With the entrance of Ruby/Sapphire we saw a mixture of hard to hurt types (Dark/Ghost, Steel/Psychic). Throughout the generations there have also been legendary trios (birds, dogs, solids, spirits). Now that Black and White are coming out I want to toss some ideas about new type combinations and possibilities for a new trio, if there is one.
One typing I would think might be Fire/Grass. It helps eliminate certain weaknesses from each type and would benefit from sunny day.
For the trio they might be dragons (fire, electric, ice), golems (like the regi's), or they might be elemental-like (Elec-bird formed from a thundercloud, Fire- Volcano or lava like body, Ice- a crystaline body).
Of course these are simply speculations, but I am just throwing the idea out there.
