@ Choice Specs
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Classic Politoed Specs. Not much to explain about it ... Modest to do more damage, HydroPump to do a lot of damage, Focus Blast primarily to predict Ferrothorn switch, Ice Beam for coverage and to predict dragons and grass types switch, HP Grass mainly to predict Gastrodon switch.

454.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Dry Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Toxicroak, a beast under the Rain. This set works very well, but I thought to change Substitute or Swords Dance for Ice Punch, as this Pokemon tends to attract Gliscor and - as the two Pokémon are able to kill it are Choices and easy to predict - sometimes I have problems with it. I also thought to give it LO, but I I have doubts because many times it must switch in Tyranitar and Ferrothorn when it isn't Rains yet and it would receive a lot of residual damage. I don't like Cross Chop because it fails. I doubt if remove Substitute because I often used Toxicroak against Jellicent, and I usually block their WoW with Sub.

212.gif
@ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Atk / 16 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Quick Attack

CB Scizor. It has a little more speed to outspeed Blisseys that have Speed EVs to outspeed Scizor and hit it before it paralyzes or hits Scizor. Quick Attack is mainly for revenge kill Volcarona if I have SR or Thundurus more effectively. Usually works well than Pursuit in this team, but sometimes I miss to trap Latios with -2.

472.gif
@ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Swords Dance
- Ice Fang

I think that a little offensive Gliscor is better to this team. It's my Excadrill counter and my physical wall in general. Taunt is for physical boosters as Conkeldurr that otherwise give me problems and because many times Gliscor switch in Spikers to prevent that they put their hazards. With SD I could kill weakened teams several times. The rest does not need to explain.

385.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head
- Thunder
- Wish

It's my special wall. Thunder to paralyze opponents under the Rain and to surprise Skarmory and Jellicent. Iron Head is logic. Wish to recover it and their teammates and Stealth Rock because I need it and I haven't another Pokemon that can put it. Sometimes I miss Protect because using Iron Head to recover it with Wish isn't very reliable.

479-W.gif
@ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 32 HP / 252 SAtk / 224 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder
- Trick

Rotom-W Scarf. My revenge killer. Previously it run HP Ice, but Jellicent gave me many problems and I decided change it to Thunder. The rest is logic.

Threats:
I'll put things that cause me problems or that could cause me only.

635.png
Hydreigon- Just give me problems if it isn't Rain and it makes Fire Blast to kill my Jirachi.
637.png
Volcarona- One of the main problems for the team. If it's bulky, I can't do anything. If it's offensive, I need SR and revenge kill it with Scizor's Quick Attack.
645.png
Landorus- It kills my walls and it does a lot of damage to the rest of the team. Usually I need to revenge kill it with Scizor or Rotom-W, and if it's Dual Booster I need weak it with something to then finish them with Scizor.
612.png
Haxorus- It's a threat always... I need to attract Outrage and switch to Scizor to kill it.
642.png
Thundurus- I only can revenge kill it with Rotom-W or Scizor
186.png
Politoed- Opponent Specs Politoed can do a lot of damage to my team if it has a good prediction. Toxicroak can absorb most their moves, but Ice Beam do it a lot of damage.
003.png
Venusaur- It depends on their moveset, but it give me problems if there are sun.
454.png
Toxicroak- Only if it has Ice Punch. I can't do it OHKO and it can boost and kill all my team.
272.png
Ludicolo- I have very troubles to kill it under the rain, mainly if it burns Scizor with Scald.
149.png
Dragonite- If I haven't SR and it get Dragon Dance, it kills my team.
385.png
Jirachi- I haven't face with a Jirachi Sub CM set, but I think that it can finish with all my team.
479-wash.png
Rotom-W- If Rotom-W is Specs, it do a lot of damage even Jirachi and I need predict it perfectly if I don't like to loose.
472.png
Gliscor- Sometimes I have troubles to kill it, since my only two Pokemon that can OHKO it are Choiced and very easy to predict.
Magnezone + Dragon- If Magnezone traps Jirachi or Scizor, the opponent Dragon can kill all my team with easy...
Entry hazards- Spikes are a big trouble to my team, I only have Gliscor's Taunt to prevent it, and under the rain it's hard to kill the mainly Spikers.

This is all. While I did RMT I realized that there are a lot of things that can destroy my team. I hope that you can help me to improve it, as this is my best 5th gen team now. Thank you for read and comment!

Make Gliscor's Spread 244 HP / 188 Def / 72 Speed.
With 244 HP it reaches maximum Poison heal recovery.

Give 32 SAtk Ev's instead of 32 defensive ones on your Jirachi so you can Hit water types alot harder. as A strong Defensive water can rip wholes in your team with some setup.

I suggest a Swords dance set over your current revenge killer set because Scizor has far more chance to set up in the rain with a No SAtk evs Heatran cannot One hit KO with lava plume and Latio's hidden power [fire] wont One hit KO you.

Scizor Set:
212.png

Scizor (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 92 Atk / 140 SDef / 28 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Roost / Brick Break
- Bug Bite

Bulky Swords Dance Scizor can Tear through Opponents late game.

This team looks decent to me.
Maybe 1 change you could make is to completely replace your toxicroag as scizor can almost kill anything that toxicroag would kill (tell me if i'm wrong about that tho).
As for the replacement , since it is a rain team and you dont have a spinner yet (weak to hazards as you allready stated) , you could bring in a starmie/tentacruel .
They will both benefit from the weather , and they can both rapid spin any hazards away. (tentacruel will even just absorb the Tspikes if those are the only ones laid so he CAN save you a turn)

Change Gliscor's spread to 244 HP / 176 Def / 88 Spe, as it benefits you in few ways, notably outspeeding other Gliscor and hurting them severely with Ice Fang. This is also important so your Toxicroak has an easier time doing its job to the opposing team. 244 HP EVs give you a maximum of 352 HP, which is a Poison Heal number, meaning you'll heal more at the end of turns than how much you heal with 354 HP, which is max. Gliscor shouldn't run more than 176 Def EVs unless their team is having a LOT of trouble with Terrakion, and Scizor is your backup check, so assuming you play around it you'll be fine.

Another thing is to change Rotom-W spread to 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 SpDef. Your team can potentially have trouble with all of the Rotom-W variants, so if you happen to face a Scarfed one, you just have to hope you win the speed tie and Thunder it. This step is quite optional though - you can always Thunder Rotom-W on the switch in and hope for a paralysis with any of your team members.

Your team is severely weak to Venusaur. Running a Heatran, which walls the standard Venusaur sets, would be redundant in a rain team, so you should consider running Chansey over Jirachi and changing your Scizor spread to 244 HP / 48 Atk / 216 SpDef and changing its set to a Swords Dance set. Chansey fixes your Venusaur weakness (for the most part) after Sleep Clause is activated, and the bulkier Scizor spread gives you more room to deal with Calm Mind/Trick Room Reuniclus. Here are the sets:

Chansey @ Eviolite l Bold Nature l Natural Cure l 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Speed
Moves: Wish / Stealth Rock / Seismic Toss / Toxic

EDIT: If you are able to pass up Wish support, run Softboiled over Wish.

Scizor @ Leftovers l Adamant Nature l Technician l 244 HP / 48 Atk / 216 SpDef
Moves: Swords Dance / Bullet Punch / Roost / Bug Bite

Pretty nice team overall, good luck!

I love you for running QA Scizor to combat QD Volcarona. <333

Actual comment: Jolly over Adamant on Toxicroak since it outspeeds neutral nature Lucario. It's insanely useful especially for NP Luke. You might also have massive problems with Ninetales since there doesn't seem to be a good way to remove the weather without dying, and Ninetales itself could even sweep on its lonesome since it should survive Hydro Pump from Rotom.

Hey there. Solid team.

Ice Punch on Toxicroak is a must have, but I see what you're saying about Jellicent. I recommend you run a sub punch set instead, as that way, you can run Ice Punch, but also hit with a 150 base power STAB move, and make up a bit for the lack of SD. So replace Substitute for Ice Punch, and Drain Punch for Focus Punch. Also, give it Life Orb over Leftovers, as it increases it's power even further; extra recovery isn't really necessary, especially since Toxicroak gains HP every turn thanks to Dry Skin.

Quick Attack Scizor can't really kill Volcarona w/o Stealth Rock, and since you don't have a spin blocker, it will be pretty easy to bring Volcarona in unharmed. Run a CB Azumarill over Scizor; in rain it does ridiculous damage, and ohkoes Thundurus after Stealth Rock. You aren't really using Scizor for it's typing much regardless, as Jirachi takes care of moves such as Draco Meteor pretty well.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Return / Double-Edge
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet

Ice Punch destroys dragons, while Return provides a strong neutral attack. Double-Edge can be used over Return if you do not mind the recoil damage.

On Jirachi, just put all the defense EVs into Special Defense. The only reason max special defense isn't run is to outspeed certain threats, but since you have Thunder, and are thus forced to run a Sassy Nature, the 32 EVs are pointless.

Good luck.

Hi,

TheMasterofOz offered a solid check to Volcarona and strong sweepers like Terrakion in Azumarill, but I still see a few problems that could be patched up. Teams like this will have problems with pokemon like Blissey, Breloom, Virizion, NP + 3 Attacks Celebi, and Gastrodon. The pokemon that I find most disposable is Toxicroak, who offers the same coverage overall as Scizor. A Latios would work well over Croak, to check those threats and offer a solid resistance to F/W/G attacks aimed at your other pokemon.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Roost
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock

Another problem I see is one with TR Reuniclus. Once Trick Room is set up, Scizor will be outsped and taken out by Focus Blast, and Jirachi cannot hope to get Iron Head Flinches due to the reversed speed. To fix this I suggest using a Bulky SD Scizor, which will counter all reuniclus relatively well.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SpDef
Adamant / Careful
~ Swords Dance
~ Roost
~ Bullet Punch
~ Bug Bite

If you still feel that Dragons are becoming increasingly difficult issues, Ferrothorn is a great defensive pivot for Rain Teams. Running a Spread of 252 HP / 72 Def / 188 Sp. Def with a Relaxed Nature and SR / Gyro Ball / Leech Seed / Power Whip is something to consider over your Jirachi. Reuniclus is covered by Scizor, so you aren't losing too much.

Good Luck!

Looks solid overall. One thing you can do to help against Gliscor is to use Mynism's Toxicroak over your current set. Go with a Life Orb and a moveset of Swords Dance / Cross Chop / Sucker Punch / Ice Punch. Drain Punch is unfortunately incompatible with the set, but Cross Chop should be fairly reliable. With this change, you can lure out and KO Gliscor, causing Scizor to put a lot more pressure on opponents. Besides, you won't have to rely on choiced teammates to take on Gliscor.

To help out against strong physical attackers like CB Terrakion, try Protect > Swords Dance on Gliscor. You still have Taunt to shut down entry hazards users, but Protect can often save you from stronger attackers or Excadrill's Rock Slide flinches. Although Gliscor has some sweeping potential, your other team members offer plenty of offensive firepower already.

It looks like you could have some definite issues with Gastrodon and opposing Rotom-W. One change you could consider is adding a Latios over your own Rotom-W. This should patch up those weaknesses while retaining the team's offensive theme. I like a moveset of Draco Meteor / Surf / HP Fighting / Recover to hit Tyranitar and Ferrothorn hard. If you make this change, be sure to give Politoed a Scarf and a Timid nature so he can take over Rotom-W's revenge killing duties.

Good luck!

Thank you all for your comments! I will test some changes that you have recommended me and I post my new results here ^^

Hi! I have test some changes that you had recommended me:

- Protect over SD in Scizor is a great choice, so I'll let it in my Gliscor.
- Bulky SD Scizor works better too, I'll used it from now.
------------------------------------------
- Azumarill is a great choice, I change my Toxicroak for it, and it works, but I think that my team have some troubles to face Ferrothorn.
- Latios over Rotom-W is nice, but I sometimes miss the Thunder or Trick from my Rotom.
- Scarf Politoed don't works bad, but its power is ridiculously lower than Specs set.

I'm not sure about apply that changes, because all that works very well for me, but my team have problems with some things that it haven't before; although another don't exist now.

I hope that you can help me ^^
