecting to be getting into OU more, but that plan was quickly forgotten as pokebank was released, seeing as though that meta was awful. I highly prefer pre-bank. (You might have seen my RMT, Living for the Applause.) I chose this team's name because of the highly anticipated release of Iggy Azalea's debut album, of the same name. (My RMT's are always named after albums, etc...) So without further ado....
I started with a mon that has been receiving high amounts of hype this meta
Fletchling has amazing potential, and is one of the best cleaners, revenge killers and sweepers of this tier. Also, with the right support, can easily sweep through teams.
The second mon is, arguably, the best supporter of this terrifying birdy:
Diglett. It traps and eliminates everything that could otherwise beat my birdy, including Pawniard, Chinchou, Magnemite and many others. It also traps weakened things that annoy me and eliminates them before any more annoyances are made. I did have Stealth Rock on him, but he wasn't too good at getting it set up, so I removed it for Reversal, but I might change this to Sucker Punch.
The next team mate was another great partner for the birdy
Chinchou forms a great VolTurn core with Fletchling, and it also beats mons that threaten it, as well as being the best Magnemite switch in in the tier. Chinchou is also a great pivot, and provides cleric support through Heal Bell, in case birdy was burned or paralyzed.
Now I needed something that could clear hazards, so...
Archen, who is now the best Defogger in the tier. I used to use this as just a Defogger, when Diglett had SR, but since then, I realized Diglett is pretty sub-optimal at gettingit up, so new measures had to be taken. Thus, Heysup posted a set back in Archen's analysis that seemed extremely interesting, so I stole it. Now it sets up Rocks and Defogs, while doing what I had it do in the first place, though, doing it while being much faster.
Next, I needed something that can take care of Misreavus with no fuss, so the obvious choice was
Choice Scarf Pawniard. It can switch in on Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Nasty Plot, Dazzling Gleam and then force it out, or trick it into thinking it's an Eviolite variant, then Pursuit, or Knock Off, and kill it. Pawniard is also an amazing pokemon, and puts pressure on teams with the strongest Knock Off in the tier (I think?). It is also an amazing switch in to opposing Pawniard, and outspeeds, thanks to Scarf, and kills with Brick Break. It also kills Archen which is pretty annoying.
So, after that I needed a mon to act as a glue and keep everything together, while maintaining my overall synergy.
So, I chose Croagunk. Croagunk beats so many pokemon in the metagame right now, including Tirtouga, Pawniard, Porygon, Spritzee, any Fighting-type, and the list just goes on and on. It's just an overall incredible mon right now.
So, basically, that's how the team was made. Yay

Gale Wings
196 Atk / 92 Def / 180 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Roost
-Swords Dance
-Acrobatics
-U-turn
Fletchling is an amazing pokemon. It has decent stats.... mediocre...? It has decent Spe, 15 if you're not Jolly, and mediocre Attack, 13 if you're not Adamant. So, why might this mediocre mon be such a huge threat this metagame, you might ask? It's amazing ability of Gale Wings is basically the only reason. It gets priority on a 110 BP move, which is also STAB. It also has priority Roost, and even a great set up move in Swords Dance. It also has the ability to be a decent scouter by using U-turn. The EVs here maximize attack and speed, while nature makes it mediocre attack somewhat manageable. 92 defense is there so it can take priority decently, and it gets the best investment with its EVs by gaining 2 points in Def.

-Rock Slide

Diglett, rising out of the ashes of mediocrity from the past metagames, it is back to wreak havoc upon the metagame. It is literally the best supporter of a Fletchling sweep in the tier, allowing it to drop Overheat in order to forgo the ability to recover itself through Roost. Earthquake is STAB, and hits almost everything Fletchling has trouble with, where Rock Slide hits the others. Memento is here to aid Fletchling even further, as, after its done its job, Diglett gives Fletchling a free turn to use Swords Dance as the opponent switches out. Reversal is here mostly because Porygon is annoying as hell. The EVs on this guy are pretty obvious, maxing attack and speed so it does it job, while Jolly lets it hit 20 speed which is the fastest speed tier, bar Scarf, without set up. Then there's enough for a point in HP, even though it doesn't help much, if at all, because it is still bulk-less.

So, Chinchou has been dubbed as one of the best defensive pivots in the LC tier. While this may be true, I find it to be extremely underwhelming. However, I won't deny that in certain match-ups, its pivoting abilities are amazing. Chinchou forms a great VolTurn core with my cute lil bird friend, which is the main reason I still keep it around, and Chinchou is also a great switch-in to numerous other threats, like Magnemite. Scald is here for burn, while Thunder Wave nails switch-ins by making them slow as hell. EVs are to give Chinchou the ability to tank multiple physical hits, while 60 speed lets it out-speed other walls, Heal Bell is to aid Fletchling in case of burn, or paralysis. 156 special attack lets it hit stronk. Eviolite for maximum defensive capabilities, though Berry Juice might be used for healing.

Archen is undoubtedly the best hazard remover this meta. It is also fantastic at setting down rocks, which aids in breaking Sturdy and weakening opposing birds, namely Doduo and Fletchling. U-turn allows it to scout, and helps with my VolTurn core formed by Chinchou and Fletchling. Lastly, Acro is here for 110 BP STAB. Archen is a great switchin to countless threats, like Houndour, Fletchling, Ponyta... most of which Chinchou can also switch-in to. However, it's always good to have a back up, especially if the back-up also has a niche of its own in hazard removing. EVs allow Archen to counter Doduo, Fletch and other things, then heal itself right back up and force them out, or make them die.

It has a great defensive typing, allowing it to switch into many popular mons, like Misdreavus and other Pawniard, and kill with its STAB or coverage moves. EVs are pretty self-explanatory, as are its moves. Pursuit is here to trap Misdreavus, Abra, and other bitches that are in, while Knock Off trolls walls like Porygon, Vullaby and Spritzee. Conclusion:
This team is really good right now. It utilizes all the mons rising into power this meta, bar Misdreavus, Scraggy, Doduo and Carvanha, and works wonders. Of all the battles I've played, I really haven't had trouble with many pokemon this meta. However, Doduo can be quite scary for this team to see, as it kind of lacks a reliable switch in, since I replaced defensive Archen with a faster variant. However, after it kills something, Pawniard comes in and kills it with either Knock Off or Pursuit, as it expects to out-speed. It also has trouble with physical walls includig Porygon, Vullaby and Koffing, but they can be easily worked around with the use of Chinchou and Croagunk. Remember to play Chinchou more conservatively, as it may be a lot less bulky than you first think it is. I have this problem myself, honestly.... All in all, an extraordinary team this meta, and it synergizes very nicely.. The core utilized is extremely fun to use, and I enjoy it very much.

Offensive: Doduo and Bunnelby could do quite a number to my team if you let them, but they really shouldn't. SD Drilly could also be a bitch to deal with, as well as Pony if I happen to misplay with my Diggy. SS Omanyte/Tirtouga can be annoying, also.
Defensive: Physical walls like Koffing, Porygon, Vullaby, Omanyte, Tirtouga could do quite a number to my team. I just have toplay smart when I see these, and play around them efficiently.
