The team that doesn't know when to say it

Hey, you know the drill.

If not, it goes like this:

I post my team
It is left for 24 hours untouched
It gets one unhelpful post
Is bumped
Gets opinions!

Ok, here we go.

The Speed Junkie Starter

Zapdos@Leftovers
Thunderbolt
Agility
Baton Pass
HP [Ice]
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252HP/100Def/100Spa/56Spe

Agilipass Zapdos. After an agility it can outspeed a huge amount of pokemon, and it can even stay in to try and sweep if so inclined. But his main prupose is a player, because he can help out 3 other members of my team with an agility, depending on who is the foe at the time.

The speed recieving monsters

Metagross@Leftovers/Life Orb
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Bullet Punch
Nature: Jolly
104HP/152Atk/252Spe

Agiligross without the agility. Meteor Mash is obligarity STAB, Earthquake and Ice Punch for coverage, Bullet Punch for the finisher, when the opponent is just too fast. With an agility he can take on Garchomps, Starmies and other base-600 monsters. Without Agility he is still a powerhouse, and good for the late game if the agility goes to someone else.

Porygon-Z@Choice Specs
Dark Pulse
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Tri Attack
Ability: Adaptability
Nature: Timid
Evs: 6HP/252Sp.Atk/252Spe

Good things in small packages. Choice Porygon can take on Blissey in the right circumctances, and with an Agility under his belt porygon can threaten the opponents team with duck like grace. Amazing coverage with his moveset, and Tri-Attack gets even more powerful with the extra STAB it gets from his ability.

Mamoswine@Life Orb
Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Ice Fang
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 252Atk/252Spe

ES LA MAMOOTH! Everyone loves Mamoswine. STAB Priority, the only ice type to resist Stealth Rock and Sandstorm, he has a lot going for him. Agility only makes him stronger, and allows him to be a major monster for the opponent.

The Defenders

Skarmory@Leftovers
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock
Whirlwind
Roost
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/96 Atk/156 Def/4 Spe

Hey, he's the best. I need some reliable defense in this team, and he delivers. Stealth Rock chips away at the foe's team and gets some pokemon into OHKO range, and he can send away anything that tries to stat up. And once they think he's gone, he can roost up and start again!

Blissey@Leftovers
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Nature: Modest
EVs: 144HP/252Def/108SpA

And Blissey takes the other end of the spectrum. And because everyone suspects the standard Blissey, i have a CM Blissey with a Modest nature, allowing her to hit harder than usual, and take on Cresselia 1 on 1. Always a good sponge.

Ok, what do you think.

Huge, HUGE, HUGE, HUGE Infernape weakness. Im pretty sure any form could do it but you REALLY are MixApe weak. 3 Fire weaknesses, no resists. 3 Fighting weaknesses and 1 resist.

Starmie > PorygonZ?

I know people are really sick of hearing "You are ? weak" but you REALLY are weak to MixApe in a way I have never seen.

Starmie over Porygon-Z is an idea, but i was hoping to be faster than Ape anyway, seeing as he is so fragile.

If i would, i would use:

Starmie@Choice Specs
Thunderbolt
Surf
Psychic
Ice Beam
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252SpA/252Spe

Argh, took the words out of my mouth, starmie good replacement, but there's something about Blissey...

How about aromatherapy > t-bolt? ~You're bound to get statused ALOT.

Cressy will take some time to finish off. With Blissey, get ready for a stall war to last a long time. Seriously, follow the Starmie advice. The obvious sleepers & p-hazers are often weak to Starmie, too
(excluding +Spe StandardGar & all ScarfGar). You're not gonna need an example in what I said. Standard, but still more effective than others I've seen. W/ Starmie- 4.5/5 W/O Starmie- 3.6/5

Zapdos@Leftovers
Thunderbolt
Agility
Baton Pass
HP [Ice]
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252HP/100Def/100Spa/56Spe

Good.

376.png

Metagross@Leftovers/Life Orb
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Bullet Punch
Nature: Jolly
104HP/152Atk/252Spe

You need a better spread here. Metagross has better things to do than run around at top speed being jolly :P 204/252/12/32/0/10 with a jolly nature round out his defenses nicely, and he reaches 404 speed after an agility. Try t-punch and pursuit > ice punch and bullet punch.

i474.gif

Porygon-Z@Choice Specs
Dark Pulse
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Tri Attack
Ability: Adaptability
Nature: Timid
Evs: 6HP/252Sp.Atk/252Spe

If you're passing speed to a poke who's going to sweep, the idea is that they should stay in unless they're heavily countered or going to die. Having to switch out because of specs not only negates your strategy, but also wears porry down pretty quickly. Take off the choice specs and give him life orb, expert belt, silk scarf ect...

i473.gif

Mamoswine@Life Orb
Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Ice Fang
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 252Atk/252Spe

Bite can be fun > ice fang for taking ou cress.

227.png

Skarmory@Leftovers
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock
Whirlwind
Roost
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/96 Atk/156 Def/4 Spe

Gliscor might be better here. Infernape and magnezone give you problems, and gliscor can counter infernape to some extent.

242.gif

Blissey@Leftovers
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Nature: Modest
EVs: 144HP/252Def/108SpA

Good I guess. I dont have any experience with CM bliss, so I can't say much.

supporting at on bliss since twave anywhere except on her screws you over completely. id also make mamo adamant is hes getting speed.
