INTRODUCTION
Hey Guys it's me again I thought of making a Team for my second fav Mega and that's Alakazam
THE GROUP

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Def / 124 SpA / 132 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Shadow Ball


Since this is a Mega Alakazam Team of course we start of with Mega Alakazam. First off it is a great Special Attacker probably the best one. Also a incredible Speed Boost

Psychic because I think it's a great STAB move for it. Calm Mind so I can boost the Psychic attack. Dazzling Gleam for those Dark types out there. Shadow Ball for all those really annoying Ghost Types.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave


Here we have is the almighty Clefable 2nd Wall. Learns great moves such as Moonblast and Soft-boiled. Also a nice Human Shield

Calm Mind great Special Attack and Special Defense Boost. Moonblast a extremely nice Fairy move and I think a STAB move for it. Soft-Boiled so I can heal atleast half hp. Thunder Wave for emergencies.

Dragalge @ Dragon Fang
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 188 HP / 252 SpA / 68 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Bomb
- Focus Blast
- Toxic Spikes

Dragagle nice Special Attack Pokemon that can do great hits but sadly low speed. Gave it dragon fang to boost Dragon moves like Draco Meteor.

Crawdaunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Crabhammer
- Dark Pulse
- Aqua Jet


Crawdaunt an awesome high attacks but low speed and defense. I gave it life orb so I can do more attack than what I added.

Sword Dance so I can do extremely more damage than usual. Crabhammer since it's a STAB move for Crawdaunt. Dark Pulse just for a flinch. Aqua Jet cuz it makes me usually go first.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Rotom-Wash famous form for Rotom. I always use Rotom-Frost but I never tried Rotom Wash until I got it in my OR Game and it was good.

Volt Switch incase I need to switch but still do damage. Hydro Pump since it's a STAB move for Rotom Wash. Will-O-Wisp so I can burn and do a little more damage. Pain Split so when I have low health I can switch a little health with the opponent.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Flash Cannon

Ferrothorn because I need someone with like a body damage like Iron Barbs of Ferrothorn. It's also a great defensive Pokemon.

Stealth Rock for the starting damage to switch pokes. Leech Seed so I can gain health. Power Whip a STAB move for it. Flash Cannon instead of Gyro Ball cuz I trust on the 10% Special Defence chance, low but good enough.

CONCLUSION
This team is full of Pokemons only in Special Attack and Special Defence.

Sorry no replays cuz every time I battle someone they forfeit XD
 
Nice team buddy, but some issues. First, Zam doesnt need calm mind so focus blast for trans. I really dont like cm cleff unless it packs fire blast to hit ferros. Craw sucks ass so keldeo for power? Also Bisharp, stall, some what metagross can put in work so you could put in bisharp just my opinion, Gl on laddering Bruh.
 
Echoing what Me and ur mom (lol, sounds like I'm talking about myself) said. Crawdaunt is actually very good, but use knock off. Mixed crawdaunt is good, but not with swords dance and special stab. That just makes no sense.

Moving on, use fire blast on clef, it really needs it. That lets you beat all the steels that you couldn't otherwise.

Rotoms set isn't optimized. It's the right idea, but check the analysis- I think it suggests a different EV spread.

Run Psyshock over psychic for zam. And I actually think CM isn't necessarily bad- it's not perfect, but not bad. Maybe replace dazzling gleam w/ focus blast. It could also be really cool if you made it a bulky set- I've seen people run bulky CM/recover base alakazam, and mega zam is bulkier than regular, so it could work. It's already incredibly fast and super strong, so it's a possibility. Idk, sounds super weird, but it could possibly work. Some other things you could try:
  • HP flying lets you revenge kill weakened Tflame and gives you prio in general, which is neat
  • Encore works well with zams insane speed to mess with stuff really well- for example, come in on a predicted WoW from tran (trace flash fire) and encore.
Idk, there's lots of cool things you can do with zam. It's speed and power makes it a real threat to a lot of teams. I'd just suggest messing around with some stuff- see what works.

Never run flash cannon on ferro. If you're looking for support rather than power, use knock off. Flash cannon is really bad when you only have like, 50 SpA. Just. No.

Last, and this isn't on the team, but the rmt as a whole, you're missing some stuff. You need to work on your descriptions and explain what each member does for the team. What is the synergy behind it, does it fix a weakness, etc.. Along with that, add an importable at the end- I'm pretty sure that's actually required.
