Ouch my world views.

Well I'm totally glad he's not having an affect on anyone with this statement and he could totally do worse (anyone who agrees with what he says already made up their mind a long time ago, and it's just white noise to everyone else) but it really speaks about his own ignorant views on history, secularism, false humility, and his lack of respect for anyone who isn't a Catholic, who are apparently on some sort of mission. Congrats, Catholics, on having a religious leader modelled after George W. Bush.

What do you expect the Pope to do, support disbelief in God? He is obviously going to promote religious upbringing and Christianity in general. I don't see anything wrong with his speech, as extreme atheism and secularism (such as genocide in huge part based on religious beliefs) is completely wrong, and I fail to see any valid reasons to disagree with such statement.
